Bought my 2013 Accord EX-L used in 2021 and I love my car. Incredible gas mileage, a sunroof, an excellent factory stereo system, and smooth, zero to sixty in about eight seconds acceleration. Corners like a dream. Heated leather seats. Roomy backseat for the Pibble and a generous trunk. Very little cabin noise. I have total confidence that if I maintain scheduled maintenance on this car, and I will, it'll last me for another hundred thousand miles. I honestly think that the 9th generation Honda Accord was one of the best years for this car.

I had called Auto Connections early one morning to inquire about a car I’d seen on Cars.com. A nice gentleman named Stu answered the phone. I really didn’t expect anybody to be at the facility as it was only 8 am. We had a wonderful conversation about growing up in Seattle, life in general, and lastly about the car I was interested in. About 30 minutes into the conversation I asked what his relationship with the dealership was? (I had assumed he was on the maintenance staff or the cleaning crew) To my Suprise he told me he was the owner, along with his partner Keith. I told him I’d be there in 5 hours and he said Keith would be waiting for me. Upon arriving at the dealership and entering the building I was totally floored! A collection of the most amazing vehicles I had seen in a long time. The next more impressive than the first, all beautiful and in pristine condition. I looked around and nobody was in the building which I found quite odd. (Most dealerships the sales staff swarms you). Finally I found a gentlemen in a back office, his name was Keith. What a wonderful individual. We drove the car around for several blocks and returned to the dealership. Keith provided the information about the vehicle, a CARFAX, what they had checked on the car and answered every question I had. Very comfortable individual to deal with. I was sold! We agreed upon a price and I told him I’d be back in the am with a check. There was no pressure to sign anything just a handshake, trust has been established. The next morning I met Stu the other owner. He was a wonderful gentlemen and we had a nice conversation. Doing my research that evening, I had discovered some issues with this particular vehicle and had gone down a Rabbit Hole on the internet. I made my concerns heard by Stu and he reluctantly gave me a few more hundred dollars off the price of the vehicle. This was both unfair to Keith, whom I had agreed to on a price, and to Stu who hadn’t been in on the prior days negotiations. When my wife and I returned a few days later, I returned the extra monies to Stu and apologized for my selfish behavior. I asked him to also sincerely apologize to Keith as we had made a purchase agreement. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and my experience with Auto Connections. The car was made ready and any detailing and issues were addressed by Shane, the most grifted detail man in the business. This gentlemen is truly amazing at what he can do for a car. He went the extra 100 miles, even sanded the headlights for a clear beautiful look. Auto Connections covered all their bases and have the experience to truly find the car of your dreams. Bought my 2015 Honda Accord LX used in 2018 with 42K on the odometer. It now has just over 100K and has for most of the past 7 years been a very good vehicle overall, requiring only manufacturer recommended routine maintenance. Within the past year, however, it has needed to have the starter replaced and repair work done on the air conditioning unit. The cost of those repairs totaled about $1,200. Not too bad for over 7 years of regular driving. I'm still really pleased with the performance of the vehicle. Handling, acceleration and braking are truly excellent. I'm most impressed by the gas mileage. On a recent 2,400 mile round-trip from Florida to Pennsylvania the car averaged just over 41 mpg. In local mixed driving it consistently gets between 35-37 mpg. Getting that type of gas mileage with the kind of performance it provides is hard to beat!

This is hands down the best car I have ever owned!! I've had it 11 years and my 2014 Honda Accord has never needed a repair. I have only ever had to do regular maintenance on it (battery, brake pads, tires, etc). What an incredible value at $22K!!! One feature that has been buggy is the infotainment/Bluetooth but I can live with it.

Outstanding care that we received for normal service and brake fluid change. Battery was replaced as it found to be dead at inspection. Service Manager Andre was outstanding and super careful in addressing the issues. Thank you Klein Honda He is a real asset to the Dealership

Interior is comfortable and modern, with all the tech I need. Overall, a great blend of sporty looks, efficiency, and reliability. I would Highly recommend this car.

