Purchased this 2023 Ridgeline after my 2020 was totaled out. The 2020 gets slightly better gas mileage, but they are very comfortable and quiet vehicles. I have many friends with larger trucks that have poor ride quality and lack the ease of use. The best thing is that Honda last forever. I still have and drive a 92 Civic. Two things I wish Honda and other manufacturers would do in the mid size truck market; one is make the back seats recline and make a reliable hybrid. Everything else is perfect. I was going to buy a newer Ridgeline since the display controls are better, but I loved the in bed speakers that are no longer on the newer models. It’s more truck than you’ll need for 90% of what you use it for.

No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

After almost 180,000 trouble-free miles with our 2015 Pilot and an excellent Honda dealer near by, we really didn’t look hard at anything but another Pilot when it was time for a new car. Our EXL, purchased in March 2024, just turned 20,000 miles. We have had no issues with it, and the trip computer says we have averaged 27.1 mpg over the last 5500 miles. That is about 4.5 mpg better than the 2015. The good: It is extremely roomy and comfortable, even the third-row seats. We are very pleased with the fuel economy for a vehicle of this size. The headlights are the best we’ve had on any vehicle. I really like the rugged looks, especially compared the the previous generation. It’s great on snowy and slippery surfaces. The not-as-good: This is my first vehicle with all the modern safety aids. I find the lane-departure system annoying, especially in construction zones. The first time I backed out of the garage with bikes on a hitch-mounted carrier, the car automatically slammed on the brakes so hard I thought I ran into something. (Pro tip: Use tow mode when hauling bikes.) I don’t use the adaptive cruise control because it starts matching the speed of the vehicle ahead long before I would normally change lanes to pass, even with the system adjusted accordingly. However, I can’t see that future vehicles will have FEWER of these features, so I suppose I will just have to get used to them.

My situation must have been the most difficult situation ever at a Carmax, even though it was tough and the Managers and Myself got frustrated at times Ed, Dave, Eric, and Chris (Carmax Charleston Managers) never gave up on me and worked hard to make this thing happen. I came to them looking for my dream car, the Mitsubishi Lancer RalliArt or Evolution on a limited budget. They found the vehicle and brought it in, I bought the vehicle and there were a few problems with it, the guys took the car back no questions asked and found another one, even though there were some other issues that occured the Management staff at Carmax stuck by me and helped me make it happen. Anyone new to the car buying process should go see the team at Carmax, Charleston, as they will guide you through the process and explain it to you the whole way through! This car is a big step up from a Nissan Altima. Lots of space and the ride is smooth. The engine is a bit noisy when idle(clicking noise from the direct injection), and there's also a drone sound when acceleratinf beyond 60mph(not sure if this could be cause of the new tires or not), but other than those noises, it's a smooth machine!

Went into the Carmax store just to look for a car for future purchase. I was greet immediately by Mr. Carl R Emery and from there things went smoothly. We asked about cars and he talk to us a little about them and told us to have a look and call on him if we need to look in, test drive or just ask question about any of the vehicles. It's a small but not tiny. It sort of roomier in the front but tighter in the rear seats. My model is the 2 doors coupe ex, with stick shift, it came well equipped with all the bells and whistles. Is good on gas and fun to drive. It's not incredible peppy but is fast and strong, and there's a lot of ways you can customize it with. Hondas have always been known for reliability, and this car won't disappoint you, it has 140k miles on it and stills runs like it was new. I got a really good deal from the dealer I bought it from, and they're pretty good overall. I would definitely buy from this place again!

I purchased my new 2014 Pure White Camry from Fred Anderson Toyota in Dec. 2013. I could not have been happier at that time with the service provided from the sales experience to my experience with the service department. That all changed when my vehicle was part of the defective paint issue they acknowledged in 2020. Trying to get it remedied became an extremely frustrating process over an almost 3 yr. period. I was ready to give up and sell the car at a loss but decided to try one more time. I called Fred Andersons Service dept. to discuss with the service manager, Bill DePriest. That was my lucky day! Overall, I've had a pleasant experience since I started coming to Stokes Honda in 2018. Merton, the service advisor, was fast, efficient and professional. The service manager Heather was also a joy to speak with (She's been there since I started in 2018). The give printed recommendations and will show photo images from the tech so you can see what the tech is seeing. I do all of my low end maintenance (oil change, wipers, filters) but I have found their recommendations in the past to be reliable and solid. As long as I own a Honda and live in this area I will continue bringing my vehicle here.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

My second Insight. Lower interest rate and good trade in on my first Insight led to my second. Great gas mileage except in cold weather. I live in Nebraska. winter months drops about 6-9 MPG. Rest of the year is 48-50.The sweet spot is flat I-80 at 70 MPH with 55-60 MPG the norm. 75 MPH it drops to 48-49 an I can't complain. I', 6'3 and I fit with no problem. big trunk. Camera in right side mirror for lane change is great as well as back up camera. The back seat is kind of cramped unless you are short. Overall as long as the keep building them I'm buying.
