I got a great deal on a used Tucson with a quick processing of all documentation within an hour. The car was made ready to be delivered on the same day!

Just bought a new Tucson hybrid here. Folks at Kirkland Hyundai were great to work with. Good selection on the lot. Sales person Zishan was really straitforward and polite to work with. He was not at all pushy (like at some places) and didnt play any games. Was willing to work on price and the overall experience was good. Would definitly reccomend.

First major repair at 130k mi (PCV Valve). First set of front brakes at 134k mi. It has been extremely reliable even at 160k and counting.

I came in for my annual service and a tire repair. Service was done quickly and efficiently; the service rep was excellent - I use him regularly and, as usual, he didn't disappoint.

The M5 is a beast. It is like 3 cars in one:1), an all electric automobile for 33 miles,2) a twin turbo V-8 hybrid with zero lag,3) a roomy/comfortable cruiser. It is missing a couple items that should be standard or available such as soft close doors and seat message. Otherwise, this is the best of both worlds.

I was looking for a used BMW X3 with low mileage (under 60K) and found one listed for $20K. After reaching out to the dealership, I received a welcome text from Sam. I received a follow-up email from the General Manager, Sean, who also welcomed me and provided an additional point of contact. On the day I was scheduled for a test drive, Sam encountered an unexpected personal conflict. However, he promptly connected me with his colleague, Alvin. The communication leading up to this point had been exemplary and continued to be so throughout the experience. Upon my arrival, Alvin greeted me warmly, collected my driver's license and proof of insurance, and escorted me to the vehicle. It was meticulously prepared, detailed, and ready for my test drive. Within approximately 5-10 minutes behind the wheel, I was ready to purchase. Upon my return, Alvin performed a commendable service by inquiring about my driving habits. I indicated that I typically drive fewer than 300 miles per month, which led him to suggest that I consider a different vehicle altogether. I was open to this suggestion. In a noteworthy development, he presented a Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude edition with comparable low mileage, priced $5k lower than the X3 and listed $2K below Blue Book value, all backed by Kelly Blue Book and a complimentary CarFax. While it was not the X3, it shared nearly identical specifications. One may question why a commission-based salesperson would recommend a vehicle priced $4,000 lower than the one I originally expressed interest in. The answer lies in the fact that this dealership is run as a family, not a one-and-done sale, but one that fosters a long-term relationship. Additionally, it was a better fit for my driving style and my wallet!! I was genuinely impressed by this level of customer service and care. I feel strongly connected to the BMW of Bellevue family. In the future, when I am ready to trade in my Jeep, I will assuredly return to BMW of Bellevue and seek assistance from Alvin, Sam, and Sean. I would be remiss not to highlight Dorela, the Finance Manager, for her candor, friendliness, and professionalism. She conducted her work in a straightforward manner, without being pushy, and handled the process with remarkable efficiency. At no time did I feel pressured or uncomfortable. I arrived at 2:10 PM for a test drive and departed with my Jeep by 5 PM?totaling less than three hours. I highly recommend this dealership and encourage potential customers to visit BMW of Bellevue. It is advisable to request assistance from Alvin, who has over 20 years of experience selling BMWs, as well as from Sam or Sean. I just purchased my 2nd (almost) brand new Tucson from Doug's in Lynnwood. My first experience was 7 years ago and fairly stressful, however this time was amazing. My sales rep was Michael Wilson. I had a certain deal in mind with my trade based on research and with very little back and forth I got my car! I've bought several new cars over the years and Michael by far is the best sales rep I've ever dealt with. He has a very kind, calm demeaner and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. I highly recommend him! Also Sonny (sp?) in warranty was great and very quick and efficient.

Recently we had Kia service our 2014 Kia, the representative who help us his name is Brett, the service was excellent. This one reason we chose to buy Kia since vac in California we’ve always excellent service! We really appreciate the exceptional service from the service department. I give Brett a “4 star” rating. My experience with Porsche Bellevue was very good. Everyone I worked with was courteous and knowledgeable. The only negative was their system going down which prevented me from completing payment and bringing the car home that evening. However, that was out of their control.

Fantastic experience start-to-finish! Good selection, no pressure, personable staff. Our salesman Mike B was very knowledgeable and took time to listen to what we wanted without pushing us one way or the other. Finance Manager Max M was also friendly, went over all the paperwork clearly, and explained very useful extended warranty options without all the nonsense other dealerships try to arm-twist you over. We drove our 2019 SEL from CA to OH and back in July 2021. It was a perfect ride. Our cat even got to like it. The Ionic performed better than any advertisement we saw. The sticker indicates mpg @ 57. At best we got 57.6! We didn’t get 57 the whole trip, but our 5100 mile averaged was 54. I stopped leasing after 3 cars to buy this one. Best car I’ve bought in 40 years.

Bought this new hybrid car a few weeks ago and going on first long distance drive, 2k miles, soon. So far we love this car. The looks and performance have been what we hoped for. Gas mileage is not max yet, but it is still breaking in. There are a lot of electronics to learn how to use and I read and watch YouTube for more info. Looking forward to really driving this long distance.

My household has owned many new cars over the years and previously owned a 2017 Santa Fe. The 2025 Calligraphy Hybrid has been amazing so far. Comparing it to the Toyota, Honda, Kia and Volkswagen in its class, we thought the interior was hands down the best in class. The amount of features included even outclass many in the next step up. Very quiet on engine noise and a nice smooth ride. We opted for the Atlantis blue exterior with the light gray interior and it looks great. We also like that the styling sets it apart from all others on the road. So far averaging 34 mpg and we are good with that. Super comfortable seats. The only nitpick would be that the driver attention warning, while using highway drive assist, is pretty aggressive and sometimes warns us to watch the road even when we are. Highly recommended.
