This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

I recently wrote an honest review regarding our negative experience. Within a day of the review a manager of the dealership called and said they wanted to repair the problem. They did end up repairing at no cost to us and also gave us another truck to drive while they had ours. The door and door locks now work perfectly and we appreciate their effort to make it right. I was unable to remove or edit my previous review, so wanted to be sure to leave another to share that they did end up correcting the problem. We are pleased.

I have had my car for a few years now. I have 102k on it now. I took it in for the A/C recall and Fuel pump. My injectors were replaced as part of the fuel pump recall. I have had zero other issues, all was paid for. I am as happy with it now as I have ever been. I get a constant 35MPG combined and it has 205hp with excellent handling. I’m old, I’ve had a lot of cars. This is truly an engineering marvel. How could you get this mileage and power for that price? Do your research. I drive it very aggressively in so cal canyons etc and it makes me smile.. that alone is worth the reasonable price. Mine is stock, but my warranty just ended at 100k so stay tuned……

Being hours away, I relied heavily on phone calls, texts, emails, and photos/videos, and Chad was responsive, clear, and patient every single time. He explained options clearly, offered additional warranty/services and upgrades without any pressure, and handled everything efficiently. There was a brief hiccup when a thunderstorm knocked their system offline for a moment (totally not his fault!), but he stayed calm, kept things moving, and we even had a great conversation while waiting. The whole finance process was quick, painless, and transparent. One of the biggest surprises came after the deal was done. On my drive home, I realized I needed a second key (the truck only came with one) to reset the door code and for peace of mind. I reached out to Chad, figuring I’d be on my own since the paperwork was signed. To my shock, they offered to reimburse me for getting a replacement at a local dealer. I was floored, they didn’t have to do that, but they stood by their word 100%. I ordered the key, submitted the receipt, and they promptly sent me a check. That’s integrity you rarely see anymore! This was, without question, the best buying experience I’ve ever had at any dealership. No high-pressure tactics, no nonsense, just honest, professional people who genuinely care about doing things right. A huge thank you to Chad Wallace and the entire team at Lebanon Ford! You guys do it right! If you’re in the market for a Ford or just want a dealership that treats you like family, look no further. I can’t recommend them enough!

We leased a 2019 civic hatchback ex and loved it so much we bought out the lease three years later. The best feature that’s unique to these cars is the Lane Watch Blind Spot camera (available on the EX, SI and I believe touring models) I don’t know why they went away from this feature with the 2022+ models. Add all the sensors you want but the camera is better than anything else. I thought it would become standard on more cars, not get phased out. Besides that, the true city gas mileage is closer to 24 than 30, but highway is about 40 and mixed is 29. Very good for an all gas car. We had very few problems in the 6 years we drove it. Only thing we had to replace was the infotainment system— covered by the extended warranty. If it wasn’t for some dumb teens speeding through an intersection and taking us out in the turn lane, it should have lasted another good ten years if not more. This version of the civic is a great little car.

White Allen Honda in Dayton was great. All of the people are easy to work with, friendly and accommodating - especially our dealer Cat McMillian. The paper work and financing was the quickest and easiest of any car dealership I have had over the years - a quarter of the time it has taken at other dealerships. Great job!

Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.

Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

Cars are clean and prices are fair. Purchased a nice 2011 Ranger at better than market price. No issues. I would buy another vehicle from Frontier if and when I needed it.

This car met all my needs throughout the time I have owned it, really really reliable car, really good on gas, and just plain out amazing.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

After the big snow in the area, my car was impacted with snow and was off-balance. They looked at and determined that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and got rid of the impacted snow throughout the car to make it drivable, free of charge! I take my vehicle there to get my oil changes and tire rotations, helping me out in this situation meant a lot to me, and will keep me coming back!

I've had a 2015 honda accord sport since Nov 2018 and I've had no issues until recently, I think my catalytic converter is starting to have problems. The power seems to be diminished. That is the only problem that I've had with the car all this time. Very dependable car this is my third Honda accord

Bought 2008 with 94k miles on it and have owned it for 2 years (115k on it now). Great value car, great Dave Ramsey car(read the Total Money Makeover), great car value to avoid debt(buy one off a “grandma” (=low miles and not driven hard(it only went to church and the grocery store🤣😂)). I will drive it to 200k or more and my investment accounts will keep on growing!

I'm a 67 yr old Widow and I have a Keyless Car and due to circumstances, I was not able to get my Car Fob in for service to get a new battery for my Car! The Manager Drew Simpson Fairborn Ohio 45344, came to my Home and replaced it for me! He would not even take a penny for the battery! He has shown me much kindness! Just today his Honestly saved me between 2 car's around 2k Thank you Drew for your kindness!! My Father's was a Service Manager and I never thought I'd see one that could walk in his shoes as a Service Manager and this is why I'm a repeat buyer and will continue!! Once again thank you 😊

3 main qualities I look for when shopping for a car are good mpg, plenty of space, and a bit of get up n go power. I feel like I easily got everything I wanted and as a bonus also ended up with a great looking car as well as reliable. You can easily achieve low 40’s mpg on the highway with the 1.5L motor. That’s even better than my wife’s hybrid suv. My one and only minor complaint is that I feel like the wheels are a bit too big. Maybe I’m just acting like an old man, even at 42 years old LoL but I prefer rims a bit smaller but with meatier tires. Unfortunately Honda didn’t make very many of the LX models which come with 17” rims instead of the 19’s like my Sport has. So you do feel bumps in the road pretty good with those low profile tires.

Donald Lawson kept me informed of progress, worked with 3rd party warranty company, explained charges that were covered/not covered, met me at the door to review work completed when picking up vehicle, and he followed up after work was completed to make sure satisfied. It's a small but not tiny. It sort of roomier in the front but tighter in the rear seats. My model is the 2 doors coupe ex, with stick shift, it came well equipped with all the bells and whistles. Is good on gas and fun to drive. It's not incredible peppy but is fast and strong, and there's a lot of ways you can customize it with. Hondas have always been known for reliability, and this car won't disappoint you, it has 140k miles on it and stills runs like it was new. I got a really good deal from the dealer I bought it from, and they're pretty good overall. I would definitely buy from this place again!
