This is the first Honda I have ever owned and will likely be the last as I expect it to out live me lol. We travel back and too from North Georgia to SW Florida and the car is so comfortable that I make the drive in one day. We get good gas mileage and the Pilot is a nice looking car with plenty of power.

First of all, I showed up one week early for my appointment lol ! I thought I was scheduled for an oil change , tire rotation , and PA inspection but got the date mixed up. After driving all the way there I was so disappointed but the manager said well you?re willing to wait an extra 30 to 40 minutes we can do our best to see you! I said great I brought a good book to read! 90 minutes later my car was ready to go!! I really appreciated that they made the effort to fit me into their busy schedule!! Great service!

Bought my 2013 Accord EX-L used in 2021 and I love my car. Incredible gas mileage, a sunroof, an excellent factory stereo system, and smooth, zero to sixty in about eight seconds acceleration. Corners like a dream. Heated leather seats. Roomy backseat for the Pibble and a generous trunk. Very little cabin noise. I have total confidence that if I maintain scheduled maintenance on this car, and I will, it'll last me for another hundred thousand miles. I honestly think that the 9th generation Honda Accord was one of the best years for this car.

I came in for a state inspection and had the 15,000 mile service done and it was done quickly and done while I waited

This car is a big step up from a Nissan Altima. Lots of space and the ride is smooth. The engine is a bit noisy when idle(clicking noise from the direct injection), and there's also a drone sound when acceleratinf beyond 60mph(not sure if this could be cause of the new tires or not), but other than those noises, it's a smooth machine!

I am writing ANOTHER review for Trend Auto since I continue to use them for maintenance issues regarding my used Toyota Sienna that I purchased from them years ago. I have had several issues pop up through the years regarding my van and not only have they resolved each and every problem, they did so in a very reasonably priced and expedient manner. I cannot say enough good things about Trend Auto. I would not even consider going elsewhere. I trust these guys 100% and KEVIN IS FABULOUS! He is honest, fair and trust worthy. They all are an absolute pleasure to work with as I have never had one negative interaction with anyone there. In the past, I have bought many vehicles from various dealerships and I can tell you that Trend Auto is the best!!! I cannot recommend their top notch service highly enough. The last of the great accords. Purchased 2007 accord ex 2.4 liter 4 cylinder engine in 2011 with 46,000 miles. I currently have 160,000 miles on the car. Up to recently it was just basic maintenance, oil brakes and tires etc. I had no mechanical repairs until the car was 16+ years and 150k miles, then it was just starter, control arms and 1 lower ball joint. The check engine light came on recently for the 1st time ever at 159,000. It was an oxygen sensor which I was able to replace myself. Before this car I had a VW jetta where the check engine was never off. Great car it runs and drives the same as when I first got it. Hope to drive for another 100k miles.

I Just want to give a huge shout out to The service center! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, they go out of there way to make you feel like you matter and that’s pretty rare these days. Everyone is great but I highly recommend Justin Goodreau he’s extremely knowledgeable, and he’s always going the extra mile to make you have great experience!

Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

Spoke with very professional and easy speaking sales associate named Aamir Mapp . He was a pleasure to work with, even though we didn’t get a deal done today 02/18/23 . Aamir’s attitude was contagious with some laughter and made the process of possibly selling a car today very comfortable. Unfortunately we were to far off with the numbers today. This is hands down the best car I have ever owned!! I've had it 11 years and my 2014 Honda Accord has never needed a repair. I have only ever had to do regular maintenance on it (battery, brake pads, tires, etc). What an incredible value at $22K!!! One feature that has been buggy is the infotainment/Bluetooth but I can live with it.

I bought many cars before, but nothing as great as this one! My experience was absolutely fantastic! I worked closely with Adam Timar. He helped us navigate this process as easily as possible. He made it a positive experience for me, my wife and my two children. If I ever need another car, I will be a customer there forever!

Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

Just bought the Honda Civic 2020 Sport Coupe and I’m really happy with it. The car looks sharp, drives smoothly, and has enough power to make daily driving fun without sacrificing fuel economy. Interior is comfortable and modern, with all the tech I need. Overall, a great blend of sporty looks, efficiency, and reliability. I would Highly recommend this car.

They’re very responsive and communicate well via email. I ended up not getting the car because it was purchased before I was able to go to the shop but they kept me updated and offered me alternatives.

I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

Excellent service, service section not pushy, explains what's needed,gives time to customer to make decision on what to do. Only negative to Carshop is no Military Discount. Would get more business with Discount.

What amazing car that doesn't give any problem what's so ever. I bought mine at westshore honda in tampa. Great amazing people there they treat you like family. My family already bought two more cars from them. In the service department Mr. Kalef Torres my service advisor what a amazing guy he is the knowledge that he knows is beyond this world. I have been looking for a turbo charged Mazda CX-5 which are fairly rare. I have visited several dealers prior to North Penn but drove a little more than an hour because the asking price was lower than what I had seen elsewhere. They gave me a good price for my trade in and a good price for the CX-5. They seem to deal with lower margins because they sold 5 other cars while I was there and they were not able to come down much on the original price they gave me (which was lower than I expected). I bought during the pandemic so I sat outside on a picnic table in a tent during the deal and all staff were masked. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly from Jamie who made the reservation for the visit to Tim who met me as I drove up and who sold me the car to Colleen who helped me with the paperwork. There was no pressure during the sale and no pressure to buy anything such as an extended warranty.

