I recently purchased certified Honda civic form white plains Honda and its was a great buying experience. My sales man Diaz is very friendly and addressed all my questions. Ii needed a car badly enough but could not find a dealership thta will take the time to help. Until one day a friend of mine told me about San Leandro Honda. And what an experience that was to be able to get the details of the vehicle and be able to feel the car by having a DEMO DRIVE. This test is the ultimate decision maker with the advisor that came for the drive. I felt that this advisor was a friend instead looking to explain and care for what I needed in a car.

Let me start by saying this, there are some real GEMS in palisades Mazda. I purchased My vehicle back in November, I did Everything virtually and had the pleasure of working with Nick & JamieLee.. their customer service combined is enough to make you want to come here. I had An issue with my vehicles sensor and came in for service, just to find out JamieLee had transferred into service and I had The pleasure of being assisted by her again! Everyone in the service department is knowledgeable, patient, understanding and compassionate. The service was quick and I was Out in no time. I will 100% be recommending palisades Mazda to everyone! Absolutely amazing experience!

My husband and I have owned Volvos exclusively for the last 35 years. We've been dealing with the Glen Cove dealership in the past 4 1/2 years and found the service to be excellent. It appears that post-COVID there has been a great deal to be desired. That being said the new manager, Vito, has been informative, patient and most willing to answer my questions and resolve the challenges that this dealership has faced. I am confident that he will be the person to bring back the dealership to its place of excellence.

So far tour KIA Sportage Hybrid runs flawlessly and drives great on the highwasy. Fully loaded with useful features and an incredible panoramic sunroof that's quite enjoyable during the warmer weather. Engine and transmission runs smoothly. Love the 10 year - 100,000 mile warranty; gives us peace of mind. One complaint is that although our model is top of the line, it does not come with the Homelink feature. To open our garage door we have to a remote attached to the diver;s side visor. All in all highly recommended!

My wife and l have purchased five automobiles from Toyota City over twenty years...in that time frame the sales and especially the service(Matthew)and parts department (Joe) has been superb, informative, knowledgeable and kind.The service department gets you in and out in a timely and mechanically satisfying manner.

This is a great car. The hybrid drivetrain has already saved me over 30% on gas in a few months of ownership. With the xle model I purchased I have noticed the sound dampening is not as good as my older model 2013 rav4 non hybrid but with no engine noise either makes the outside noise more noticeable. The seating space up front is a little more tighter but not bad. My one gripe is the gas pedal is hinged to the floor so the floor mats do not go all the way to the top and leave the carpet exposed. I would still 100% recommend the car. Just watch out for some dealerships who are just out to make your purchase difficult.

My whole family has gone to Brewster Subaru for our leases (Mom, Dad, brother and myself) for years now. I have also gone there for my repairs and any service needed and they are extremely helpful, have never felt like they are "getting one over on me" or over charging for anything. I purchased a new 2025 Subaru Forester Hybrid Touring trim, and so far - with one minor annoyance - I love this car. The ride is very composed, much quieter than previous Foresters, and the top trim has all the bells and whistles. The smooth adaptive cruise control, coupled with automatic lane centering, makes for an exceptionally stress free driving experience. The switch between hybrid (EV) mode and the gas engine is seamless and imperceptible. I know that some have criticized the Forester for being “underpowered”, but the extra horsepower provided by the hybrid system, and the tweaks Subaru made to the low end torque provides all the power you need for everyday driving. The interior is super roomy, the seats are comfortable with lots of adjustments, and the facial recognition feature on the Touring trim - which recognizes saved drivers - magically adjusts the mirrors and the seat to preset positions for each saved driver. The only annoyance is that on the top Touring trim you get a smart rear view mirror which allows you to switch from the conventional mirror to the camera view. This comes super in handy when you have the car packed to the brim and you can’t see out using the conventional mirror. However, this super duper camera rear view mirror doesn’t have the garage door opener buttons. The fact that the top line Forester lacks such a basic amenity as programmable garage door buttons is baffling. Now, I fully recognize this is most definitely a “first world problem” and I can certainly live with my garage door remote clipped to the sun visor, but this seems to be a glaring oversight for a top end trim. That said, I would absolutely buy this car and this trim again. Highly recommended!

What sold me on this car: not all screen, some buttons Kick open trunk Good mpg Reliability of Toyotas Overhead 360 camera Past success with Toyota Spare tire in hidden compartment in trunk Negatives I have found out since buying it: For shorter people, hard to keep heel on floor unless seat is all the way up Uncomfortable drivers seat. I suggest if you’re on the shorter side, to rent this car if possible for a few days to make sure it’s comfortable.

I have only owned this car about a month now, but I really like driving it and I am very glad I bought it. I just wish it had an option to place a spare tire somewhere, but other than that, which is important, I do like it and recommend it to others. I hope the tradeoff of supposedly getting more mileage is worth not having a spare tire.

We just leased a Sorrento from the White Plains dealership. We worked with Oscar and he was so nice, helpful and patient. He also remembered a week later when we came back to pick up the car that we liked the little song that comes on when you turn off the car, and he made sure to show us how to turn that on! Everyone that we interacted wit there was so nice!

Very good car overall. I like the fact that this year (2026) Kia went more the truck feel and structure with the Sportage rather than the sedan feel and structure. I perceive more stability and comfort compared to the previous models. It feels more durable.

My last four cars have been Honda Accords. This time I purchased a 2025 Accord Hybrid Touring trim. My previous Honda was a 2013 Accord EX-L V6 w/Nav; I liked it better. It accelerated, it was comfortable but not too big, it was dependable, it had the right amount of high tech features. By contrast the 2025 Hybrid Touring accelerates at a more leisurely pace, is comfortable (with exceptions), is hopefully dependable (we'll find out), and is overly technical in the display and elsewhere. It is bigger than my 2013 Accord (more than mid-size in my view), and that concerns me. Everything in the well-less trunk sloshes around. There are no buttons to push to open garage doors; Honda asks the owner to subscribe for and download an app called MyQ and link it with HondaLink in the display for a software solution. The two apps refuse to link in my car, and I am not about to pay a monthly subscription charge for SaaS when buttons would have been fine. Sure, my MPG have risen from 27 to 45, but who really cares? With the Touring, there is no height adjustment on the front passenger seat, and I am not yet fully comfortable with the lumbar support on the driver's seat. There are two many controls on the steering wheel, dashboard, and display. Simplify, Honda! Simplify, simplify, simplify!

The only unknown is how many MPG I will get, over time. Not you typical Hybrid. It appears to be tuned especially for the Forester.

The best car-buying experience EVER! We walked into the dealership knowing what we were looking for, but not intending to "take the leap". There was no pressure, Mitchel listened to our preferences and was able to locate our dream car. We fell in love at first sight! Our Ascent Touring in Dark Mahogany Pearl fits our needs perfectly. Mitchel even fulfilled our last-minute request for wireless charging and got it to us before pick-up. On the day of pick-up, Rich went through our financing and extended warranty needs explaining everything and getting us set up. This is our 7th Subaru, the first from Brewster, and we couldn't be more satisfied! We will be back.

We've only had the car for about 2 weeks, but it's been great so far. Gas mileage with this hybrid has been about 44.5 mpg with mostly city driving, cabin is comfortable for driver and passengers, the GPS and audio systems work well, and I can see the bright red color pretty easily in parking lots!

Been bringing my Subaru there ever since I bought it two years ago service is outstanding customer service is okay but I will be bringing my car back there most of the time it's a little more expensive but it's worth it thank you
