I was in the market for a newer smaller car and had searched everywhere. Seemed like no one could help me get in to my dream car. I finally decided I would try carmax and no regret whatsoever. They helped me find the exact car I wanted and the approval was fast and easy. Would reccomend to anyone shopping for a car.

We love this car. I've had Lincolns including the Navigator, high end Chrysler vans, "luxury" Fords like the Eddie Bauer Expedition and Mercury Mountaineers and this is by far my favorite vehicle. The Enclave projects luxury and backs it up. We have the Premium edition. The ride is excellent and far outclasses other SUVs we've owned which rode more like trucks. Plenty of room and a 5 star safety rating make it ideal for toting around the Grandkids. We went AWD for Michigan winters and plowed right through deep snow. A little more power and a little better gas milage would be nice but it's worth the trade off. 18 mph city is better than the Buick Regal Turbo we replaced and this car rides better too. I'll take the 23 mpg on the highway. As a 70s rock and roller and 45 year radio industry veteran, I love the Bose sound system. Especially when no one else is in the car! This is by far my favorite overall vehicle in 47 years of ownership. And yes the Kids and Grandkids give it 2 thumbs up!

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

As I said in my review, I purchased this car from this dealership in 2017. At the time it had about 35,000 miles on it. It has been a great car. It gets 25-27mpg on the highway although it only gets 18-20 around town. The seats are comfortable and there's plenty of cargo room if you keep the third row seats down. The only thing it doesn't have that I would like is a heated steering wheel. My previous car, a 2012 GMC Denali XL, had a heated wheel, and in the winter it was really great to grab a warm steering wheel. This is a great family car and I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

The vehicle we purchased from B & D Auto surpassed all of our expectations. Looked on the internet for the car we purchased for over a year before we found it at B & D Auto. The car runs like new and has only 43,000 on it.

We purchased a used TDI with 50K miles. now has over 150K and have only done oil changes and fuel filter. Only necessary repair was the HVAC blower motor just recently failed. Incredibly reliable car. Diesel engine paired with the 6 speed automatic trans delivers awesome torque whenever you need it. 50+ mpg on hwy trips and averaging 39 mpg commuting. The interior is obviously not luxurious but comfortable enough to keep you happy. I should mention the Stereo system and bluetooth is unreliable. Powers itself on and off at random and will require repair. The cargo area is surprisingly large when the seats are folded down as well.

Looked for a used Subaru to replace my Toyota RAV4 which was unexpectedly rear ended and totaled. It was very pristine & when I saw it I knew I’d love driving it. It’s a solid state and beautifully designed vehicle. Comfortable to the Nth degree, the back and lumbar support is fantastic. It’s as dependable as any Toyota (which is important to me). It’s got a ton of mileage left to log and at 115k I’m confident enough to drive it to New England or the West coast. Love it’s smooth handling and sense of “serious car” because you don’t get this level of engineering at low cost, and it rides “expensive.” I feel like I’m in a Mercedes.

I bought a car from Vp auto, everyone was very nice, they had a great selection of vehicles around my price range, and Luke work out my trade in, they made it work for me, I do recommend this place, and I will be back to buy another car.

2011 4.6 v8. Bought used 5 years ago with 80k. Now has 111k. Regular maintenance, replacement alternator and battery. That’s it. Got tired of unreliable, super expensive repairs with bmw and Mercedes’. Car is 90% driving feel of my 540i and 400 e. Without the headache of finding a shop that can fix it. Put magma flows on it. Sounds great and it is really quick for a boat. Make sure the abs module was done under recall? And change the transmission fluid! Hemi chargers chew on the rear view mirrors of this thing!

Love this car, however I am not happy with the headlight issues 😑 other than, I'd buy another used one but maybe not 2008, more like 09,10 or 11 overall I luv it!!

Hello, Steve in service was awesome I was having a problem with my battery in Pendleton I headed toward the Lexus dealer in Greenvile , it was almost 4:00 PM, I CALLED Steve on my way and told him my problem and that I was coming hoping to make it be 4:30, I did, Steve was waiting for me and took the Lexus SUV 350 straight back to the mechanics and before I got comfortable in the lounge he told me it was the battery and the cables, I agreed to fix it right then and they were finished with the repair plus vacuum and washed the car. Paid Steve and I was on my way home by like 5:15/5:30. Steve was great and I was thrilled with the service he gave me and the warranty. Thank you so much especially being a widow it’s so nice to have dependable people like Steve and Lexus of Greenville to help me. I won’t use anyone else and will recommend you.

