I went in to test drive a CPO 2018 EL-X Accord. At first, I was on the fence between a Camry and an Accord but driving it helped my decision. The whole experience from setting up the test drive through the negotiation was stress free. Both Adeel and Larry were honest and fair, and I ended up getting the car that day.

I purchased a new 2025 Subaru Forester Hybrid Touring trim, and so far - with one minor annoyance - I love this car. The ride is very composed, much quieter than previous Foresters, and the top trim has all the bells and whistles. The smooth adaptive cruise control, coupled with automatic lane centering, makes for an exceptionally stress free driving experience. The switch between hybrid (EV) mode and the gas engine is seamless and imperceptible. I know that some have criticized the Forester for being “underpowered”, but the extra horsepower provided by the hybrid system, and the tweaks Subaru made to the low end torque provides all the power you need for everyday driving. The interior is super roomy, the seats are comfortable with lots of adjustments, and the facial recognition feature on the Touring trim - which recognizes saved drivers - magically adjusts the mirrors and the seat to preset positions for each saved driver. The only annoyance is that on the top Touring trim you get a smart rear view mirror which allows you to switch from the conventional mirror to the camera view. This comes super in handy when you have the car packed to the brim and you can’t see out using the conventional mirror. However, this super duper camera rear view mirror doesn’t have the garage door opener buttons. The fact that the top line Forester lacks such a basic amenity as programmable garage door buttons is baffling. Now, I fully recognize this is most definitely a “first world problem” and I can certainly live with my garage door remote clipped to the sun visor, but this seems to be a glaring oversight for a top end trim. That said, I would absolutely buy this car and this trim again. Highly recommended!

There was none of the usual (lousy) back and forth, playing games; everything was straightforward with no surprises, no hidden fees, no bait and switch like I've seen at other dealers. I greatly value that. I started on their website looking at one particular vehicle and David answered on chat when I indicated an interest. Before I got too invested he volunteered that there was minor damage on the vehicle that didn't show on pictures. Other dealers would have not said anything and let me come in (a decent drive away) to try to sell me on something else, but David didn't do that bait and switch so I really appreciated that. He had other similar vehicles in stock so I decided to come on in anyways. When I arrived, the vehicle was not only already ready to go, they had put it through their detailing process right before I arrived. David encouraged me to take a longer test drive, and I was able to get a feel for the vehicle in a low pressure situation. He drove with me on my request and was very patient in answering my questions about the car and the dealership. We worked together to find a good deal that benefited both of us and I walked away very happy; I hope David and Ourisman did too. I really appreciate that when we finally started talking numbers, there wasn't that constant back and forth "let me bring it to my manager" dance. It was a very fast turnaround on price negotiation and I'm glad we didn't have any wasted time. Finalizing the deal went smoothly without problems. We've had the car now for a week and it's been great. As I said it's been one of the best buying experiences I've had. A+, highly recommend, would go again. We've only had the car for about 2 weeks, but it's been great so far. Gas mileage with this hybrid has been about 44.5 mpg with mostly city driving, cabin is comfortable for driver and passengers, the GPS and audio systems work well, and I can see the bright red color pretty easily in parking lots!

We bought a KIA K5 in August and we had a great experience. 5.0. But I need to drop a star, as it took over a month for the dealership to pay off are loan. Which caused some other issues. So instead of a 5 star rating I need to drop it to a 4 star rating. Sorry. 😢 Kevin from Pennsylvania

I have only owned this car about a month now, but I really like driving it and I am very glad I bought it. I just wish it had an option to place a spare tire somewhere, but other than that, which is important, I do like it and recommend it to others. I hope the tradeoff of supposedly getting more mileage is worth not having a spare tire.

Nick Bernicat (our sales person) was so incredibly patient, understanding, respectful, personable, and professional, and he made our car buying experience so much easier and less stressful than it had been until we met him. He was truly a pleasure to work with. We had been to other car dealerships and had encountered the classic aggressively pushy tactics car salesmen are known for, and Nick was anything but that. He intentionally cut out time for us to talk alone and never made us feel pressure to buy. He helped resolve all of our concerns and was open and honest throughout the entire process. After telling him about our previous experiences, he assured us that he wasn't there to push us and that it was okay if we didn't decide to buy. He said his focus was to build a good relationship with us so that even if the dealership didn't have what we were looking for, we would still be comfortable coming back when we were ready to buy years down the road. We'll be back on the market again in a year or so to get a second car, and if this dealership has the right car for us, we're definitely willing to drive the two hours back to buy from him again. His focus on human connection made working with him enjoyable, which is saying something because we had been dreading going into another dealership. Our financing experience was much more mediocre. It was 8pm by the time we got to the finance guy and he wanted to go home. He was dismissive, and while he would answer direct questions, he didn't have much interest in slowing down to explain anything we asked about. I felt kinda trampled and didn't really enjoy any of the interactions with him, but I'd still go back to work with Nick.

We’ve been using Hyundai Alexandria for awhile now and Troy is the best. He is honest, accurate, thorough, and great with customer service. He makes sure to explain everything going on with the car, asks for permission before doing anything outside of traditional services if they’re required, and is up front about cost, need for a service, etc. He’s the best and we look forward to working with him again.

Excellent service but I would add a that the waiting room could be a lot better; it is a bit outdated and shabby. Could be a bit cleaner.

This is a great car. The hybrid drivetrain has already saved me over 30% on gas in a few months of ownership. With the xle model I purchased I have noticed the sound dampening is not as good as my older model 2013 rav4 non hybrid but with no engine noise either makes the outside noise more noticeable. The seating space up front is a little more tighter but not bad. My one gripe is the gas pedal is hinged to the floor so the floor mats do not go all the way to the top and leave the carpet exposed. I would still 100% recommend the car. Just watch out for some dealerships who are just out to make your purchase difficult.
