My husband and I purchased a Honda Civic at the Honda Mall of Georgia and It was a very nice hassle free experience. Our Sales Rep. Chandler Brown was so helpful and wonderful. I was originally searching for an SUV. Trading in my high mileage Toyota Camry with way too much road noise, I was looking for the same reliability and an engine with the same "get up and go". I was attracted to the low percentage financing on both Toyota and Honda trucks, I am retired and now I can leave my funds in my IRA and pay a low interest rate and continue to gain in my investments, and not pay the income tax on a one time withdrawal. I love the quiet ride of the Ridgeline. The Honda is easier for me to get into. It is more like getting into an SUV than the Toyota Tacoma. The V6 engine gives me the ability to get around slow moving vehicles safely on two lane roads. I love the ride of my Ridgeline which is more like an SUV because it is on a car chassis not a truck chassis, but I can haul larger items than an SUV. I was also attracted to the Ridgeline because it is already set up to pull my small trailer for my ATV. I love the swing out tailgate for reaching into the back. The roomy trunk in the bottom of the truck bed is amazing, and holds so many misc items and groceries. My Honda Ridgeline will be so much help when I need to take my daughters wheel chair on trips. I have not tested out the All Wheel Drive, but I am looking forward to it's assistance in the Sand Dunes. I have put almost 2000 miles since my purchase a month ago. I Love my Honda Ridgeline

All the employees were very helpful from the time we parked until we left with a new car for my wife. The sales rep let us look at the vehicles we liked instead of pushing us towards something else! My wife left with the car she wanted ,very enjoyable experience!

Purchased this 2023 Ridgeline after my 2020 was totaled out. The 2020 gets slightly better gas mileage, but they are very comfortable and quiet vehicles. I have many friends with larger trucks that have poor ride quality and lack the ease of use. The best thing is that Honda last forever. I still have and drive a 92 Civic. Two things I wish Honda and other manufacturers would do in the mid size truck market; one is make the back seats recline and make a reliable hybrid. Everything else is perfect. I was going to buy a newer Ridgeline since the display controls are better, but I loved the in bed speakers that are no longer on the newer models. It’s more truck than you’ll need for 90% of what you use it for.

My partner and I both brought our Honda Accords to GPH. ONe for Collision repair for auto hit and run and my car for service ( primarily brakes ). As usual we both were very happy with the service received. No problems, considered the info and contact with Branden and Kam was excellent. Both always go out of their way to make sure the appointment runs smoothly and within the expected time frame. We always travel the longer distance than necessary fsrom our home due to the way we are treated and always feeling that the work is done properly . We also always appreciate sthe overall check up on all pasrts of the car . Suggestions of anticipasted servcice on the car in check up on tires, battery, fluid levels etc etc are always appreciated. Excellent is the best description we can offer to GPH, Kam and Brandon and the service tech that worked on the casr. Overall, my partner was also very satisfied with the Hendrix Collision work done on his car. He thought the work done on his car looked excellent too. As a side note , I really appreciated Brandon bringing to my attention the recall on my daytime running lite since it was not working and I was not aware of the 10 yr extension of this recall. We also always appreciate the free car wash every time we bring the Accords in for service. I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

The Honda Odyssey has held up well over the first 3 years I've owned it. It's quiet and comfortable with a good sound system. It can take corners almost as well as my high end sports cars. And, in V6 mode (not economy) it accelerates well. The only complaint is its accident avoidance system that slams on the brakes unnecessarily. If a car is a little too close behind, you may be rear ended. I liked the car so much, I bought a 2025 Honda Odyssey, too.

After almost 180,000 trouble-free miles with our 2015 Pilot and an excellent Honda dealer near by, we really didn’t look hard at anything but another Pilot when it was time for a new car. Our EXL, purchased in March 2024, just turned 20,000 miles. We have had no issues with it, and the trip computer says we have averaged 27.1 mpg over the last 5500 miles. That is about 4.5 mpg better than the 2015. The good: It is extremely roomy and comfortable, even the third-row seats. We are very pleased with the fuel economy for a vehicle of this size. The headlights are the best we’ve had on any vehicle. I really like the rugged looks, especially compared the the previous generation. It’s great on snowy and slippery surfaces. The not-as-good: This is my first vehicle with all the modern safety aids. I find the lane-departure system annoying, especially in construction zones. The first time I backed out of the garage with bikes on a hitch-mounted carrier, the car automatically slammed on the brakes so hard I thought I ran into something. (Pro tip: Use tow mode when hauling bikes.) I don’t use the adaptive cruise control because it starts matching the speed of the vehicle ahead long before I would normally change lanes to pass, even with the system adjusted accordingly. However, I can’t see that future vehicles will have FEWER of these features, so I suppose I will just have to get used to them.

