Our experience at Moss Motors BMW was very good. We had an excellent salesman, Sloan Bennett, who was very knowledgeable, professional and personal. We highly recommend him when looking for a BMW. He told us to call him any time - even 1 am. in the morning would not be a problem. Very satisfied with our experience.

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

Extremely professional and customer focused. The service department manager (Debbie) is the reason I will purchase my next vehicle from Leblanc Honda. Far better than other Honda dealerships in the area.

No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

I was waited on immediately upon arrival for my first oil change & tire rotation 2025. Very friendly service personnel. Suiting area was very clean and comfortable. Offered coffee and water!

Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

Overall buying experience was easy and pleasant Kaylon was a joy to work with and all the staff we encountered were extremely helpful. Great job!

Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

I love this car! ‘26 Sedan Sport trim level is excellent as is the lower and higher trims. I traded in my 2014 Civic sedan Lx and got a great lease deal from the dealership. I got it in the new Blue Lagoon color which is an extra cost option(all paint colors should be standard)but it looks great with the black trim. Drives great, great mpg, reliable as a Honda should be. It’s like driving a mini Accord.

This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

I was shopping for a vehicle, but wasn't sure what I wanted exactly. Michelle at Moss Motors listened to me and helped me figure out what would work best for me. Her knowledge of the BMW product is wonderful. She was not pushy in any way, instead she was patient and a pleasure to be around. I had always heard very good things about Honda vehicles, and the Honda Accord especially.
