They are all very professional, extremely helpful and just pleasant all around. I worked mostly with Natasha and I couldn’t say enough kind things. Oh, and I love the car! Natasha treat me like a family member, She deeply listened to our need and suggested the car which I love and fit with my budget. They made sure the deal was where I needed it to be. Never felt pressured and highly recommend getting a car here.

Had problems w/ battery draining at 17 months 22,000 miles. Then at 19 months 25000 miles, the audio unit needed replaced. While mine was In the shop, my service consultant had the same problem. Tow truck service told me they've had numerous calls on Passpotrs w/ dead batteries being dead more than once on the same vehicle. Hopefully we've got it fixed.

Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!
