Chris exceeded all of my expectations even though I was apprehensive about buying a brand new vehicle at the time. I have to say that each and every time I visit Lithia CJDR of the Tri-Cities is ALWAYS a Pleasant Experience. The Service Dept; Oscar, Dexia, Austin, and Miguel, are always pleasant, they always greet us and remember us as we bring in our vehicles for their regular maintenance. Sales Dept; Lolo Lopez; BEST D--- Salesperson We have ever met. (My husband and I have purchased 25 vehicles thru the last 40 years) Lolo is and will be the only Salesperson we will recommend to any one who asks! He is not pushy, not annoying, nor is he a hoverer. Lolo is very amicable and a down home person. Sales Finance: Brian and Ivan, very conscientious and caring during our interaction of signing of contracts and going over the financing. Brian and Ivan called me the very next day to see if everything was going well with my new vehicle and if I had any concerns. I did have a couple of concerns relating to the charging of the vehicle (not related to them or Lithia).They listened to my concerns and were able to offer suggestions. Over all, Lithia of the Tri-Cities have loyal customers indefinitely.

I love the huge interior of this! I have enough room with the seats down for all 3 Great Danes! The mileage is great and driving is very comfy. I had a rav 4, and it was ok, but it was a bit bulky, this is smaller And easier to drive around!

No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

We visited many dealerships in the Tricities area with varying experiences--mostly good. However, when we arrived at Archibalds, we met Guy. He was friendly, listened, and cared about what we wanted. He was knowledgeable, honest and the right kind of help that we needed to get just what we wanted. Our experience finding and buying a car was excellent. Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

Honda makes a very reliable vehicle. The Pilot comes with a bevy of extras and has a very smooth ride for a medium sized SUV.

While I didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle here, I really enjoyed the shopping experience. Nice people. They care and listen. Give them a try.

3rd Pilot owned in last 15 years. Each with more advanced features. Always reliable if you do all the required maint. Always a good trade value too, even with 100K + miles ! Combination of practical space, reliability, fuel economy , and performance can't be beat......Love my Honda !!

As a 15 year old looking for my first car, I had a nice experience. Friendly and accommodating, they cleaned up the headlights so I could see better at night going the extra mile to help my first car feel like a new car, not just new to me car. Thank you Excalibur Sydney and Dad.

The vehicle is good in all categories. Which makes it great overall value. There are only 2 things I do not like. The Black card that does not consistently work to unlock the driver side door. The light option under the rear tailgate to unlock trunk with your foot. Otherwise I would of rated this SUV a 5 star vehicle.

Our vehicle now has 150,000 miles. Its performing great. Pretty good gas mileage and has had minimal service other than routine. It does have a rattle when first starting car. We had that fixed ($800) but now it's back. Dang. The one exterior design problem we face is the latch for the rear hatch. The location is poor. EVERYONE tries to open the hatch just under the window where there is a cut out and has pulled off trim and messed with the back up camera. I've noticed that has been fixed on newer models. It does not seem to do really well in the snow due to the weight distribution. Even with new tires. But its been super dependable and has been our people and dog moving car for 10 years and has really held up well.

Great costomer service. They treat you very kindly, and they show you what's wrong with your vehicle and give you options on how to fix it. Great appliances, very nice waiting room with a free water bottle.

Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

I would only recommend Archibald’s, if you want the absolute best auto shopping experience in the world. The staff at Archibald’s goes above and beyond in every way.

I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

I did a last minute car purchase. This was the third vehicle that we got from Excalibur, always friendly staff. Go Avery went above and beyond helping me.

Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.

The CRV is a luxury mid size hatchback. Smooth riding, handles well in Michigan’s winter weather 🤒. Good miles per gallon. I do drive in economy mode. I am still getting used to the size after driving a Honda Odessy. Good overall view. No obvious blind spots. I wish it had a manual garage opener feature on on the Ex.

I had a 2021 CRV and was involved in an accident and I have no doubt that because how well it was constructed that it saved me from serious injuries. I then replaced the 2021 CRV with a 2026 CRV.

I loved my 2022 CRV but after it was totaled, I upgraded to 2026. I do miss the wood paneling on the 2022 model, and I wish the 2026 was still compatible with the HondaLink app, but overall the 2026 is all around better vehicle with even more comfortable seating, a bigger screen, and the same smooth Honda handling. If you are in the market for a small SUV, you can't go wrong with a 2026 CRV!

Good handling car in all weather. Blind spots in back causes me to pay extra attention to people coming up on my sides. Great mileage if you avoid excessive speed. Quite riding vehicle.

I purchased the Black Edition and I love it. I like: the auto adjust front seats, heated seats and steering wheel, the quite ride, smooth ride, the 9 speed transmission, the sound it makes when I push on the acceleration, great excelleration (especially when the Echo mode is off). The only thing that would make it perfect is better gas mileage.
