I walked in there knowing what I wanted to buy, no finance, cash in hand, and I said I didn’t wanna hear the spiel about all the extras and the warranty. And yet you still made me wait for what seems like a half an hour for you to print off the paperwork, then hand write it down on a blank sheet of paper, when the printed one was right behind you. Not a fan of this sales technique to buy “ Add on warranties”. My whole buying experience was great until it came to the financial “upsell” of the deal. For reference, I was paying cash for my 2024 BMW.

My wheel lock was missing from my car, and they were going to call the Lexus dealership to get a replacement. I asked them to first look among ones that they probably had that were collecting dust. Jason searched and found the correct one! I was so pleased that I didn't have to wait and come back. He was also very personable and pleasant.

Fantastic customer service. Tristan was great. Greg and even the GM, Armando. Highly recommend working with them. Last minute, we found a large scratch and they were actually embarrassed it had been missed. Jumped on fixing it and offered to deliver it to us when done. WOW factor!

I absolutely love this car. I traded my 2023 Subaru Outback Touring XT for this 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring. I absolutely love the way it drives. I have had hybrids before from Toyota and they drive like you know they are a hybrid with noisy obnoxious engines. This car is smooth and has great road manners. It isn't a sports car by any means, but I love the way it drives. It is not your typical fuel sipping hybrid SUV. I would highly recommend this vehicle.

Had a tough start with my purchases of the 2 cars I planned to purchase as salesperson Luis Moreta was very non responsive as time went on and numbers changed as far as my trade in values on my 2 cars. He started at one number and the next day that number went down when I asked for number to possibly go up. First time I?ve ever had that happen. So I was done dealing with him and was planning on going to another dealership. Then I figured I?d give them one more shot and Amy Rodrigue and Nancy Vega made my experience as I would have expected. They were super responsive and listened to me explain my issues with original salesperson. They made the purchases of 2 cars extremely easy and from start to finish everything was put together in just over 24hours. Between me and my parents we have purchased many cars from Salem Hyundai and the relationship was almost going to end going forward but Amy and Nancy repaired it very fast and professionally. After my car was totaled, I was in the market for a new car walked into Jaffarian Volvo Narek greeted me told him i was there to look at the Acua TLX 2015 they had on the lot drove it and finished the deal withing a hour . The whole process was easy,simple and smooth. great group of people finance team is great as well.

This is a beautiful car. Our car is the mid level. Not totally sure it is as luxurious as it's price point. Drives and feels very nice. Feels nimble and safe. Visibility all around is great. Safety features such as the pacing cruise control and lane management are excellent. The gage cluster is minimal with a lot of empty space where they should have put a real fuel gage, not the miniscule 4 dashes that go unlit as the fuel is used. The car has no written user manual. It relies on a very limited one on board which cannot be accessed when the car is moving. Hybrid system is not immediately understood how to make it perform well. Bu once you solve that puzzle it is really good. We found a complete 900 page one on line that goes into the detail we wanted. Also the on board one does not have an index so you get to hunt and guess to find what topic your question is under. This was a major frustration for us. The back seats are very firm, which was surprising at this price point. That is why I knocked the comfort level down. Front seats are wonderful. Lots of rear leg room though. There is a lot of room behind the second row seats when the 3rd row is down, and this suits our travel cargo needs very well. 360 camera is excellent. Fit and finish is superb. The turn signal stalk has too many functions such as head light control. A switch on the dash would be much better easily showing which mode the headlights are in. The various functions are not as intuitive to control or find. There is a learning curve, not a difficult curve, but just jumping into drive it might be the wrong approach. Perhaps it is standard Volvo like not standard BMW like as we were used to. Now that we know the car better we would buy it again.

My last four cars have been Honda Accords. This time I purchased a 2025 Accord Hybrid Touring trim. My previous Honda was a 2013 Accord EX-L V6 w/Nav; I liked it better. It accelerated, it was comfortable but not too big, it was dependable, it had the right amount of high tech features. By contrast the 2025 Hybrid Touring accelerates at a more leisurely pace, is comfortable (with exceptions), is hopefully dependable (we'll find out), and is overly technical in the display and elsewhere. It is bigger than my 2013 Accord (more than mid-size in my view), and that concerns me. Everything in the well-less trunk sloshes around. There are no buttons to push to open garage doors; Honda asks the owner to subscribe for and download an app called MyQ and link it with HondaLink in the display for a software solution. The two apps refuse to link in my car, and I am not about to pay a monthly subscription charge for SaaS when buttons would have been fine. Sure, my MPG have risen from 27 to 45, but who really cares? With the Touring, there is no height adjustment on the front passenger seat, and I am not yet fully comfortable with the lumbar support on the driver's seat. There are two many controls on the steering wheel, dashboard, and display. Simplify, Honda! Simplify, simplify, simplify!
