This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

This is my third vehicle with Capitol Honda, and I keep returning not just for their vehicles but for their exceptional customer service, which exceeds anything I’ve experienced before. Robbie is truly outstanding, knowledgeable, persistent until you get what you want, and ensuring you're satisfied. Honda is lucky to have him. He's the best manager to work with, and even if I move from the Bay Area, I believe I'll continue to return. I honestly feel like family with this dealership. Dalena is another incredible staff member who made me feel welcome, she accompanied me throughout the entire process in a friendly manner and knows how to care for customers. I especially appreciate the follow-up call after I got my car to ensure I was happy with the vehicle. I can't emphasize enough how much I value this place. Coming back for my third vehicle speaks volumes. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.