I had never heard of the Honda Insight, but due to a change in job location, I have a longer commute...unfortunately, the price of gas has increased and I felt the mpg of my current vehicle wouldn’t make sense so I went into a local dealer and I was introduced to a Honda Insight...great mpg and value

I was looking at three different cars across a dozen or so dealers. Only two were willing to run the process in a way that worked for me and only was anywhere near as transparent as I needed. Guess where I spent my money? CJ in sales and Brandon in finance were enjoyable people to be around, real humans. In my time at the dealership, I observed a lot of interactions and it struck me as a low-pressure, high-service place. I'll be back in three years when my lease is up to do it again.

I bought a used 2018 touring edition. This is my first non-Big 3 vehicle and first hybrid. It has a bit of a learning curve but overall I am pleased with my purchase. I'm able to drive in electric mode most of the time. It has lots of interior room and trunk space. It's not sporty, you can feel it's a heavy car when driving through curves etc. A few foibles. The low tire pressure warning doesn't indicate which tire is low and has to be reset after filling. Inexcusable, I have 2012 cars that indicate the tire and don't have to be reset. You have to pay attention to the drive mode, it defaults to EV which is great unless you're on a long trip. You do not want to let the charge get to zero which is easy to do if you stop on the interstate and forget to switch it back to HV mode. Once it hits zero it no longer charges the battery with regenerative braking, weird. Again, overall I'm happy with the car and would buy it again.

Kept the pressure low and thoroughly explained the available options. CJ and Brandon were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them/this dealership to anyone. Having the out the door price available immediately on new cars was super helpful and made the experience easy and low pressure. Didn't try to add on a whole bunch of unneccessary coverage during the financing portion. Thank you again!

So I live in NYC and wanted a hybrid. Why? The car I used to have (2000 impala 3.8) was doing 9 to 13 mpg with an 18-gallon tank. No thank you. I looked into all the hybrids and looked at three hybrids. 1. 2018 BMW 530e plug-in hybrid. Much better car than the Accord in MOSTLY every way but three areas. First, somehow it's not as efficient as the accord hybrid in terms of overall range which is odd. I don't have a place to plug in the car to reap the benefits of a plugin. Secondly, reliability and maintenance. Let something go wrong on a BMW let alone a BMW hybrid at that. And after doing some research the maintenance on a BMW is ridiculously! Ill stick with the Honda for that purpose. 2. Any Toyota Hybrid. Proven hybrids but the Camry is boring and ugly Avalon Hybrid is pricey. xxxx no to a Pruis. 3. Accord Hybrid. At first, I did not want an Accord at all. Why? because EVERYONE and their mommas owned one! I noticed that there were a lot of sport trim accords but not hybrids. So I went searching for a hybrid accord. I tested drove one, and brought it immediately! but where is why and here is my noticings. 1. The price I paid for my CPO 2018 Accord Hybrid Touring with 32k miles (no accidents) excellent conditions was $20,500 before taxes and etc. That is a STEAL! because I got an offer where if I sold it I can get 24k for it. 2. It really is a pretty car inside and out. Rides nice. One thing I will say is the road noise can be a little loud but it's not deafening! I changed the tires it came with and it made a difference. 3. MPG. So it is weird. When I purchased it in the winter of 12.31.20, I didn't at first see 47 mpg that it is rated for by the EPA. I saw maybe 38/39 on the highway (and at one point 33 mpg when it was really cold outside going 70+) and 27/28 in the city which isn't bad considering NYC's stop-and-go traffic. Also, batteries don't perform at their best when it is BRICK CITY outside! However, as the weather warms up I can see my average range and mpg creeping up. 47 MPG is achievable though!!!!! I had seen it more often. But don't let this deter you because it is efficient. 4. 12 ish gallon tank. Let's say you average 34/35 mpg, you'll get 420 miles of driving. I'm getting that in mostly 85% city driving rest city. Not too bad. My average speed in NYC is 8/9 miles per hour. However, when I drove to ATL where my average speed was more like 30/40 it will do 45/46. If you going above 65/70+ I average about 40/41 mpg. Still not bad. Cost under $30 to fill. I refuel every 3 weeks or so. 5. Don't let the hybrid badge fool you! It will do 60 in 6.8 sec! Not fast like the 2.0T but faster than the 1.5T. More efficient than both! Not too bad for a hybrid. Oddly enough, it will spin the tires. 6. Tall drivers listen up! I am 6ft 3.4 210 lbs. Some tall folks say they are fine driving it comfortably and others no so much. It not bad if your a giant like me. I would love another inch or two of legroom as a driver. For me, it's all about foot placement but I'm working on trying to move the seat back another inch or so. 7. Rarity. Accord isn't "rare" per see but I don't see a lot of hybrid accords 8. It's a honda. What can possibly go wrong? Do your maintenance when the car recommends and it will run forever and a day. But it is a hybrid so as a safety measure I'm glad I purchased a CPO honda. Doubt I'll ever use it considering that people who had the 2018's from new are reporting little to no problems but it is great to have. You never know! So yes, I like/borderline love it. It's a very nice livable car that happens to be efficient, reliable, and easy to drive.

