I was in the market for a newer smaller car and had searched everywhere. Seemed like no one could help me get in to my dream car. I finally decided I would try carmax and no regret whatsoever. They helped me find the exact car I wanted and the approval was fast and easy. Would reccomend to anyone shopping for a car.

Purchased a 2025 Honda pilot EXL it is so smooth. The 10 speed automatic works flawlessly if you’re in the market for a midsize SUV I highly recommend you take a look at the pilot.

Very good car overall. I like the fact that this year (2026) Kia went more the truck feel and structure with the Sportage rather than the sedan feel and structure. I perceive more stability and comfort compared to the previous models. It feels more durable.

Professional Driver says ---amazing engine performance in the SX. V-6 able to tow 5000 lbs. Eight extra gears on the handle shifter. Super bonus for driving the mountains and beach. Fun, fast and responsive handling. Roomy enough to haul furniture and heavy items. Comfortable for everyone on long haul family trips. Dealer maintenance cost is the lowest that I have ever had on any vehicle. Not a jaw dropping looking SUV but the interior ammenties will make you forget about that.

I have owned over 10 different midsize SUVs from the Mazda, Blazer, Highlander, land cruiser, and others. I have found that the palisade is by far the best I have ever. Now, if I could just figure out all of the electronics available, I would be very very happy.

I can tell the previous owner kept really good care of it but also the comfortability of the vehicle and the reliability really caught my eye. I have another vehicle I drive but this deal I couldn't pass up. Best vehicle I've ever owned even with 186k on it. It has everything I wanted and the space is great for me and my 2 year old black lab. Buy one if you can find a good deal - they are soooo worth it!!!!

My 2024 Chevy Silverado LTZ provides a deluxe large SUV interior and a standard (short) tuck bed all in one vehicle. It is loaded with features to make it look and operate very well, and it provides mid 20's regular unleaded fuel mileage. The dynamic fuel management system combined with the 10 speed automatic transmission work together flawlessly to deliver smooth power without being able to realize what gear or how many cylinders the powertrain is using at any given time.

Raphael Tucker was amazing to work with while I was buying my car. From the first time he called to talk to me about the idea of buying a car he was professional, caring, and kind. Then when I was test driving cars and asking a million question he was patient and reassuring. By the end of the experience I had fun working with him and LOVED how Carmax takes care of people. I recently got a 2020 Equinox and there's a reason you see them everywhere. It's a great car that gets (somewhat) decent gas mileage. There's just a few issues I have with it. I've had to ride in the backseat of my Equinox a few times, whether I went out with friends and got slightly drunk or accidentally let my wallet go through the laundry. The point is… every time I have ever ridden in the backseat of the car, I always hit my head on the part where the roof meets the door. I'm 5' 10", which is an average male height, and yet, literally every single time I've ever been in the back seat of my car or in the back seat of an Uber ride that also drove a new-ish Chevy Equinox or similar car, I've hit my head on the headliner when the car turns. I also frequently use this car to transport my younger siblings who don't have a license or are in the process of getting one, and some of them have the same complaint. There's also not a lot of leg room in the back of the car, and again, I am about average male height. Two of my siblings are also around the same height as me. Also, this car is only five years old and the ABS light is already on. Now, this is not a huge deal, but my mom had an older GMC Acadia that she drove for about a decade before any warning lights appeared on her dashboard. Her car's ABS sensor never failed. Anyway, all in all, the newer Chevy Equinox is a really good car and I can see why it's the #1 choice for soccer moms.

Great experience with this dealership. Was kept in contact with every step of the way. I work nights so conversing through email was important to help answer all my questions before I took the time to actually visit in person. I was buying a used Ram 1500 but was treated the same as if I were buying that $200000 Audi on the showroom floor. Impressive!

Toyota of Easley had the exact 4Runner I was looking for within a few hundred mile radius of me. Mary Beth immediately called me back to confirm. From there she was very quick to respond to all my questions and concerns. We used email, phone calls and even texts to communicate. Very easy to work with and it was actually a positive experience, even though we were 300 miles away! I would absolutely use this dealership again in the future even though I have another one 5 miles away from me.

I am a fan of Toyotas and this new Sequoia hits all the buttons for style performance & technology yeah it’s a little pricey but compared to the other big SUVs in the market, I think it’s reasonable.

I have a 2021 SEL. No problems thus far with 18,000 miles. The seats are the most comfy of any vehicle I’ve had. It has the fake leather ones. It’s all I need. I average 29 mpg but mostly drive in town.

Sales lady was very nice and helpful. After the sale though has been less than spectacular. Finance manager doesn’t respond to emails .

Our 2024 Ford Escape has been excellent. We bought the ST Line package and its performance has been flawless in the 1st 5 months. Really like the heated steering wheel included with the Cold Weather Package and the safety features of Tech Package 1.

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

Cant say enough about all the sales personnel at FredAnderson acura. They were extremely patient and understanding in my dealing with insurance/banking contacts. Should not have taken so long. My sales professional, Keith Hamilton, was extremely helpful providing information about the car and paperwork needed to transfer insurance, title, and trade in. Big shout out to him and will look for him next time- which will surely be with FredAnderson Acura.

My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..
