Easy process
The day before coming into this location I went to another dealership. I was extremely disappointed because I felt as though the salesman wasn’t being truthful or sincere. Tona, my service advisor called me when my car was towed
Tona, my service advisor called me when my car was towed in by AAA. It needed a new alternator and battery. Tona went to work finding a genuine BMW alternator for my 23 year old 243,000 mile (e46) 325xiT understanding that it was well cared for but old and limited in value. She found an alternator at a reasonable price, replaced the battery and checked the car over thoroughly. It is running like new and all warning lights are out. I can not recommend her more highly. She made the extra effort, saved me substantial money and got my beloved car back on the road at very reasonable cost and in only a couple of days. She is simply the best.