I had an excellent experience at this dealership. Eric Ward was my salesperson and he did a wonderful job of listening to my needs and making sure that they were met. I liked his service so much that I purchased two cars - 2020 Honda CRV Touring Hybrid and 2020 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid. The only things that detracted from the experience were: A. There is a software disconnect between the Honda Corporate website and the Honda Dealership such that the request for quote line items had to be printed by the salesperson because he had to go to the parts and service departments to individually cost each option rather than that process being automatic. I feel his time would have been better spent expounding upon the cars' virtues. B. The finance experience was marred by having to provide a cashier's check rather than being able to approve a personal check over $30K which the system would not allow. I learned later that an ACH transaction would have been possible. Also, since I was purchasing two cars, I had to provide two different E-Mail addresses in order for my KAHU app to work properly. The Service Department experience was wonderful and I was treated like royalty. The oil change and tire rotation took less time than I anticipated.

I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

This is my 3rd Ridgeline, a white/black edition. I am a commited Ridgline fan-boy. While not as robust as some larger "work" trucks, this is the perfect gentlemans truck Two biggest benefits are: reliability and superior gas mileage above all others in it's class

Best first new truck. So far so good. I couldn't be more impressed with my Ridgeline. But.... I wasn't a big fan of not getting my vehicle into neutral with a dead battery to back it out of the garage to give me a jump start because I left my tailgate cracked and the lights killed my battery overnight so I had to go buy a portable jump starter cuz I was stuck face first in the garage. But lesson learned I love my new truck I'm glad I got it.

Excellent performer. Plenty of zip and power. I’ve recorded 39.6 mpg in warm weather last year. Down and back to Florida was recorded at 38.8. Very spacious, excellent cargo capacity. I’m 6’9” and am comfortable behind the wheel.

Purchased a 2025 Honda pilot EXL it is so smooth. The 10 speed automatic works flawlessly if you’re in the market for a midsize SUV I highly recommend you take a look at the pilot.

Waited to give an honest review. 4 years later, I know have 109,000 miles on my 2020 Pilot Tour. The bad: It developed the known crackle sound coming from the speakers. This was fixed under warranty twice. The second time not coming back and has been fine. The looks are "meh". My wife's Nissan of similar trim level has a far nicer interior and much fancier seats. On curves the "warning" light flashes on my dash and the steering wheel shakes sometimes if a car is coming from the other direction. It's annoying, but I hear a problem for many manufacturers with these safety features, not just Honda. The Good: I consider my Pilot practical. It does everything well, just not flashy. My previous car was a 2012 Honda Pilot that I put 190,000 trouble free miles on. This Pilot with an updated transmission feels MUCH quicker. It is much easier to drive. It handles well, averages around 24 mpg on my commute (non expressway), and has been trouble free outside of the speaker issue. It hauls the family well, with lots of room, especially if the 3rd row is not used. I put on the dealer installed trans cooler and trailer hitch to tow a couple of waverunners, which it hauls easily. If you can get past the "ok" styling, it is a car that does everything well and my reliability has been very, very good so far.

Daniel Yim was awesome. Easiest purchase with no head games like I have had to deal with from other dealerships. Made sure I was set before I too off with my new car. Very happy with my used ES 350. He also saved me from purchasing a car with rust on it, which I had not even thought of.

Overall, it's great! It's a Honda and it is reliable and holds up well over time! It can be parked anywhere! However, the heater is terrible - takes over 20 minutes to warm up the car inside (my 1996 Civic and 2002 CR-V had fantastic heaters, I don't know what Honda's done to ruin their heaters). It is also bad for road noise, it is difficult to hear passengers because of all the road noise on a highway!

My wufe and I stopped to see and get a closer look to an Atlas VW 2024 as well as getting an estimate for a used one. We were assisted by Deen who gave us a ride as well as info the new model had. We're pleased by the service quality provided and no pressure noticed thought out the proses.

Bought this 2023 Ridgeline RTL used with only 4000 miles in Nov 2024, so it is essentially a new car. I was coming from a similar class, a 2018 Nissan Frontier. The new electronics suite is really nice. Turning radius is slightly less, so still getting used to that especially when backing into spaces. The tilt down/swing open tailgate is very handy, and the extra trunk under the deck is a Godsend for groceries, and the trunk also keeps the spare tire out of the elements until that rare time I have to get at it. All in all I like it a lot (price tag could have been lower), but no real complaints as yet. Only little things are that I am still reaching for a shifter (push button automatic), and reaching to turn off the key (which is now a fob in my pocket). Nice smooth ride which is really nice for some of the longer rides I take.
