Received an oil change in record time. Had many questions answered about my Chrysler Pacifica. Melody(advisor) was courteous and professional. David(Manager) was knowledgeable and unhurried. Could not have been better.

Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

On 1/27/25 took my 2015 Wrangler in for a check engine light and the code I provided was for a faulty thermostat. My Service Advisor Michael gave me a price quote of just under $800 to replace the thermostat and housing which is after a $220 diagnostic charge. I was told that the part was on back order and would be a month or more before they could get it, "Sorry thats all we can do, we'll call you when it comes in," was their only reply. I took my Jeep to Firestone in Watsonville, they ordered the part from Santa Cruz Dodge and had it installed the next day. Watsonville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram also at the time quoted $270.42 plus labor for a power steering flush that they said "failed." I called the Santa Cruz Dodge dealership and they quoted me $150. I purchased my vehicle from the Watsonville dealership and this is not the first instance of very poor customer service and price gouging in the service department. I have spoken to the service manager before who was responsive at the time but at this point I felt others should be forewarned.

despite numerous quality & reliability issues ( 2016 thru 2021 ) > many will never be resolved by Honda as Honda accepts no responsibility nor concern about problems > including mechanical & in-vehicle entertainment systems, Honda still retains value.

I came home really happy after being able to get a beautiful Honda odyssey. All this would not be possible if Tim where not there.He did everything so we can get our van at a good price, he was there bringing us snacks and water since the whole process took a while. I don't have words to express how grateful we are with him. Just ask or look for Tim to show you the car you want to buy, and you will not be regret of doing it. He is a great person and a very nice guy. I just say tku very much Tim, for helping us to do this posible. And I hope you get a lot of clients after this review. Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.

I’m extremely satisfied with this dealership, both sales and service. I bought my 2017 Elantra here and have driven from Watsonville for every maintenance and every Auto Butler. Every person I have had contact with has been very polite, knowledgeable, and accommodating. From warranty repair, to extending my prepaid maintenance contract, to rubbing out water spots (going the extra mile), to explaining techy things that I didn’t fully understand, I have only great things to say about Capitol Hyundai. Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

Perfect vehicle for me. Reminds me of my previous car (2016 Honda Accord Touring) except I rarely buy gas. I mostly drive in electric mode daily and then plug it in to standard 110v garage outlet overnight. (Works out to about 40% of the cost of gas plus more convenient than pulling into gas stations). I use the hybrid sport mode when driving beyond the 50 mile electric range but this is rare because of my driving habits. It has a low center of gravity with a 17 KW Lithium battery underneath; has 212 hp; and has instant acceleration due to the electric motor. Practical car and a fun car, too!

We were looking for a 2021 Honda Accord Touring and were able to find three for sale at Ocean Honda. Unfortunately, by the time we scheduled a trip to Santa Cruz only one car was left. We had received Emails from both Robert Estrada and Michael Livanos from Internet sales and we went down to visit their dealership. Years ago when they were in Capitola I received excellent service on an older Honda Accord which they fixed stating it was still under warranty. I was quite surprised that my Wife and I weren’t stormed by Sales People when we pulled up. We were able to walk around the lot without anyone coming out and starting a sales pitch. When we went in and asked to speak to Mr. Livanos who advised us that that last Touring car was sold, but he spent a couple of hours with us in looking at cars. Prior to leaving we had obtained a value on our trade in and had ordered a car. All the Staff were very helpful in assisting us during our visit. Plenty of parking and the Dealership was well laid out and clean.

This car was bought to replace a 2017 Toyota Camry that was totaled in an accident. After much searching we found the interior/exterior color combo we wanted. This is our first hybrid ,and while it takes a little time to get used to the feel of a hybrid, we were very happy with the drivability and overall feel of the car.Honda claims up to 48 MPG city. We've achieved low 40's since our current commute is very short. That will most likely change once I start driving for Uber again, so I'm confident that the MPG figure will reach Honda's claim.

I sold Honda for years and I always loved driving the Civic SI. I prefer a manual tranny and this car offers that plus a lot more. It’s spacious and the front “racing” style seats hug you! The display is quite large in comparison to other makes in its class. This car performs seamlessly as it always has.

Just purchased a used 2021 Accord Hybrid EX-L. In my first tank of gas, I'm averaging more than 50 MPG. Really nice car...glad we bought it. We test drove the Camry and the Sonata as well but preferred the interior of the Accord. Quiet, comfortable ride. Lots of nice features. We have 2008 Accord with 175K miles and counting. Look forward to another ten plus years with the Hybrid.

I love the fact that it is self-charging. That was a huge factor in my decision. The car if comfortable for me but my taller husband finds it a bit small and confining. It has great pickup and I have saved a lot of time and money by not having to fill up with gas so often. The one thing I am worried about it the quality of the tires. They are low-profile tires, filled with nitrogen and the vehicle does not come with a spare. This put us in a hazardous situation when one tire blew out on I-95. Without a spare, we had to get towed to the nearest dealership in Virginia. I wish I could replace all the tires with regular ones, but that is not possible with this make and model.

Anyone who says the mileage is bad clearly does not know how to drive. I use eco mode, drive mostly city some highway and I average about 40-45 mpg sometimes over 50 mpg in Florida. I also use the regen braking pads by the steering wheel for increased battery charging as any owner of a hybrid should. This is a great car, very stylish, lots of storage space, efficient, great easy to use entertainment system and more. My only complaint is that it could be too low for some people, and that there is a rattling sound behind the steering wheel when the gas engine is on and the car is going about 30-40 mph. No idea what it is.

The car is almost perfect except for: The build quality isn’t what I remember from prior Hondas. Exterior fit and finish leave much to be desired. The extensive use of piano black inside and out. Scratches and swirls galore.

My Insight EX 2022 is economical , comfortable and IMHO pretty. Now that late May is here (NJ) I’ve averaged 57 mpg in last 4 weeks. Winter is only 51 mpg. Bought in October 2021 and I average 625 miles per month, which means I fill up once per month! And always less than $30. I use the regenerative braking paddles as much as possible, only wish there was a third or fourth setting to bring to an almost complete stop stop, brake pads would last forever!, as I drive not much I’m averaging 11 months per oil change. I highly recommend this vehicle except if your commute is very hilly/ mountains. Much engine roar on big hills. Here in NJ not many of those. I’m 67 y.o. and do love to hypermile I do drive like the grandpa that I am!

What began as a regular day in which you try to find a car that meets expectations of not being expensive, being efficient and looking good, it seemed that it would be just another visit to another dealership, but despite being a little late and being a cold day, we decided to stop to visit the last opportunity of the day. I bought my hybrid accord brand new. I got 100K miles now and not a single problem and I'm getting 47mpg. I work for a dealership and out of every sedan it's size nothing feels better to drive.

I bought a used 2018 touring edition. This is my first non-Big 3 vehicle and first hybrid. It has a bit of a learning curve but overall I am pleased with my purchase. I'm able to drive in electric mode most of the time. It has lots of interior room and trunk space. It's not sporty, you can feel it's a heavy car when driving through curves etc. A few foibles. The low tire pressure warning doesn't indicate which tire is low and has to be reset after filling. Inexcusable, I have 2012 cars that indicate the tire and don't have to be reset. You have to pay attention to the drive mode, it defaults to EV which is great unless you're on a long trip. You do not want to let the charge get to zero which is easy to do if you stop on the interstate and forget to switch it back to HV mode. Once it hits zero it no longer charges the battery with regenerative braking, weird. Again, overall I'm happy with the car and would buy it again.