This car was bought to replace a 2017 Toyota Camry that was totaled in an accident. After much searching we found the interior/exterior color combo we wanted. This is our first hybrid ,and while it takes a little time to get used to the feel of a hybrid, we were very happy with the drivability and overall feel of the car.Honda claims up to 48 MPG city. We've achieved low 40's since our current commute is very short. That will most likely change once I start driving for Uber again, so I'm confident that the MPG figure will reach Honda's claim.

i've first been dreaming to have a car like this since i was 16 years old, and with a lot of time being able to save up for this car i was finally able to put a good down payment with a decent interest rate. after having it for a few weeks im still so happy i got to buy this car.

I have been taking my Hondas to Klein Honda for the past several years. I have purchased two Hondas from them and had good experiences each time. Gary Moore in the service department always does a great job getting my cars in and keeping me informed of what work is being done on them. He makes good recommendations that I can trust.

After owning six Honda Accord over 30 years, plus a couple of Fords, I can say that this HAH, in the Touring trim, is easily my favorite. My 1st Accord, LX Trim, was an absolute Gem and had over 500k miles on it. But after 35k miles in the current HAH, this one drives and rides like a more expensive car. At first, the mpg was disappointing, but as I have learned to drive her, I could not be more pleased. 50+ mpg city & 47 hwy. I bought this car from a BMW dealer with 7k miles on it.

The folks at Port Orchard Ford Are knowledgeable, helpful, and nice. My experience is with their service department, and I have always had great service and advice when bringing my car in for maintenance. If I have a concern, they address it immediately. I highly suggest Port Orchard Ford, for car maintenance and service needs!

I bought my hybrid accord brand new. I got 100K miles now and not a single problem and I'm getting 47mpg. I work for a dealership and out of every sedan it's size nothing feels better to drive.

Anyone who says the mileage is bad clearly does not know how to drive. I use eco mode, drive mostly city some highway and I average about 40-45 mpg sometimes over 50 mpg in Florida. I also use the regen braking pads by the steering wheel for increased battery charging as any owner of a hybrid should. This is a great car, very stylish, lots of storage space, efficient, great easy to use entertainment system and more. My only complaint is that it could be too low for some people, and that there is a rattling sound behind the steering wheel when the gas engine is on and the car is going about 30-40 mph. No idea what it is.

I sold Honda for years and I always loved driving the Civic SI. I prefer a manual tranny and this car offers that plus a lot more. It’s spacious and the front “racing” style seats hug you! The display is quite large in comparison to other makes in its class. This car performs seamlessly as it always has.

I purchased this vehicle which was in mint condition around 3 years ago very cheap do to the hybrid battery being bad so I found a fairly new one from a manufacturer for 950 dollars .this was my son's first car __ I have to tell you he change the headlights and taillights to the more led now aday lights and changed the radio to a 10 inch screen touchstone with a backcamara and Navi he also put 2023 honda accord ex brand new tires and rims off a new accord he found on Craigslist for 1000 dollars . I have to tell you some young people in his school that know nothing about cars think the car is a brand new car. I have to tell you the only thing that this car had a pr9blem from the get go was the hybrid battery and after we installed a fairly new one from a company that sells them and recondition them the car is one off the best cars my family has ever owned .I have owned newer Hondas by the was and this one is far better than any new one by proformance and maintaince and reliability to bad they don't make them like this anymore.

Its a great car but the Hybrid battery has issues and replacements are expensive , Honda should offer a Battery replacement program that is reasonably priced .

Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.
