I’ve had good ones, bad ones, up to ones that were total nightmares, like showing up and having the dealership tell me, after a 30-minute delay, that the vehicle we had agreed that I was to test drive had been destroyed in a fire. Certainly a creative twist on the bait and switch sales tactic. That being said,. Let’s talk about Spartanburg Honda. They disclosed everything about the vehicle and gave me a copy of the Carfax report. They even let me take the (used) vehicle offsite to get a third-party inspection. (The Carfax report showed that the vehicle had been in a rear-end accident requiring it to be towed which is why I wanted the third-party inspection. The car checked out fine and the third-party inspection gave me peace of mind I needed to close the deal.) Thomas Hawkins then wrote up the loan and finalized the deal. He offered me optional protection packages that provided real value. Again, no xx, no phony dealer installed options or made up fees. Tommy and Thomas were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and kind. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I would add that I got a fair price on a good vehicle, and they worked with me on my trade.

I traded in my 22 Accord with the 1.5T and CVT transmission. My 2021 has the 2.0T and 10 speed automatic. It’s a great car for the money, dollar for dollar, you cannot beat it! Fully Loaded, very strong motor and tranny, rides beautiful, handles everything beautifully!

Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

Great dealership! I was a cash buyer with a trade in so was in and out in a little over an hour. I did feel like they couldb='ve given me a little more for my trade in considering I spend over $6K in maintenance on it, so that didn't sit right with me.

This is my 5th Accord. I have owned one since 1987. Each time I have purchased a used model. I bought my current 2010 Accord with 125,000 miles on it 4 years ago. It now has 180,000 miles and just past inspection. Burns no oil. Has NO leaks (oil, rain or otherwise). No "idiot" lights on the dashboard, and rides like new. In 35 years (and 5 Accords) I have NEVER been stuck! Not once! Don't get too hung up on any negative details you might see or hear of. The resale value is near the best. The gas mileage is more than decent. I am over 6 feet tall and the driver's seat in more comfortable and supportive than any other vehicle I have sat in. This includes BMW, Lexus, Mercedes and Cadillac. As for dependability, it just might be the best. If you're in the market for a used car, I suggest that you at very least, test drive one.

We live near Asheville and reached out about leasing a vehicle. This is our first time doing a lease. These folks are ON IT!! They helped us... and it wasn't just one person. It was a group effort. I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

Been in talks about changing out my vehicle that I got originally from Forest City Honda. Haven’t made it yet due to my schedule. I would say that Mindy has been very helpful and a joy to be in communication with. Very patient and kind. Can’t wait to officially meet her and close a deal. Keep her. The energy is amazing