The AVALON LIMITED is an extremely reliable and comfortable sedan offering many extras, including leather seats, sunroof/moonroof, dual climate system, 3 different driving modes; ECO/Normal/Sport, and much more. Generally people start out by saying they are expensive to maintain, just don't go to the dealership. In every City there is someone who specializes in BMW older models. 2500 miles is oil change time, not 5000 miles like dealership will tell you. I strongly believe the reason they tell you that is something will go wrong and you will be right back in there to fix a $3000 repair that normally would cost you $75 elsewhere, As this happened to me. At 100,000 miles, whether it needs it or not, REPLACE "VISA VALVE". This part sits on the side of the motor right at the oil stick. There's a light rattle sometimes when I start the car, then goes away. When it got bad enough, check engine light came on, it stopped in its tracks. It took my son one minute to take off 3 screws and replace. The part was $59.00 on Amazon! Dealership wanted $500 for the part and $300 to put it on. Car is good as new.

I have bought many cars from dealers and individuals and I can say that CarMax doesn’t disappoint. We test drove the car and purchased it and drove it off the lot in less than an hour!

I drove a Golf TSI for years and absolutely loved it. Never wanted drive a different car as long as Iived. Then I had a kid(which is is tight with a golf) and someone pulled out in front of me and it got totalled. I took the money and upgraded to the Alltrack because its basically the same car with more room and AWD. Absolutely love it! Gas mileage is significantly lower than my Golf, but it still has some zip. The DSG transmission is like butter. Ill drive this car into the ground.

Want to whipe the smile off of that one guys face after he challenges you to a red light race? This is the car. (I'm talking about the TDI model as that's what I own btw). The acceleration this little car is crazy, so fast you'll have to adapt some for of throttle control you you wont be spinning in place (even with traction control on I might add). And the styling is superb, you honestly feel like your in a german vehicle. Elegant , powerful and honestly in my experience you get it all without having to go back for repairs every month. The only issue I've had is a dead battery as the fan in the engine can sometimes stay on if it starts cleaning the engine as diesel vehicles do. 10/10 vehicle

Cant say enough about all the sales personnel at FredAnderson acura. They were extremely patient and understanding in my dealing with insurance/banking contacts. Should not have taken so long. My sales professional, Keith Hamilton, was extremely helpful providing information about the car and paperwork needed to transfer insurance, title, and trade in. The Prius v hybrid is an excellent choice for me. I'm pretty tall so most cars or SUVs have limited head room for me. But the Prius v has excellent head room and easy to get in. It's comfortable to drive with plenty of room. The gas mileage is excellent. I expected the performance to be lacking but found it more than sufficient The cargo space is excellent with the seats folded down. And the back seat has great head and leg room due to it's sliding seats. I am extremely happy with the Toyota Prius. It's just a well made and reliable vehicle. I know it was hard to find Prius models to purchase and amazed their Prius models available with over.200k miles. Well done Toyota.

The dealership was very helpful and in finding a decent vehicle that fits my individual need with what I can afford. It is a Christian based location and the employee were all willing to help me. They were patient and aren't the kind of place who try's to get over on anyone. They helped me with coverage and warranty. I'd like to make a shout out to Erick who certainly works there. This has helped my credit improve already and it's only been 3 months which I am so grateful for... They also helped me with affordable monthly payments based of my hourly wages and by weekly pay... Then when you think you'll spend over for vehicle service, you don't. They provide Uber as well if you don't have a ride while your car is taken care of... They will guide you every step of the way and throw every process. They will even help you with being approved 😀!!! I have never worked there and I've never bought a car from a dealership before. I bought a leftover Ford CMax Energi plug-in hybrid 6 years ago. My only regret is, that Ford discontinued making this model. I was a Mopar man all my life, but I am now a Ford man. My CMax is the most satisfying car I have ever owned, and I will keep it until I die. It's a plug -in hybrid, so I can drive 1,000 miles from Philly to Tampa without sopping to charge the battery. One or two fill-ups for gas. And it has electric everything, so it's so comfortable to drive all day. I just wish I was younger, so I could enjoy it longer.

I was buying a used Ram 1500 but was treated the same as if I were buying that $200000 Audi on the showroom floor. Impressive!

Bought brand new in October, 2012 and have 110,500 miles on it. Other than tire rotations and oil and filter changes, practically a maintenance-free car. Only maintenance has been replacing the starter battery (less than $300) after nine years and I have replaced either the front or rear shocks, can’t remember which. Brakes have never been touched and are still 50% and 60% good. Yeah, I get the new car itch occasionally but I remind myself that I likely wouldn’t be as fortunate with the next vehicle. Since I purchased it, I have averaged 43.3 mpg. Phenomenal given that I live in Los Angeles. Since I retired five years ago, each July I drive from CA to MI, and have driven as many as 1,200 miles a day (17 1/2 hours in the road) and found the seats to be very comfortable.
