The service, Christian Limon, was helpful and attentive and signed me in quickly. The shuttle service home and return was well within expected time. Christian called me back to confirm the approved work and again when car was ready. Over all it was a pleasant experience.

Had problems at first, but was taken care of by Michael Johnson a service advisor. Mr Johnson listen to my concerns and took charge. He kept in touch with me and when the work was completed I was called to come and pick up my vehicle. I am very satisfied.

The service department is great and have never had a problem getting appointments for routine mantainance. In 12 cars only 2 minor warranty visits immediately taken care of. I have financed and leased and have always had confidence in that department to provide the deal etc that is best for us at the time and they have done so.
