No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

I absolutely love this car. I traded my 2023 Subaru Outback Touring XT for this 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring. I absolutely love the way it drives. I have had hybrids before from Toyota and they drive like you know they are a hybrid with noisy obnoxious engines. This car is smooth and has great road manners. It isn't a sports car by any means, but I love the way it drives. It is not your typical fuel sipping hybrid SUV. I would highly recommend this vehicle.

After owning 2 CRV’s I decided to go with something larger. I’d initially been considering the Pilot, but I didn’t want or need the third row of seats. I’ve had my 2022 Passport for exactly a year now, and I love it. It makes me happy every time I get behind the wheel. For the size of the vehicle the gas mileage isn’t bad; I’m averaging 15-18mpg city and 23-27mpg highway. It handles well and is very comfortable. I’m not a fan if the idle stop, but that seems to be standard on many vehicles now. I’ve become accustomed to turning it off immediately, so it’s not a problem.

Waited to give an honest review. 4 years later, I know have 109,000 miles on my 2020 Pilot Tour. The bad: It developed the known crackle sound coming from the speakers. This was fixed under warranty twice. The second time not coming back and has been fine. The looks are "meh". My wife's Nissan of similar trim level has a far nicer interior and much fancier seats. On curves the "warning" light flashes on my dash and the steering wheel shakes sometimes if a car is coming from the other direction. It's annoying, but I hear a problem for many manufacturers with these safety features, not just Honda. The Good: I consider my Pilot practical. It does everything well, just not flashy. My previous car was a 2012 Honda Pilot that I put 190,000 trouble free miles on. This Pilot with an updated transmission feels MUCH quicker. It is much easier to drive. It handles well, averages around 24 mpg on my commute (non expressway), and has been trouble free outside of the speaker issue. It hauls the family well, with lots of room, especially if the 3rd row is not used. I put on the dealer installed trans cooler and trailer hitch to tow a couple of waverunners, which it hauls easily. If you can get past the "ok" styling, it is a car that does everything well and my reliability has been very, very good so far.

He makes my leasing experience as uncomplicated and easy as possible. During the purchase process and afterwards, he takes the time to answer all of my questions. I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

Honda makes a very reliable vehicle. The Pilot comes with a bevy of extras and has a very smooth ride for a medium sized SUV.

With 40-48 mpg around town and close to 40 mpg on the highway, we have saved several thousand dollars on gas by trading our Odyssey for this CRV-hybrid. It can carry a lot of baggage and is really comfortable on long trips. Great heating and cooling system, top-notch reliability with low maintenance costs. Our other car is a 2014 CR-Z hybrid, and we've owned 8 Hondas to date.

John Doyle was a pleasure to work with as I did research on my next new car. He was very easy to speak to and he listened to my "criteria" of what I was trying to find. I also like the fact that he did not talk down to me assuming I knew nothing about cars, when in fact I worked as a mechanic several years ago! Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

2022 Passport only has 900 miles on it. Been driving for over 60 years and will say this vehicle is one of the more difficult ones to drive -- the long hood really makes it impossible to tell where the right front fender is when parking. I have a great feel of a vehicle while driving and can say that the Passport does not offer that feeling. Will say that Honda quality for final inspections is sloppy as the Passport came with all 4 wheels unbalanced. Passport is also a very low seller for a variety of reasons. Given all that, it's still a good vehicle that takes time to warm up to.

Recently bought a 2024 Honda CRV at Route23 Honda. Can not say enough good things about the experience. I had not bought a new car for 13 years and the new ones had so many features that I did not understand at all that I was very uncomfortable trying to make the right decisions. My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

A great buying experience here for a used, certified 2015 Civic. my sales agent was easy going, no pressure. Plenty of info on the vehicle history, negotiating was painless, and none of the good-guy/bad-guy tactics to drive up the price. Also did not have to endure the "my manager wants to meet you" crap. This was the quickest and most painless car buying experience I've had to date. I highly recommend Cory in the pre-owned sales office, and I've heard good things about Joe on the new sales side as well.

Started off by turning in my 2016 Accord Sport. After going over all options ended up leasing another 2020 Accord Sport. To many recalls.rear axle shaft boot ,fuel pump,magnet in steering for power steering. Padding in interior to thin, engine noise,inside.injectors replaced.cant get parts.might not buy a Honda ,next time.