I agree with most of the ratings except I don't know how it gets a 4.4 for comfort. The driver's seat is terrible. No matter how I tried to adjust it I end up with a sore back.

The SUV meet all my family need with space, seating and tech that come from the factory are perfect for us. My wife works as an independent contractor she has a lot of equipment to move during the job hours. Picking kids from school after work work out perfectly without having to toll trailer around with her.

A family member encouraged me to consider a Honda CR V, when I was looking to replace my American made SUV. Online I found a 2010, with one owner, a clean Carfax, 27 maintenance records for $13K at JL Freed Honda. It seems too good to be true. Exactly what I was hoping for really existed. Then my experience got even better. My salesman was Geoff Smith. His “how can I help you” style was a pleasure. I especially appreciated how he did not “let me get my manager” me. And didn’t waste my time lowballing me on my trade-in, unlike another dealership I was at in Quakertown. To top it all off..,Chris, in the detailing department, did an amazing job. The car sparkles! Overall, one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had.

I have been driving this Civic for 20 years and it is the longest running of all my cars. I paid $13,000 drive out from a dealership here in Texas. The present mileage is 203,000 miles. It has been very dependable with the main items needing repair were a hub bearing, starter, and about a year ago the blower fan motor. a/c still works and compressor is original. Spark plugs lasted 100,000 miles twice. Oil changes at roughly 3,500 miles. I work with a mechanic who wants the car as he has an Acura engine he wants to put in it. He's got a long wait!

Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

Great experience all around. Highly recommend this dealership. Clean, friendly and helpful. Will definitely go to them first in the future.

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

OVERVIEW: Found this used 2019 Pilot Touring with AWD, and 8 Passenger seating. It was in great condition. Exterior and interior colors were exactly what we wanted. Purchased it with aobut 74,500 miles on it, newish tires, roof rack rails (great for mounting a backback). Clean carfax. Overall, I'm super glad we got it. We hope we get 200k miles or more out of this Pilot just like we got on the old one The drivetrain is smooth and provides enough power to move us when all 8 seats are used. Lots of comfort and tech features came with this one. DRIVING: Very smooth transmission shifts. No gear hunting issues with the transmission like those reported on the earlier models, especially on the 2016. Feels more luxurious than sport which for us and the family, it's great. Plenty of power for a family hauler. You can use the paddle shifters in Sport mode. 4 AWD drive modes - Normal, Snow, Mud, and Sand. COMFORT: It's super quiet inside compared to the 2011 model. Not as much road or wind noise like our old Pilot. The steering and suspension handles the road nicely, especially on our crappy California pothole-filled roadways. Lots of room. Nice leather seating with ample leg room. Feels a little bigger than our 2011 Pilot. Kids confirmed it feels a little bigger. Front and middle row heated seats are great! Adjustable armrests for front driver and passenger give good support. Plenty of leg room in 2nd row. Small adults and large kids in the 3rd row will be fine. Feels roomier than the 2011. Lots of cup holders. Seats are easy to move and adjust. Single push buttons to move the middle seats forward to get in and out of the 3rd row seats! Easy to flatten them as well to give you room to haul stuff. Rear door sunshades are included in this trim as well. Sunroof with tilt comes with this model, too. Entertainment and Technology: The entertainment system is really nice. 8in touch screen with Apple CarPlay (Android Auto as well) is excellent. Love how GPS displays on the screen while having the ability to have other apps open on the phone. 10 Speakers sound great. The multiple information dashboard can be customized. Looks sleek. The screen is big, bright, colorful and I set mine to show the tripometer information - miles driven, MPG, and range. You have other options - Nav, AWD torque distribution, entertainment info, etc. Outside temp, ECON mode, Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane-Keep Assist System, safety systems, and other indicators are on-screen. Rear entertainment system has yet to be tested but it can play Blu-Ray discs and has an HDMI port and AC plug for another input source. Comes with 2 wireless headsets and a remote control as well. So far, we found 4 USB charging ports. There are lighter ports available as well in case you need more power. Can't wait to figure out CabinTalk when we go on a road trip. You can communicate both ways with the rear passengers using the internal mics, speakers, and Rear entertainment headsets. The motorized rear tailgate with hands-free kick motion open and close is nice to have as well. Keyless entry system with auto-unlock and walkaway auto-locking features are included as well. Remote start is also included with the Touring trim. Safety: Bright LED headlights and well-designed daytime running lights. Auto high-beam LED headlights were a nice surprise.The Adaptive Cruise Control and Lane-Keep Assist are freakily awesome. Keep your hands on the wheel though because it's not perfect. The camera and sensors can get confused. But they're good to have for safety and driving assist, especially on long rides on open highways. Blindspot monitoring, rear cross-traffic sensing, and parking sensors are included and help in those situations. I always disable the collision mitigation feature due to potential problems with the system potentially braking at wrong and dangerous times.
