They’re good at what they do. They low-balled me big time on my trade in but I was able to talk them up to something I could live with. They also worked with me on some extra touch ups my wife and I wanted done to scratches on the passenger door. Overall, a pleasant experience. Izzy was a great salesman and Anya in finance is great! My truck was priced nicely and it was too good of a deal to pass on so I’m quite satisfied overall.

I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

Had problems w/ battery draining at 17 months 22,000 miles. Then at 19 months 25000 miles, the audio unit needed replaced. While mine was In the shop, my service consultant had the same problem. Tow truck service told me they've had numerous calls on Passpotrs w/ dead batteries being dead more than once on the same vehicle. Hopefully we've got it fixed.

Super comfy, love the 2nd row captains chairs. the tv is a life saver, and i would super recommend this! im a dad of 5 so its perfect. This car was bought to replace a 2017 Toyota Camry that was totaled in an accident. After much searching we found the interior/exterior color combo we wanted. This is our first hybrid ,and while it takes a little time to get used to the feel of a hybrid, we were very happy with the drivability and overall feel of the car.Honda claims up to 48 MPG city. We've achieved low 40's since our current commute is very short. That will most likely change once I start driving for Uber again, so I'm confident that the MPG figure will reach Honda's claim.

An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

This is the first Honda I have ever owned and will likely be the last as I expect it to out live me lol. We travel back and too from North Georgia to SW Florida and the car is so comfortable that I make the drive in one day. We get good gas mileage and the Pilot is a nice looking car with plenty of power.

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

Bought my car about three years ago from Vince at Easton. We had such a positive experience that my husband bought his truck last year. In between, I suggested to my mother that she call Vince and buy her car, she did, and was very satisfied with the car, Vince and the entire process. A few months ago, my sister needed a car....yep....called Vince and now she is driving an awesome, like new car! Of course she is just as satisfied as the rest of us were! By the way, we live almost two hours away from Car Max Easton. Worth the trip! Whenever I am ready to trade, I will be calling Vince! My mother got this car new and gave it to me after only a couple years. I absolutely ADORED this car. So reliable and comfortable. I would still be driving it if a semi truck hadn't fallen on it, crushing us over the guardrail, rolling us a few times. We would not have survived that in most cars. This car has ample room above you that crushes down. I had previously wondered once why the ceiling was so high. Life saver. The seat belt held so fast and hard that I have a massive bruise from it. The seat belts had my friend and I hanging upside down. This is a fantastic car. Sad to see it go! I will probably get another.

Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

Great experience from start to finish! During the test drive, I noticed a noise in one of the front wheels. My salesman (Mike Khurshid) noticed it too. He said he would have their service dept look at it the next day. He called back to say that the tires were mismatched, so they put 4 brand new tires on the car (no additional charge). When he drove it again, the noise was gone. I was just going to pick up the car, but he insisted I drive it again myself to make sure the noise was gone. This was a small sale for CarMax, but everyone there made me feel I was the most important customer they had that day. I left with my new car, and a handful of Mike's business cards to give to friends!

Waited to give an honest review. 4 years later, I know have 109,000 miles on my 2020 Pilot Tour. The bad: It developed the known crackle sound coming from the speakers. This was fixed under warranty twice. The second time not coming back and has been fine. The looks are "meh". My wife's Nissan of similar trim level has a far nicer interior and much fancier seats. On curves the "warning" light flashes on my dash and the steering wheel shakes sometimes if a car is coming from the other direction. It's annoying, but I hear a problem for many manufacturers with these safety features, not just Honda. The Good: I consider my Pilot practical. It does everything well, just not flashy. My previous car was a 2012 Honda Pilot that I put 190,000 trouble free miles on. This Pilot with an updated transmission feels MUCH quicker. It is much easier to drive. It handles well, averages around 24 mpg on my commute (non expressway), and has been trouble free outside of the speaker issue. It hauls the family well, with lots of room, especially if the 3rd row is not used. I put on the dealer installed trans cooler and trailer hitch to tow a couple of waverunners, which it hauls easily. If you can get past the "ok" styling, it is a car that does everything well and my reliability has been very, very good so far.

I had my 2017 Nissan Rogue SV in for preventative mx at 81,000 miles….. Greg has been my service advisor of choice and he by far is one of the best in the business I’ve seen since my first car in 1974……. And the mx work was done timely and professionally….. this service dept is top notch

Best first new truck. So far so good. I couldn't be more impressed with my Ridgeline. But.... I wasn't a big fan of not getting my vehicle into neutral with a dead battery to back it out of the garage to give me a jump start because I left my tailgate cracked and the lights killed my battery overnight so I had to go buy a portable jump starter cuz I was stuck face first in the garage. But lesson learned I love my new truck I'm glad I got it.

No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

Best car I've ever owned. Quick, sporty, but not a high-end sports car. Headlight configuration suggests high-beams are always on. Bit of a gas hog around town, but great highway mileage. Completely satisfied with only minor complaints. Recommend.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.
