In and out in little over an hour. Huebner beat everyone on my trade and also had a great deal on the Denali I bought. Only issues were 3 dents on the truck. One was disclosed on inspection. One was found during and I found one on the tailgate when I got it home. Hopefully they will not cost a lot to fix and maybe Huebner will help out on the repairs. When we felt unsure, he didn’t hesitate to present any option we were interested in. Chris would define the pros for us on each model. Subaru was right on target with trade in value. We were able to do all our business in one place…the Subaru dealers. We have never had a Hybrid car. Chris was so patience informing us of all details. Highlander Hybrid is what I went to buy in May 2025. I now have 7,000 miles on it, both a 1800 mile highway trip plus lots of driving in my area. I am pleased with my purchase and with Toyota of Plano.

I recently purchased the 2026 Honda CR-V Sport-L Hybrid in Radiant Red Metallic, and it is easily the best-looking SUV on the road. The premium paint has a deep metallic flake that really pops in the sun. First hybrid and Rav 4. Did a lot of research and this one won. Rented one and really liked it. Bought it right off the lot in 2 hours, sweet.

I love my new Prius. It is elegant in appearance, fun to drive, and easy to plug in and recharge. Since I began charging it I haven't used any gas. I love the safety features.

Service department is very good at what they do. They are efficient in getting your car serviced.

Good handling car in all weather. Blind spots in back causes me to pay extra attention to people coming up on my sides. Great mileage if you avoid excessive speed. Quite riding vehicle.

Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.

I drive all the way down from Steubenville just to purchase from Straub. Brad the manager and Gus the salesman were great. Only place we buy our vehicles from.

Purchased used in July 2025. Great gas mileage. Smooth, quiet ride. I enjoy many of the features of this loaded model. But there are a few things that are slightly annoying. As the car slows down, it sounds like an emergency vehicle. I found myself looking around for a squad or an ambulance until I realized it was the engine whining. Second, the radio cuts in and out. Never had this problem on other vehicles. I live in a metropolitan area and have strong station signals. So this has me baffled. Fortunately I can sync my phone playlist and enjoy my favorite tunes. The weather is always lagging and sometimes reads cloudy when it’s pouring down rain. Lastly, I have not figured out how to cancel a destination on the map navigator. It also cannot find my address and has me going to a completely different town if I need to get home from an unfamiliar area. Maybe it needs an upgrade but was hoping that was automatic and cloud based.

This place has served my family and friends for decades. The staff are always so friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to both sales and service. I highly recommend Elm Grove Dodge and will continue to be a repeat customer!

I use to only own Hondas- I had Accords and Civics and they were very good cars. However while in college, I needed a new car and was on a shoestring budget. That landed me my first Ford- a Crown Victoria. Now that was an amazing car- very cheap to maintain, easy to work on, etc. It was so amazing, my next car was another Crown Victoria! It too was just as reliable, but unfortunately at over 200k miles and rusting out considerabily, it was time to upgrade. Unforuntately Ford doesn't make the Crown Victoria anymore, but being loyal to the brand, I started looking around. After researching for approximately a year, I felt comfortable enough to pull the trigger on the 2017 Ford C-Max Titanium Energi, and it was a very good decision! It's incredibly comfortable, the heated seats are amazing, and the visibility is awesome as well. The fuel economy is pretty amazing as well- I've averaged about 46 MPG since I got the car in November of 2024. There are a few things I would change if Ford were to ask me- first, there is no map light. The dome light is adequate but its over my head and behind me whereas a map light would be ideal because sometimes you need light directly above you. Second, on a cold day, when you set the heater on 90, the blower will blow cold air on you immediately before the engine is warmed up. Even my old 2005 Crown Victoria did not do this- the blower would not blow any air until the engine had warmed up. Beyond those two complaints, it's an amazing car and perfect for bopping around town.

I have been to many car dealerships but I have never been to one quite like this. The customer service was top notch! Tom Jennings puts more effort into finding you exactly what you want than anyone I have ever seen. His efforts are above and beyond. My experience at Ferris with Tom Jennings has set the bar pretty high for what I expect out of dealerships in the future. Overall, my experience was great! I felt like a valued customer even when I had chose not to make a decision that day.

2023 Highlander Hybrid greatly improved over the 2009 model. Over 37+ miles per gallon , smoother quieter ride than our 2009 which we enjoyed until finding how improved the 2023 models are plus the safety features.
