I'm from Illinois and luckily I was paired up with Adam O'Connor over the phone as my salesman. He made my purchase very easy, he was beyond helpful, and most of all very thorough. Buying a car out of state can make you nervous but I did NOT have that feeling dealing with Adam. The entire staff was courteous as well. Even though I'm from Illinois I will make my next purchase from Performance Honda. I highly recommend this dealership.

Best year civic thus far....gas mpg, handling, features, and comfort. I've had prolly 10 civics in my lifetime and this is the best one yet.

This is the first Honda I have ever owned and will likely be the last as I expect it to out live me lol. We travel back and too from North Georgia to SW Florida and the car is so comfortable that I make the drive in one day. We get good gas mileage and the Pilot is a nice looking car with plenty of power.

Chad and Sheri were great! Firestone in Newport, KY are dishonest. It was suggested that I go to Performance Honda by my close friend. Performance Honda fixed what Firestone tried to mess up. I will NEVER go back to Firestone in Newport, Kentucky.P H will be my go to from now on. Word of mouth, they are worth the drive. Performance Honda in Fairfield, Ohio. Just bought the Honda Civic 2020 Sport Coupe and I’m really happy with it. The car looks sharp, drives smoothly, and has enough power to make daily driving fun without sacrificing fuel economy. Interior is comfortable and modern, with all the tech I need. Overall, a great blend of sporty looks, efficiency, and reliability. I would Highly recommend this car.

The truck I had been searching for came up in my cars.com search last. Sunday. I reached to the dealer and to my surprise heard from them within in an hour. We worked out some parameters and connected first thing Monday morning. Chris sent me a video first thing and we worked out everything on the phone. Drove to Cincinnati since I am in Indy and was in and out within a couple hours and they even installed a cover for me while I waited. Great deal and very happy with my purchase.

despite numerous quality & reliability issues ( 2016 thru 2021 ) > many will never be resolved by Honda as Honda accepts no responsibility nor concern about problems > including mechanical & in-vehicle entertainment systems, Honda still retains value.

What amazing car that doesn't give any problem what's so ever. I bought mine at westshore honda in tampa. Great amazing people there they treat you like family. This car is a big step up from a Nissan Altima. Lots of space and the ride is smooth. The engine is a bit noisy when idle(clicking noise from the direct injection), and there's also a drone sound when acceleratinf beyond 60mph(not sure if this could be cause of the new tires or not), but other than those noises, it's a smooth machine!

I had to take a car back due to unforeseen circumstances on my side and it was easy as they helped me to find something more affordable and reliable in my price range. I took the current vehicle to my mechanic and not a issue at all. I have been working with Daniel Ross for months to find something and he is amazing and treats folks as he would wish to be treated. 500 miles a week on the GSP and the comfort in my 4 door Honda Accord is unmatched with the wide leather seats and the smooth ride. Change the oil when the wrench light is on and still going strong at 160,000k miles. 34.5 mpg average for highway travel.

I walked into the dealership to look at a specific vehicle that I wanted to see. They were super accommodating on letting me test drive and also taking it for a pre-purchase inspection. I chose not to purchase the vehicle and told them it wasn't for me and they did not give me any hassle! I would definitely go back to them if I needed a car

I bought the car with 150k miles and it was rotting in a neighbors driveway. The dealer told me it would cost $1900 to fix. I went home and YouTubed all of the repairs myself and got the parts for $120. Easy to work on and reasonable to repair. Now almost 200k miles and I drive it everywhere. Great car and it still has the picnic table.

this may be a bit lengthy, but i think it’s important to give all of my opinion. i was looking for a 2015 or newer 1/2-ton full size pickup. they had several on their lot. i ended up with a 2019 ram 1500 classic big horn. i went here because they had a large variety of vehicles but specifically because they had the truck i wanted at the price i was looking to pay. i initially made contact with jesus, but finished with myron. they were both friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. a++ to both them and all of the staff i had contact with. i waited a couple weeks to write this review because i wanted time to see if any previously unidentified issues popped up with the vehicle and i can confidently say that it has run very well & i have had NO PROBLEMS with it. the pros: large selection of quality cars very easy to work with accommodating to my needs/requests above & beyond with cooperation and negotiation. no high pressure sales or multitudes of “add-ons” carfax included, plus they had a long history of maintenance records on the vehicle that they attached (prior to signing) the cons: beware of the “55 point inspection”. my mechanic found a few things that should have been caught during the inspection. so either they missed them or they didn’t consider them immediate enough to fix. (totally fair, i have no problem with that.). there was one not-quite-major-but-significant issue identified but we worked that out to my 100% satisfaction. (make sure you get an independent opinion on ANY used car you are looking to buy no matter where you get it. it’s a good practice.) the bottom line, aka tl;dr so would i buy another car from them in the future. yes, i absolutely would buy from them again. if you are looking for a good quality vehicle at a fair price, i recommend you at least go see what they have to offer.

This is hands down the best car I have ever owned!! I've had it 11 years and my 2014 Honda Accord has never needed a repair. I have only ever had to do regular maintenance on it (battery, brake pads, tires, etc). What an incredible value at $22K!!! One feature that has been buggy is the infotainment/Bluetooth but I can live with it.

I have had the Honda LX for almost 3 1/2 years now and it’s such a reliable car. It drives good (and I drive it hard may I add) have only had to fix the brakes and roders just a week ago, it does burn oil like crazy and I replaced a couple tires that kept popping but other than that it’s good on gas, a smooth ride, I never plug it in in the winter and may I add it gets to -30 here and it starts every time. My car is all black tinted led lights she is nice to look at beautiful body (model) I like this car out of the 13 cars I’ve had and this is one of the older cars too I’ve had but I just love it for some reason. I would definitely recommend it. I purchased mine for a little over $7600 from a family member did some upgrades to it take good care of it mechanically the inside is always clean (some scruffs here and there as it’s an older car) but I’m sure i could sell it for $5500-$6000. Definitely a good buy and worth it.

Checked around several Dealerships for a SS. Saw Imran Imports website an they had an SS. Talked to there friendly Sales Staff, made an appointment. The Chevy Camaro SS was perfect. Sales staff was great. The Bank Loan they got me was Fantastic. I highly recommend them

We purchased this 2013 Honda Civic new , it now has roughly 135,000 miles now in January 2025 and has only received regular service maintenance. It has not needed any repairs , with the exception of tires, two battery replacements , and proactively replaced brake pads and rotors.

We have owned our CRV for close to 10 years now. From 65k miles to 192k. The A/c went out years ago and no problem since fixing it. Replaced the alternator at maybe 160k. That’s it. They are not fast. We get about 23mpg combined. It’s the best car we have ever owned as far as reliability and function. Comfortable with a large trunk. Some may start to consume a little oil, just add a bottle of ring seal once or twice a year. Great car

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!
