I appreciated the process this time, I did my homework and was pre-approved thru a credit union. I'm still in that learning phase with my car but I'm happy with it.

I agree with most of the ratings except I don't know how it gets a 4.4 for comfort. The driver's seat is terrible. No matter how I tried to adjust it I end up with a sore back.

Josh has been very helpful in scheduling to get the proper people looking at the intermittent problem I have. Hopefully the next fix will finish the project…. Thank you!!

Civic LX sedan.Small car that is extremely reliable and handles like a sports car. Stereo is average. Seats are a little stiff. Low to the ground makes it a little hard to get in and out. Rides great, handles even better. 118,000 miles without an issue. 36 mpg combined every day. Dont care for CVT transmission, feels slightly sluggish but will get the job done.

Got my car fixed, Also hooked me up with a loaner for 30$ for a week.

Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

Service was good.....just a heads up ... if you pay with a credit card....your charged a fee .... If I had been told that I would've transferred money and used my debit card and saved myself 60 plus $'s -

Best year civic thus far....gas mpg, handling, features, and comfort. I've had prolly 10 civics in my lifetime and this is the best one yet.

Outstanding care that we received for normal service and brake fluid change. Battery was replaced as it found to be dead at inspection. Service Manager Andre was outstanding and super careful in addressing the issues. Thank you Klein Honda He is a real asset to the Dealership

Overall my Pearlita has been beyond reliabe, comfy, Greatbon gas and roomy However hit 65k and worries began. Replaced gasket, recommended spark plugs begore my 100 k mark.. Def recommend warranty. Lodi Honda took care of me!

Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

My wife and I purchased a used 2018 Accord EX in early 2021. Best sedan we've owned up to date. The only reason we traded it in recently was to buy something bigger (Acura MDX) as our family has outgrown the Accord. I wasn't a big fan of the cvt, but the car makes up for it in other ways. It had all the safety features you would need in day to day life, mpg was never a problem yet had plenty of power to get up and go, overall a very fun car to drive. We live in Southern Iowa, but traveled to Omaha, Minneapolis, and took a family road trip to the Great smoky mountains in Tennessee. The car never gave us a single problem the entire time we owned it. I would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone.

We had a great experience at University Audi Lynnwood. Dylan helped us through the decision and purchase process. Read many reviews prior to purchase. I wanted a good RELIABLE used car with great mpg. But, extra features. My driving is 90% around town. Lots of stop lights. I considered a Miata (florida driver) and husband has a Lexus. The Civic EX hands down. I LOVE this car and feel safe, has moon roof, nice stereo, extra features. Leather would have been nice. My one let down: No CD player. Yes, I’m old (63) but have a ton of CD’s. Even the Miata had a CD player…come on Honda! Not everyone is into their IPhones!

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

I traded in my 22 Accord with the 1.5T and CVT transmission. My 2021 has the 2.0T and 10 speed automatic. It’s a great car for the money, dollar for dollar, you cannot beat it! Fully Loaded, very strong motor and tranny, rides beautiful, handles everything beautifully!

I’m glad I got my first car back from the 1994 Honda accord Black coupe to a 2017 Honda Accord Black coupe. I only had my first car 2 months.

I truly despise car shopping. I could write a book on the bad experiences we endured looking for two cars. No need to go into detail, but there's a reason car salesmen have a bad reputation. The first car we purchased was a used Explorer. We picked it up from University Audi in Seattle. Our experience there was phenomenal. Next, we decided to purchase a used BMW. completely by accident, we ended up at the sister dealership here. Again, the same experience. Ryan Chou was our salesman. Just like Parker at the Seattle store, he was completely non-pushy and professional. This guy knew about everything about BMWs. We ended out purchasing a 430i from him. A couple days later, we noticed one of the run-flat tires had a bulge. After shopping around for tires, we realize it would cost about $1500 for a set of 4 as the car is all-wheel-drive. My wife suggested calling Ryan and telling him what happened. After notifying him of the situation, he immediately said it was a safety issue and they'd cover it. After telling him all four would have to be replaced, he told me he'd have to look into it. Sure enough, 5 minutes go by and he gave me the go ahead to have all of them replaced. I was actually a bit stunned. Never would I have expected a dealership to do that. That there is a level of service after the sale I've never experienced before. Because of that, Ryan and University Audi are #1 in my book.

What amazing car that doesn't give any problem what's so ever. I bought mine at westshore honda in tampa. Great amazing people there they treat you like family. My family already bought two more cars from them. In the service department Mr. Kalef Torres my service advisor what a amazing guy he is the knowledge that he knows is beyond this world. Mazda of Everett dealership was easy to find. It has great space and is very clean. I have to do a shoutout to Frank Weiss & Adam in financing! Frank's customer service and ability to keep in touch and follow up is a treasured trait. He was upfront and transparent with the build and deliver of my car. He ensured everything I wanted was on my car! Frank found that my lug nuts had not been changed to the black ones and made sure those were on before I drove away. Frank took the time and went over every single feature of the care and even programmed my seat during the inspection. Because of Frank and this car buying experience it has forever changed the way I will buy a car in the future. Working with Adam in financing was a breeze and zero pressure to purchase add ons. Upon processing the contact I paid exactly what Frank quoted me prior to my arrival. The most amazing thing is there was zero dealer hidden fees! I did not have to haggle and ask to have something removed. I can't say enough about my entire experience from beginning to end.

Purchased new in 2018 and have almost 60,000 miles 95% commuting. I have a 1.5t Touring with the CVT transmission and overall really like the car and all of it's features. What I don't like is the paint which is horrible. I have the dark blue but the worst is the pearl white. Paint started peeling on the roof about 3 years ago. I contacted Honda and they were aware of the problem but I had to threaten a small claims action in order to get them to fix it. Since then the issued a service bulletin for some of the colors and offered to repaint. Still this should not happen with a 3 year old car. I searched online and this is a very common problem with Honda's paint. Love the car but based on how they treated me, next car will be a Toyota....

2 months ago I went into Cortez Auto Sales in Burlington Washington, The following day I picked up my 2021 Camaro... A couple months prior to meeting Derek and Johnny at Cortez Auto Sales I had purchased a vehicle down south that left me discouraged of all dealerships it was a horrific experience but within the first half hour of talking with Derek and Johnny I felt at ease, I had been car shopping on and off for 5 or 6 months, both Johnny and Derek went above and beyond they the whole priced, 2 months later they are still taking care of any of my question and concerns, when I test over the car they let me take it by myself they told me take as long as I needed to make sure I liked it or until I knew I liked it or until I knew I didn't want it, a couple weeks after having the car I came out of work and I had a flat tire, I called Cortez they put brand new tires on it they are awesome, Cortez is not only the only review I've wrote but it's the good review I've wanted to write😋 way to go Bobby and Derrick...Thank you for getting me into my dream car...I LOVE Y'ALL AT CORTEZ...
