Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

I was originally searching for an SUV. Trading in my high mileage Toyota Camry with way too much road noise, I was looking for the same reliability and an engine with the same "get up and go". I was attracted to the low percentage financing on both Toyota and Honda trucks, I am retired and now I can leave my funds in my IRA and pay a low interest rate and continue to gain in my investments, and not pay the income tax on a one time withdrawal. I love the quiet ride of the Ridgeline. The Honda is easier for me to get into. It is more like getting into an SUV than the Toyota Tacoma. The V6 engine gives me the ability to get around slow moving vehicles safely on two lane roads. I love the ride of my Ridgeline which is more like an SUV because it is on a car chassis not a truck chassis, but I can haul larger items than an SUV. I was also attracted to the Ridgeline because it is already set up to pull my small trailer for my ATV. I love the swing out tailgate for reaching into the back. The roomy trunk in the bottom of the truck bed is amazing, and holds so many misc items and groceries. My Honda Ridgeline will be so much help when I need to take my daughters wheel chair on trips. I have not tested out the All Wheel Drive, but I am looking forward to it's assistance in the Sand Dunes. I have put almost 2000 miles since my purchase a month ago. I Love my Honda Ridgeline

Good handling car in all weather. Blind spots in back causes me to pay extra attention to people coming up on my sides. Great mileage if you avoid excessive speed. Quite riding vehicle.

I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

On 8/23/25 After an exhausting search, we were blessed to be connected with Lloyd (Lincoln side) of Hennessy Ford Atlanta. We were looking for a specific used car I saw online (that we learned was located on the Ford side) but our GPS took us to the Lincoln side. The entire process from start to finish went smoothly and Lloyd made sure we felt valued every step of the way. I experienced a level of customer service with Hennessy Ford that is definitely lacking at other dealerships.(If you've ever been to Gwinnett Place Nissan you understand). Even though it was a used car and not their brand, Lloyd still thought it not robbery to call us to see how things were going with the vehicle. Now, that's service! Very nice car. My previous was a 2020 Accord. This hybrid Accord Sport L is way better. Do not get me wrong. The 2020 is a very good car. Someone is quite happy with it, no doubts. I recommend buying a spare. I chose Modern Spare. Spendy. Great quality. Hope I never use it. The spare fits underneath the trunk where the inflator is. Just remove the foam. Comes with everything you need plus a threaded plate to secure it. All fits in and around the spare. Plus, I got jumper cables in there. We think the car is quiet. I notice others think not. Plenty of power. Mileage I have gotten is much better than what it is rated at. Love the paddles. Fake down shifters. Much less use of brakes for lights and stop signs. Planning to keep this car for quite awhile.

This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

After almost 180,000 trouble-free miles with our 2015 Pilot and an excellent Honda dealer near by, we really didn’t look hard at anything but another Pilot when it was time for a new car. Our EXL, purchased in March 2024, just turned 20,000 miles. We have had no issues with it, and the trip computer says we have averaged 27.1 mpg over the last 5500 miles. That is about 4.5 mpg better than the 2015. The good: It is extremely roomy and comfortable, even the third-row seats. We are very pleased with the fuel economy for a vehicle of this size. The headlights are the best we’ve had on any vehicle. I really like the rugged looks, especially compared the the previous generation. It’s great on snowy and slippery surfaces. The not-as-good: This is my first vehicle with all the modern safety aids. I find the lane-departure system annoying, especially in construction zones. The first time I backed out of the garage with bikes on a hitch-mounted carrier, the car automatically slammed on the brakes so hard I thought I ran into something. (Pro tip: Use tow mode when hauling bikes.) I don’t use the adaptive cruise control because it starts matching the speed of the vehicle ahead long before I would normally change lanes to pass, even with the system adjusted accordingly. However, I can’t see that future vehicles will have FEWER of these features, so I suppose I will just have to get used to them.
