No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

I am pleased to be able to write this as I recently had an unexpectedly pleasant experience with a service appointment at Berlin City Honda. From the moment I arrived until I drove off the lot, I felt like the most important person in the place. I was given accurate time and cost expectations. The waiting area was very comfortable. The dealership offers a shuttle service with a comfortable vehicle and a capable, friendly driver. I was picked up in 5 minutes after calling for a ride back. The car was fixed well within the time period I was given and the fix was perfect. The inside was cleaner than when it went in the garage and the price was less than expected. Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.

Honda makes a very reliable vehicle. The Pilot comes with a bevy of extras and has a very smooth ride for a medium sized SUV.

I took this in to see if the brakes needed any adjustments are replaced, and they had a photo of my car up on the rack in real time on her computer in the service area, showing me exactly everything: the condition of the rotors and pads and all - it was just state-of-the-art Transparency that I really appreciate especially in these times

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

After almost 180,000 trouble-free miles with our 2015 Pilot and an excellent Honda dealer near by, we really didn’t look hard at anything but another Pilot when it was time for a new car. Our EXL, purchased in March 2024, just turned 20,000 miles. We have had no issues with it, and the trip computer says we have averaged 27.1 mpg over the last 5500 miles. That is about 4.5 mpg better than the 2015. The good: It is extremely roomy and comfortable, even the third-row seats. We are very pleased with the fuel economy for a vehicle of this size. The headlights are the best we’ve had on any vehicle. I really like the rugged looks, especially compared the the previous generation. It’s great on snowy and slippery surfaces. The not-as-good: This is my first vehicle with all the modern safety aids. I find the lane-departure system annoying, especially in construction zones. The first time I backed out of the garage with bikes on a hitch-mounted carrier, the car automatically slammed on the brakes so hard I thought I ran into something. (Pro tip: Use tow mode when hauling bikes.) I don’t use the adaptive cruise control because it starts matching the speed of the vehicle ahead long before I would normally change lanes to pass, even with the system adjusted accordingly. However, I can’t see that future vehicles will have FEWER of these features, so I suppose I will just have to get used to them.

I have owned my HR-V for about a month. Did have to tint my windows was no big deal. I think it had great power has alot on get up and go. Just the right size for me. Still learning what all the buttons do. Overall I am very pleased. First Honda owned.

Didn't know much about this car until i got it. Car is good, economical , looks good. Didn't see much of them on the roads a year ago, but there are many of them now. This shows its gaining popularity.

So slow it’s almost unsafe! Front seats are not comfortable. Blind spot in side mirrors. Everything else is good. Base engine needs 40 more horses. Sport trim should have a turbo engine.

What a great car! I was originally going to get a CR-V but realized I did not really need that much room so I decided to drop down to an HR-V but then get the highest trim level with all the bells and whistles. So now I have all the great comfort and sensors and top infotainment and still paying less than the CR-V. The drive is very smooth and easy to handle. The only "issue" is that it does not accelerate from a stop very quickly but then again I did not buy this to have a race car. And I just need to get used to this being a bigger car than my previous Fit so the gas mileage is not that great. Anyway, If you are looking for the small end of an SUV, this is definitely a car you should focus on.

Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

This small SUV gives a lot of bang for the buck. For my driving this car has plenty of power. I don't know whether the others who say it is under powered are trying to run in the Indy 500 or what, but for every day driving as well as on the interstate it has more than enough power. The only negative for me is I got the LX model and it is not satellite radio compatible. This is for one purpose and that is to get the customer to spend more to get the more expensive model. If I were Sirius I would tell auto makers that they either offer satellite radio in all models or they don't get it for any of their models. The HR-V gets great gas milage and has a ton of safety features. I love the HR-V!

To many recalls.rear axle shaft boot ,fuel pump,magnet in steering for power steering. Padding in interior to thin, engine noise,inside.injectors replaced.cant get parts.might not buy a Honda ,next time.

From the moment I walked in to the dealership, Jeff made me feel welcome and at ease. Having walked in the Porsche showroom (accidentally), I joked to Jeff that I'd love to be in the market for a Porsche, but that it was beyond my price range (I was looking for a used vehicle under $16,000!). He said it didn't matter to him what I was there to buy and he was delighted to help me. I couldn't be more impressed with his no-hassle, no-pressure, and friendly demeanor. After test-driving a couple of cars, I drove all over greater Portland and did a lot more car shopping at other area dealerships. After spending another two days test driving other cars (and dealerships/sales staff), I went back to Jeff at Morong knowing I was, without a doubt, in the best hands, getting the best customer service. (I wish I hadn't wasted my time at other dealerships, but am grateful to have confirmed my confidence in Morong.) I called Jeff as soon as I walked away from my final test drive at another dealer and asked if the car I wanted was still available. Thankfully it was. He speedily ran it thorough a final service check so that I could have it by COB on a Friday. Jordan was equally impressive when it came time to finalize the deal and documentation. It has been over a month since my purchase and I'm as delighted as the Friday I picked up my new (to me) Kia Sorento. Yep... a Kia from a high-end dealer. The car is in pristine condition, full leather, heated and cooled seats, luxury package. I recommend Morong highly and without reservation. Thanks to the entire dealership, and Jeff in particular. I'll be back when it's time. In the meantime, I recommend you to anyone I know who's in the market for a car.

This is a nice SUV that is not flashy, but it does its job carrying the people and running errands around town. It’s also nice for longer trips.
