I traded in my 22 Accord with the 1.5T and CVT transmission. My 2021 has the 2.0T and 10 speed automatic. It’s a great car for the money, dollar for dollar, you cannot beat it! Fully Loaded, very strong motor and tranny, rides beautiful, handles everything beautifully!

My wife's 2017 Edge Titanium needed service because the "wrench" light came on. Dropped it off and met with Odie Terry, our Service Advisor. Odie informed us that it will be a day or 2 before a tech could get to it because they are always so busy. Odie called me a couple of days later and said the battery wasn't getting enough volts to the sensors, creating numerous error codes. Replaced the battery and one code came back as a torque converter issue. Once we found out they would be keeping it awhile Odie arranged a rental car for us. Turns out the transmission needed a complete overhaul. Thank God for the 5 year/60k mile power train warranty, which covered everything! Took about a week but once we got it back it drove like a dream! Odie called me every 2 days to give me a progress report. He made what was a major inconvenience much more bearable. It's nice to know there's a dealership close to us we can totally trust to service our Edge and do everything right. Hats off to you Odie Terry, you are a true professional and an outstanding ambassador to the Ford Motor Company!

Purchased car from a senior relative in Florida whose lease was up, with 17K miles. Love the car and tech. Did you know that there is a “Developers Mode”, which will give you access to many more options and adjustments. Highly recommend researching and gaining easy access for a true customized Honda experience. Just “Google” it. This car is fast and the 2.0T is refined. The ride is comfortable even with the 19” tires. My only “nit” is the leather seats can be more comfortable and supportive. I own both Honda and Toyota/Lexus. Both cars are great, but have distinctly different driving characteristics. Highly recommend!!

Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

After spending 2 frustrating weeks looking for both a new Chevy Colorado and a Nissan Kicks - FINALLY found a HONEST dealership whom worked with me exactly the way car buying is intended to be. This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

I did some serious research and decided a Honda Accord Coupe built from 2015 to 2020 with the big V6 was a great car to buy used if I could find one with low enough mileage. I found one in Florida using Carvana that only had 29,600 miles on it. It helped that the car also has about all the neat accessories Honda put on 2016 high end Accords. The car is pretty and quick and comfortable. Three important boxes get checked out front. I love the car.

Have owned the Touring version for 4 months and 2000 miles. Averaging a solid 45mpg on mixed roads. Even with the 19" wheels and tires I found this much quieter than the previous generation. Not a head turner, but I don't need that kind of attention any more. Biggest downside is no seat height adjustment for front passenger. Biggest plusses include very stable at all speeds, feels well planted, huge back seat and trunk, very good infotainment, and the Bose system is very good for most. Very comfortable for my 6' frame. It's no race car, but it is actually fun to drive. And that comes from someone that previously owned a 2019 Acura RDX. Except for a little engine noise at low speeds, transition from electric to gas is seamless.

I just purchased a new Toyota Tacoma today and was beyond pleased with the experience. I used the Costco Auto Program and was contacted by Ruben Puente quickly. He provided me the Costco price (which was great btw) and provided me trade in figures quickly via email. Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

Let me clarify why I only gave this car a 4 star review but 5 in the individual categories. When it comes to the reliability of Honda technology in my 2021 accord if that were a category to rate I would give it only 1 star. Why? Because 3 years later auto dimming headlights, automatic start, Honda sensing all have stopped working. With only 48,000 miles on the car! Of course the warranty has run out and I've seen that I'm not the only one who has this problem. Due to this xxxx poor technology I will never buy another Honda again. I mean what next could go wrong? It's like I'm now driving a base model but at a higher price. Honda dealer wants $100 to hook it up to diagnostic which will only take a few minutes then they will tell me it will be probably my guess $800 to $1,000. When they already know how to fix it I'm so disappointed I can't even trade it as I will get nothing for it because none of Honda crappy technology works. The car runs and performs great but when it comes to Honda technology it's a lemon!

I?ll go and get my car serviced there all the time I never had any problems. employees are very friendly if I have any questions they always ask for them.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

The car buying experience usually elicits a fair bit of anxiety from me, but I have to say 5 Star Subaru of Grapevine made my car purchase pretty painless. They are a business and they have to make money, I get that, but "Chief" (my sales consultant) was super easy going and I felt no hint of pushiness or pressure. We worked out a deal I was happy with and I drove away feeling good about it.

Overall my Pearlita has been beyond reliabe, comfy, Greatbon gas and roomy However hit 65k and worries began. Replaced gasket, recommended spark plugs begore my 100 k mark.. Def recommend warranty. Lodi Honda took care of me!

We purchased our second Lexus before realizing it did not have some of the features our older one did. We first talked to David Barrychuck, Parts Director, at Grapevine Park Place. 500 miles a week on the GSP and the comfort in my 4 door Honda Accord is unmatched with the wide leather seats and the smooth ride. Change the oil when the wrench light is on and still going strong at 160,000k miles. 34.5 mpg average for highway travel.

Usually, when you have a bad outcome, people bash the service provider, but not in this case. I wasn't able to get approved without a down payment for a car. Bought this as a commuter. I get way about the EPA estimate for MPG. I average 45mpg across a tank of gas. I have the 2.0L model. So easy to do maintenance on and just works. I bought it as a lease turn-in when it was 3 years old and had 34k miles on it. I have 138k on the odometer now. In that entire time, I have replaced a single item that was not part of regular maintenance - some fuel sensor that the dealer replaced because of a light on the dash and was around $150 to diagnose and fix. Otherwise just the basic stuff - oil, brakes, spark plugs, wipers, etc. There has been one common fault that if you look at these reviews long enough you will see. An A/C problem was common on this generation. There is a factory recall on it. Both mine, and my brothers 2017 model had it done at no charge. Other than that my only grips on this car are minor crap like a select few button placement choices or the oddness that the driver can't operate all windows with the window lock engaged - usually that is bypassed only for the driver. So shy of some very small things, I would buy another one of these in a heartbeat.
