I just purchased my 2nd (almost) brand new Tucson from Doug's in Lynnwood. My first experience was 7 years ago and fairly stressful, however this time was amazing. My sales rep was Michael Wilson. I had a certain deal in mind with my trade based on research and with very little back and forth I got my car! I've bought several new cars over the years and Michael by far is the best sales rep I've ever dealt with. He has a very kind, calm demeaner and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. I highly recommend him! Also Sonny (sp?) in warranty was great and very quick and efficient.

The 2026 Palisades Calligraphy Hybrid is awesome, I loved my 2023 Palisades Calligraphy, but the Hybrid is far and away better from the increased horsepower, back to the 6 speed transmission and the outrageous MPG 600 plus to a tank, I drove the BMW X5 and X7, the MB, Porches, etc. could not find a $35,000 to $90,000 differences. For $60,000 and the 10/100,000 it cannot be beat.

I came in for my annual service and a tire repair. Service was done quickly and efficiently; the service rep was excellent - I use him regularly and, as usual, he didn't disappoint.

The M5 is a beast. It is like 3 cars in one:1), an all electric automobile for 33 miles,2) a twin turbo V-8 hybrid with zero lag,3) a roomy/comfortable cruiser. It is missing a couple items that should be standard or available such as soft close doors and seat message. Otherwise, this is the best of both worlds.

Fantastic experience start-to-finish! Good selection, no pressure, personable staff. Our salesman Mike B was very knowledgeable and took time to listen to what we wanted without pushing us one way or the other. Finance Manager Max M was also friendly, went over all the paperwork clearly, and explained very useful extended warranty options without all the nonsense other dealerships try to arm-twist you over. Buying a new car doesn't have to be a chore and we give Doug's our highest recommendation without hesitation!

I’ve had my 330e for almost a year. I love it! It rides as smooth as any three level BMW. It’s comfortable and it’s really beautiful.

My wife and I are in our mid 70s, and this is only the second time we have purchased a new car. We were treated with respect. We knew what new car we wanted, and John Neal, in a most professional, friendly, knowledgable and courteous manner, shepherded us through the buying process. He listened to our needs and fully answered all our questions. He asserted no pressure. We preordered our car, and when it came time for delivery, he spent well over 3 hours with us, most genuinely patient, describing the multitude of vehicle options and warranties. We also had a very positive experience with Max when it came to signing all the paper work. He was very friendly and organized and willingly answered our minutia filled questions. He gave us the time we needed to be comfortable with all the paper work. We were very pleasantly surprised in the amount of our trade-in.

We drove our 2019 SEL from CA to OH and back in July 2021. It was a perfect ride. Our cat even got to like it. The Ionic performed better than any advertisement we saw. The sticker indicates mpg @ 57. At best we got 57.6! We didn’t get 57 the whole trip, but our 5100 mile averaged was 54. I stopped leasing after 3 cars to buy this one. Best car I’ve bought in 40 years.

We really didn't need a new (for us) vehicle but visited the dealer with a friend who was in the market. She asked me to drive this Rav4 hybrid and I was so impressed with its smoothness, quiet and features that we bought it. Our older Rav4 (2005) is much noisier by comparison and we really loved it until now.

I got a great deal on a used Tucson with a quick processing of all documentation within an hour. The car was made ready to be delivered on the same day!

Bought this new hybrid car a few weeks ago and going on first long distance drive, 2k miles, soon. So far we love this car. The looks and performance have been what we hoped for. Gas mileage is not max yet, but it is still breaking in. There are a lot of electronics to learn how to use and I read and watch YouTube for more info. Looking forward to really driving this long distance.

Sales Consultant Cedric felt more like a friend or family member working to get to the wife and I the very best deal possible. I highly recommend this Dealer. From Cedric to the Sales Manager and Finance staff they were all truly genuine nice and caring people. No pressure and all very helpful. I was looking for a used BMW X3 with low mileage (under 60K) and found one listed for $20K. After reaching out to the dealership, I received a welcome text from Sam. I received a follow-up email from the General Manager, Sean, who also welcomed me and provided an additional point of contact. On the day I was scheduled for a test drive, Sam encountered an unexpected personal conflict. However, he promptly connected me with his colleague, Alvin. The communication leading up to this point had been exemplary and continued to be so throughout the experience. Upon my arrival, Alvin greeted me warmly, collected my driver's license and proof of insurance, and escorted me to the vehicle. It was meticulously prepared, detailed, and ready for my test drive. Within approximately 5-10 minutes behind the wheel, I was ready to purchase. Upon my return, Alvin performed a commendable service by inquiring about my driving habits. I indicated that I typically drive fewer than 300 miles per month, which led him to suggest that I consider a different vehicle altogether. I was open to this suggestion. In a noteworthy development, he presented a Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude edition with comparable low mileage, priced $5k lower than the X3 and listed $2K below Blue Book value, all backed by Kelly Blue Book and a complimentary CarFax. While it was not the X3, it shared nearly identical specifications. One may question why a commission-based salesperson would recommend a vehicle priced $4,000 lower than the one I originally expressed interest in. The answer lies in the fact that this dealership is run as a family, not a one-and-done sale, but one that fosters a long-term relationship. Additionally, it was a better fit for my driving style and my wallet!! I was genuinely impressed by this level of customer service and care. I feel strongly connected to the BMW of Bellevue family. In the future, when I am ready to trade in my Jeep, I will assuredly return to BMW of Bellevue and seek assistance from Alvin, Sam, and Sean. I would be remiss not to highlight Dorela, the Finance Manager, for her candor, friendliness, and professionalism. She conducted her work in a straightforward manner, without being pushy, and handled the process with remarkable efficiency. At no time did I feel pressured or uncomfortable. I arrived at 2:10 PM for a test drive and departed with my Jeep by 5 PM?totaling less than three hours. I highly recommend this dealership and encourage potential customers to visit BMW of Bellevue. It is advisable to request assistance from Alvin, who has over 20 years of experience selling BMWs, as well as from Sam or Sean. My first BMW was a 1974 3.0CS. Superb driving machine all the rest, 740 IL, 540s, 550, Z4 3.5 and now an X54e. All great fun.

Prior to my purchasing a 2024 BMW X5 plug in hybrid, I had both an electric and gas powered cars due to a fear of traveling long distances with an electric vehicle. I researched both traditional hybrid and plug in hybrid coming to conclusion that plug in was perfect for my needs. BMW X5 e had the longest range so I decided to purchase one a month ago. I have driven the car approximately 900 miles on one and a half tank of gas and several nightly charges. The quality of the car is exceptional and I love the performance. I would highly recommend this car.

Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.
