I traded in my 22 Accord with the 1.5T and CVT transmission. My 2021 has the 2.0T and 10 speed automatic. It’s a great car for the money, dollar for dollar, you cannot beat it! Fully Loaded, very strong motor and tranny, rides beautiful, handles everything beautifully!

Purchased car from a senior relative in Florida whose lease was up, with 17K miles. Love the car and tech. Did you know that there is a “Developers Mode”, which will give you access to many more options and adjustments. Highly recommend researching and gaining easy access for a true customized Honda experience. Just “Google” it. This car is fast and the 2.0T is refined. The ride is comfortable even with the 19” tires. My only “nit” is the leather seats can be more comfortable and supportive. I own both Honda and Toyota/Lexus. Both cars are great, but have distinctly different driving characteristics. Highly recommend!!

Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

Drove 142 mi again to buy a veh from Kevin Wilson, 2nd time he has been very fair and knows how to make a good deal. I sold Honda for years and I always loved driving the Civic SI. I prefer a manual tranny and this car offers that plus a lot more. It’s spacious and the front “racing” style seats hug you! The display is quite large in comparison to other makes in its class. This car performs seamlessly as it always has.

Adam Winfrey at Crain Kia Bentonville was great helping me get scheduled for the very next morning when I came in a little frantic about all of my headlights suddenly not working & also scheduled me to have my 30K mile service done at the same time. So thankful he was able to arrange a driver to take me home during the 3-4 hour service and pick me back up when my car was ready. Even better, my car was vacuumed and beautifully washed waiting for me. That was a great surprise! Especially after my last service at Crain Kia Fayetteville not going well at all. I love the fact that it is self-charging. That was a huge factor in my decision. The car if comfortable for me but my taller husband finds it a bit small and confining. It has great pickup and I have saved a lot of time and money by not having to fill up with gas so often. The one thing I am worried about it the quality of the tires. They are low-profile tires, filled with nitrogen and the vehicle does not come with a spare. This put us in a hazardous situation when one tire blew out on I-95. Without a spare, we had to get towed to the nearest dealership in Virginia. I wish I could replace all the tires with regular ones, but that is not possible with this make and model.

Brandon was excellent. He was friendly and helpful. Overall experience was as pleasant as could be considering the fact that generally getting car serviced is somewhat stressful. Highly recommend this dealership.

The car is almost perfect except for: The build quality isn’t what I remember from prior Hondas. Exterior fit and finish leave much to be desired. The extensive use of piano black inside and out. Scratches and swirls galore.

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

I want to extend my highest praise for my salesperson, Galberto. From the moment I arrived, he was a fantastic human being. His approach was highly professional, transparent, and respectful, and his deep knowledge of the vehicles was evident and greatly appreciated. He made the buying process smooth and informative. Similarly, the Finance Manager was superb—knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly expert in his role. My interactions with both Galberto and the Finance Manager were outstanding and reflect very well on your dealership. Serious Concern Regarding Management Conduct: However, my experience was significantly marred by the attitude and demeanor of the Sales Manager where I signed my documents. While I am aware that everyone can have a frustrating or challenging day, the manager's conduct toward me was unacceptable. His attitude and "vibes" suggested a lack of respect and patience, creating a genuinely uncomfortable atmosphere. This behavior felt discriminatory and inappropriate, especially considering I was a customer completing a major purchase at your dealership. A leader in a customer-facing business must maintain a standard of professionalism, courtesy, and respect, regardless of internal pressures. It is imperative that managers demonstrate patience and a positive attitude toward customers, as this interaction is the final impression of your brand. This poor display was the only negative aspect of the entire transaction. In conclusion, I am extremely satisfied with my new vehicle and the exceptional service provided by Galberto. He was very pleasant, not pushy, and so we arranged to go to Fayetteville from Barling to check out the Passport Trailsport that I was thinking about, and give them a chance to give me an inperson look at my trade in, he had already given me an out the door price on the new Honda we were looking to buy. We quickly took a test ride, came to an agreement, giving us slightly more for my trade than we were expecting, plus throwing in a couple of extras.
