I've had my 2020 rav4 le for several months & bought it used with 1 owner. Absolutely love it. Only complaint is 2 tiny copper clips fell out of drivers side mirror & now whenever I go to the carwash, the mirror buckles all the way fwd, then all the way backwards. It's a common problem. Other than that, beautiful car inside/out.

Vehicle is beautiful, but has cracks on the rims and heated seat features do not work or the spotlights Oil change was not done, this is why I wanted to go through a dealer than a private party, for maintenance

They were patient and aren't the kind of place who try's to get over on anyone. They helped me with coverage and warranty. I'd like to make a shout out to Erick who certainly works there. This has helped my credit improve already and it's only been 3 months which I am so grateful for... They also helped me with affordable monthly payments based of my hourly wages and by weekly pay... Then when you think you'll spend over for vehicle service, you don't. They provide Uber as well if you don't have a ride while your car is taken care of... They will guide you every step of the way and throw every process. They will even help you with being approved 😀!!! I have never worked there and I've never bought a car from a dealership before. After almost 180,000 trouble-free miles with our 2015 Pilot and an excellent Honda dealer near by, we really didn’t look hard at anything but another Pilot when it was time for a new car. Our EXL, purchased in March 2024, just turned 20,000 miles. We have had no issues with it, and the trip computer says we have averaged 27.1 mpg over the last 5500 miles. That is about 4.5 mpg better than the 2015. The good: It is extremely roomy and comfortable, even the third-row seats. We are very pleased with the fuel economy for a vehicle of this size. The headlights are the best we’ve had on any vehicle. I really like the rugged looks, especially compared the the previous generation. It’s great on snowy and slippery surfaces. The not-as-good: This is my first vehicle with all the modern safety aids. I find the lane-departure system annoying, especially in construction zones. The first time I backed out of the garage with bikes on a hitch-mounted carrier, the car automatically slammed on the brakes so hard I thought I ran into something. (Pro tip: Use tow mode when hauling bikes.) I don’t use the adaptive cruise control because it starts matching the speed of the vehicle ahead long before I would normally change lanes to pass, even with the system adjusted accordingly. However, I can’t see that future vehicles will have FEWER of these features, so I suppose I will just have to get used to them.

We found the sales rep and others we worked with knowledgeable about the vehicle and seemed proud of the product. The entire process from demo ride to signing of pile of papers required to purchase was efficiently completed.

I purchased a 2022 Tundra SR5 with the TRD off road package. BEST truck ever! Great power and gas mileage (22.5) on the highway. I just went over 52k miles and have loved every mile!

I LOVE my 2023 KIa K5 GT-Line. I have the Passion Red, and I must say it’s a very sexy color. The panoramic sunroof is my favorite feature. The K5 rides so smooth and handles very well. If you’re considering this car…don’t hesitate any longer. GO BUY IT!!!

This car is a big step up from a Nissan Altima. Lots of space and the ride is smooth. The engine is a bit noisy when idle(clicking noise from the direct injection), and there's also a drone sound when acceleratinf beyond 60mph(not sure if this could be cause of the new tires or not), but other than those noises, it's a smooth machine!

Perfect family of 4 SUV with a bunch of space. AVG 23.5 mph. The 9 speed transmission is not as smooth as the older 6 speeds. I wish you could permanently turn of the stop/Start. So far so good.
