I work at a car dealership in VA. A customer traded in their 2011 Honda Pilot EX-L with a little over 185k miles on it. I bought it two weeks ago from our wholesale lot and it's been amazing. I can tell the previous owner kept really good care of it but also the comfortability of the vehicle and the reliability really caught my eye. I have another vehicle I drive but this deal I couldn't pass up. Best vehicle I've ever owned even with 186k on it. It has everything I wanted and the space is great for me and my 2 year old black lab. Buy one if you can find a good deal - they are soooo worth it!!!!

I love my Odyssey! It is so comfortable, the seat is larger than any of the new cars, it comes out to the back of my knees, and I am 5'6", i know that's a strange thing to like, but its important to me. I also like how versatile it is with the e3rd row seats folding into the floor, or makes the well deep enough for storage! Half or the whole way across! Best car I have ever owned!

After almost 180,000 trouble-free miles with our 2015 Pilot and an excellent Honda dealer near by, we really didn’t look hard at anything but another Pilot when it was time for a new car. Our EXL, purchased in March 2024, just turned 20,000 miles. We have had no issues with it, and the trip computer says we have averaged 27.1 mpg over the last 5500 miles. That is about 4.5 mpg better than the 2015. The good: It is extremely roomy and comfortable, even the third-row seats. We are very pleased with the fuel economy for a vehicle of this size. The headlights are the best we’ve had on any vehicle. I really like the rugged looks, especially compared the the previous generation. It’s great on snowy and slippery surfaces. The not-as-good: This is my first vehicle with all the modern safety aids. I find the lane-departure system annoying, especially in construction zones. The first time I backed out of the garage with bikes on a hitch-mounted carrier, the car automatically slammed on the brakes so hard I thought I ran into something. (Pro tip: Use tow mode when hauling bikes.) I don’t use the adaptive cruise control because it starts matching the speed of the vehicle ahead long before I would normally change lanes to pass, even with the system adjusted accordingly. However, I can’t see that future vehicles will have FEWER of these features, so I suppose I will just have to get used to them.

I have bought two cars from Robert Brown. He is the best, experience, knowledgably, patience, very customer oriented, and after training sales people for many years, I know the difference. Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.

Bought my 2013 Accord EX-L used in 2021 and I love my car. Incredible gas mileage, a sunroof, an excellent factory stereo system, and smooth, zero to sixty in about eight seconds acceleration. Corners like a dream. Heated leather seats. Roomy backseat for the Pibble and a generous trunk. Very little cabin noise. I have total confidence that if I maintain scheduled maintenance on this car, and I will, it'll last me for another hundred thousand miles. I honestly think that the 9th generation Honda Accord was one of the best years for this car.

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. One of the well-constructed cars I owned. I owned seven Honda/ Acura cars never one disappointment. The six speeds can run up to 7k RPM. This is a small rocket when needed in R-Mode. Comfort mode is great when it comes to mpg gas.

I traded in my 22 Accord with the 1.5T and CVT transmission. My 2021 has the 2.0T and 10 speed automatic. It’s a great car for the money, dollar for dollar, you cannot beat it! Fully Loaded, very strong motor and tranny, rides beautiful, handles everything beautifully!

It's longer than most SUVs. I've been able to haul both drywall and plywood still closing the rear door. It's been great to travel with, the back seats fold all the way down.

CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

I worked with 2 different salesmen which I initially thought was weird, but both were very professional. One would pick up where the other left off. Overall, a good experience.

Waited to give an honest review. 4 years later, I know have 109,000 miles on my 2020 Pilot Tour. The bad: It developed the known crackle sound coming from the speakers. This was fixed under warranty twice. The second time not coming back and has been fine. The looks are "meh". My wife's Nissan of similar trim level has a far nicer interior and much fancier seats. On curves the "warning" light flashes on my dash and the steering wheel shakes sometimes if a car is coming from the other direction. It's annoying, but I hear a problem for many manufacturers with these safety features, not just Honda. The Good: I consider my Pilot practical. It does everything well, just not flashy. My previous car was a 2012 Honda Pilot that I put 190,000 trouble free miles on. This Pilot with an updated transmission feels MUCH quicker. It is much easier to drive. It handles well, averages around 24 mpg on my commute (non expressway), and has been trouble free outside of the speaker issue. It hauls the family well, with lots of room, especially if the 3rd row is not used. I put on the dealer installed trans cooler and trailer hitch to tow a couple of waverunners, which it hauls easily. If you can get past the "ok" styling, it is a car that does everything well and my reliability has been very, very good so far.

I have dealt with many dealerships when I use to have my business in Kentucky a couple years ago but I never have seen a dealership as good as this one.Roger pereira was my advisor in service you can't ask for better unreal and the gentleman that come picked me up from my house in harbor hills very very nice to talk to.The people in this area don't know how lucky they are to have this place.Very knowledgeable people hands down.I never give reviews but I had to after this experience. It's bad that some may have had problems with this CRV. I do believe it's rare when compared to other vehicle makers however. I've owned my share of lemons over the years. CRV has always been popular. Honda actually has addressed the few "fuel in oil issues" of northern winters, and the A/C compressor seal complaints by extending warranty time for both issues to all owners. I feel this CRV is the best in performance, cargo space, interior layout and quality, and modern safety features that others just didn't even offer in 2017. A price value like this won't ever be seen again.

Man it’s 2025 and my 2005 4banger Honda accord is pushing great. Nothing but oil changes, battery change. Thing just keeps going. Current mileage 205,000… still makes it from Sacramento California to San Diego no problem.

Sunday November 23, 2025 I arrived at the Coggin Honda of Orlando on Central FL Parkway and Orange Blossom Trail with a hesitancy of being harassed by multiple car sales man and all of their ?Pitching? tactics and slogans. That was far from what actually happened. A gentleman by the name of Mark introduced himself to me and asked me if I was here to see someone specific or looking for a particular car. I proceeded to tell him that I came to test drive the Used 2021 Tesla Model Y they had online. He immediately went and grabbed the key; asked me for my drivers license and next thing you know the Tesla was out front ready for the test drive. Keep in mind, this is my very first EV purchase and it?s been over 15 years since I brought a car. I knew I was going to buy the car from this location the minute we returned from the test drive. I had previously test drove two Model Y?s at another location three days before and didn?t feel as comfortable when I stepped back into the showroom. Two hours later I was signing paperwork to purchase the vehicle. I want to first thank Mr. Mark for his amazing professionalism and the kind demeanor within his approach which part of what sold the deal. Of course, we were able to hit the important numbers I needed to make the deal happen as well. There was not too much back and forth in regards to push back. He even went above and beyond to help me find an insurance company for the car. I end up saving $75 per month in comparison to the insurance I already had. Overall Mark, thank you. Now, Mr. Edgar took over from there; I?m guessing he is the individual that helps you transition from understanding all of the other aspects like CarFax, Trade-In Value, Previous Owner any particulars about the specific car that your buying. Edgar also gave me a step-by-step run down on how to charge my vehicle as well. An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

Very friendly service. I was kept very well informed about the progress of my car repair. It was a comfortable environment to work in on my laptop and sip coffee during the repair time. In fact I stayed a few extra minutes to finish up on some of my work. Most enjoyable.

The vehicle is good in all categories. Which makes it great overall value. There are only 2 things I do not like. The Black card that does not consistently work to unlock the driver side door. The light option under the rear tailgate to unlock trunk with your foot. Otherwise I would of rated this SUV a 5 star vehicle.
