We've only had the car for about 2 weeks, but it's been great so far. Gas mileage with this hybrid has been about 44.5 mpg with mostly city driving, cabin is comfortable for driver and passengers, the GPS and audio systems work well, and I can see the bright red color pretty easily in parking lots!

This dealership makes the cut for the honesty of their sales staff and ability to tell you the true price of an online sales item. The new age of online auto sales makes dealers compete in ways hitherto not explored. The tendency too often is to disguise the price by adding in all incentives offered by Corporate Has. When the customer arrives and find a they only qualify for one or two out of the six, and the price is $2000 to $3000 more than expected, they have you onsite and will start the negotiation process of 'good cop' (sales agent) and 'bad copy (sales manager). Antwerpen did not do this. The sales agent, Al Russell (shout out to my man Al), was honest and clear warning me upfrontg how dealerships 'bait and switch' through incentive price reductions. Shop these guys online and then go for the visit once you hav e set on a priced with which you can accept. Go also and buy at the veryg end of the month since monthly corporate quotas force them to reduce prices.

Bought this new hybrid car a few weeks ago and going on first long distance drive, 2k miles, soon. So far we love this car. The looks and performance have been what we hoped for. Gas mileage is not max yet, but it is still breaking in. There are a lot of electronics to learn how to use and I read and watch YouTube for more info. Looking forward to really driving this long distance.

This is a great car. The hybrid drivetrain has already saved me over 30% on gas in a few months of ownership. With the xle model I purchased I have noticed the sound dampening is not as good as my older model 2013 rav4 non hybrid but with no engine noise either makes the outside noise more noticeable. The seating space up front is a little more tighter but not bad. My one gripe is the gas pedal is hinged to the floor so the floor mats do not go all the way to the top and leave the carpet exposed. I would still 100% recommend the car. Just watch out for some dealerships who are just out to make your purchase difficult.

I booked my 2023 Tucson hybrid in to this dealership with a check engine light showing whenever the car was started and with a check hybrid system light showing after a few miles of driving. I had tried to get these problems fixed at two other Hyundai dealers in the area, but neither had fixed the problem for good. Each had had our car for several days, and with no loaners available. This dealer fixed the problem in a few days, replacing a defective part, and thoroughly test drove the car (twice) to make sure all was in order. I purchased a new 2025 Subaru Forester Hybrid Touring trim, and so far - with one minor annoyance - I love this car. The ride is very composed, much quieter than previous Foresters, and the top trim has all the bells and whistles. The smooth adaptive cruise control, coupled with automatic lane centering, makes for an exceptionally stress free driving experience. The switch between hybrid (EV) mode and the gas engine is seamless and imperceptible. I know that some have criticized the Forester for being “underpowered”, but the extra horsepower provided by the hybrid system, and the tweaks Subaru made to the low end torque provides all the power you need for everyday driving. The interior is super roomy, the seats are comfortable with lots of adjustments, and the facial recognition feature on the Touring trim - which recognizes saved drivers - magically adjusts the mirrors and the seat to preset positions for each saved driver. The only annoyance is that on the top Touring trim you get a smart rear view mirror which allows you to switch from the conventional mirror to the camera view. This comes super in handy when you have the car packed to the brim and you can’t see out using the conventional mirror. However, this super duper camera rear view mirror doesn’t have the garage door opener buttons. The fact that the top line Forester lacks such a basic amenity as programmable garage door buttons is baffling. Now, I fully recognize this is most definitely a “first world problem” and I can certainly live with my garage door remote clipped to the sun visor, but this seems to be a glaring oversight for a top end trim. That said, I would absolutely buy this car and this trim again. Highly recommended!

This is my 3rd Escape beginning with a 2014 to this 2025. Th Escape handles well, acceleration is awesome. This is definitely a car I would take a long road trip with.

This is an update from a previous one star review. I made an appointment for the Quick Lane service. My appointment was at 7:30 AM. When I arrived the service man behind the desk greeted me and took care of everything. Very professional and prompt. I was only there for an hour and everything went very well. I had a previous review with a different experience. I think that experience was a result of a full moon. For now on I'll always make an appointment. I couldn't ask for better service!

Ben, my service manager, is great. He is very knowledgable, patient, and helpful. He takes the time to explain what the service entails and how long he estimates the repair will take to complete. He keeps me informed during the process.

I recently had my car serviced at Jim Coleman Toyota in Bethesda. Like many people I think, I had not taken my car to a dealer for servicing for quite some time. Instead, I used a smaller private mechanic for services like oil changes and the little things that came up, but had not done much in the way of regular maintenance other than that. Earlier this summer we were going to take the car for a long road trip, and I decided to take my car in for an oil change and a check up to be sure it was safe for a long trip. My service representative, Mark Waters did an excellent job. He explained to me what he felt needed to be done. Essentially it was a 60K mile service, All the fluids were checked and replaced, a new drive belt, checked my tires, new wiper blades, and a number of other regular maintenance things. The car drove great on the trip. The trip included many miles on the highway in the pouring rain. I felt comfortable and safe knowing my car had recently been serviced. Upon my return the air conditioning went out. Mark had the mechanic Kevin Parry inspect it and determined I needed a new compressor. They were able to have the car back for me the next morning. Kevin even fixed a few minor body work adjustments on my front fender and on my driver’s seat electrical controls at no charge. Both times I used them, when I picked up my car it was delight to find that it had also been washed for me. I will certainly continue to use Jim Coleman and won’t hesitate to recommend them to others. Five Stars!

I suggest if you’re on the shorter side, to rent this car if possible for a few days to make sure it’s comfortable.

I went in to test drive a CPO 2018 EL-X Accord. At first, I was on the fence between a Camry and an Accord but driving it helped my decision. The whole experience from setting up the test drive through the negotiation was stress free. Both Adeel and Larry were honest and fair, and I ended up getting the car that day.

My last four cars have been Honda Accords. This time I purchased a 2025 Accord Hybrid Touring trim. My previous Honda was a 2013 Accord EX-L V6 w/Nav; I liked it better. It accelerated, it was comfortable but not too big, it was dependable, it had the right amount of high tech features. By contrast the 2025 Hybrid Touring accelerates at a more leisurely pace, is comfortable (with exceptions), is hopefully dependable (we'll find out), and is overly technical in the display and elsewhere. It is bigger than my 2013 Accord (more than mid-size in my view), and that concerns me. Everything in the well-less trunk sloshes around. There are no buttons to push to open garage doors; Honda asks the owner to subscribe for and download an app called MyQ and link it with HondaLink in the display for a software solution. The two apps refuse to link in my car, and I am not about to pay a monthly subscription charge for SaaS when buttons would have been fine. Sure, my MPG have risen from 27 to 45, but who really cares? With the Touring, there is no height adjustment on the front passenger seat, and I am not yet fully comfortable with the lumbar support on the driver's seat. There are two many controls on the steering wheel, dashboard, and display. Simplify, Honda! Simplify, simplify, simplify!

The service department receives high volumes of customers, but James is always ready to give his customers great service and honest assessments and results. While convenience is also a reason I take my vehicle to Koons, pricing is also competitive and I prefer using OEM parts for my vehicle.

It is not a really bad car but not for everyone. You have to live in warm or hot climate - not a cold for sure. You have to primarily drive within the city limits. You should not drive too little or too much. And one more thing: there is something wrong with either gas engine or its mount - sometimes strong vibration and its is often noisy. I will buy gas only car next time.
