Chris exceeded all of my expectations even though I was apprehensive about buying a brand new vehicle at the time. Great experience with Honda of Salem. We are from the Seattle area. We set out on a out of town trip in our new Honda CRV. We were close to the Portland area when we lost connection with Apple Car Play. We pulled into Honda of Salem unannounced with no appointment. A couple guys from the service department tried to get it up and running but they were unsuccessful. They finally said they were going to get the software expert to look at it. They summoned Mr Philip Pham from the Sales/internet department. Within 30 minutes he had everything reset and working like new. He also explained some of the systems & how they worked on our new car. Actually he explained things far better than our experience up in Seattle. Out-of-state buyer hunting online for a good deal, found what I needed at VW of Salem. First, the price was a deal. Second, the buying process was mostly painless... Communication with sales was easy by email, text, and a few phone calls. Most of the difficulty was actually on my bank's end. No weird pressure or vibes from sales when I told them I had financing already lined up. Once everything was lined up, they picked me up from Portland airport and took the vehicle for a test drive, then quickly finished up the purchase. Only delay was apparently one detailer working so getting that final complimentary carwash took a while. Will consider buying from them again when it's time to replace the wife's car!

Just bought the Honda Civic 2020 Sport Coupe and I’m really happy with it. The car looks sharp, drives smoothly, and has enough power to make daily driving fun without sacrificing fuel economy. Interior is comfortable and modern, with all the tech I need. Overall, a great blend of sporty looks, efficiency, and reliability. I would Highly recommend this car.

To many recalls.rear axle shaft boot ,fuel pump,magnet in steering for power steering. Padding in interior to thin, engine noise,inside.injectors replaced.cant get parts.might not buy a Honda ,next time.

I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

It was my old cars time to go (Gloria) at work my coworker brought up CarMax as he just got a new pickup truck from them. My partner and I scheduled an appointment for a viewing Wednesday the 6th. I had to keep adding water to my car so she can take us there. I was nervous as this was my first time purchasing a car. IT WAS THE CAR IVE BEEN WANTING :) and Elijah Combs was our representative. Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

I have owned a honda accord since 1989. I still own my 2004 V6 coupe it's still very reliable, it's my back up car. I own a 2018 accord too. My 1989 accord lasted 360,000 miles before I got a 2000 accord. Great cars. The body needs painting from CA sun ruining it after 20 years but it will cost too much to repaint! But I still drive it!

Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

I absolutely love this car. I traded my 2023 Subaru Outback Touring XT for this 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring. I absolutely love the way it drives. I have had hybrids before from Toyota and they drive like you know they are a hybrid with noisy obnoxious engines. This car is smooth and has great road manners. It isn't a sports car by any means, but I love the way it drives. It is not your typical fuel sipping hybrid SUV. I would highly recommend this vehicle.

Best first new truck. So far so good. I couldn't be more impressed with my Ridgeline. But.... I wasn't a big fan of not getting my vehicle into neutral with a dead battery to back it out of the garage to give me a jump start because I left my tailgate cracked and the lights killed my battery overnight so I had to go buy a portable jump starter cuz I was stuck face first in the garage. But lesson learned I love my new truck I'm glad I got it.

I really love driving this truck. It rides and handles like a car but you have a truck when you need it. The only negative I have is it has a lot of wind noise which is annoying.

I agree with most of the ratings except I don't know how it gets a 4.4 for comfort. The driver's seat is terrible. No matter how I tried to adjust it I end up with a sore back.

Can’t beat this Ridgeline for comfort and amenities. 18k miles and it’s been a pleasure other than two small issues. The CarPlay continuously disconnects and according to the dealer, there is no fix. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. It’s basically useless. Also, wireless charging does not work. It connects but never charges. Same response, no fix at the dealer. Such a great vehicle I would highly recommend but these two issues mar an otherwise nearly perfect truck.

My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

The van meets our needs. It looks and feels good when driving. Only issue are with some brakes that need repaired. We like the color (blue exterior/gray interior).
