The service department is well organized and provides good service. I live in Gilbert but drive to Mark Kia to get service for my Telluride.

I purchased the Kia Sportage EX Hybrid model. It is very comfortable and nice to drive. There are many extras with this model. I am still learning the options available. I purchased it on 11/1/2025 the phone app is great to have. The warranty is great as well, we took the paint protection plan considering we live in the Midwest. Go check out the Kia Sportage Hybrid I think you will find it worth your while.

Bought this new hybrid car a few weeks ago and going on first long distance drive, 2k miles, soon. So far we love this car. The looks and performance have been what we hoped for. Gas mileage is not max yet, but it is still breaking in. There are a lot of electronics to learn how to use and I read and watch YouTube for more info. Looking forward to really driving this long distance.

Everything was great. Got taken care of as soon as we walked and Baldy was knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone buying and new vehicle.

I brought in my car for consistent low tire pressure and Allie was able to identify it was a nail immediately. I was able to have a plug fix and I was on my way within 45 minutes. Allie provided excellent customer service!

I made contact with a list of cars I was interested in from the website. When I arrived, all cars were ready for test drive and review. As with all vehicle purchases, the worst part was the paperwork. But even that was made easy. They even had someone available to explain the tech parts of the car to us not so tech savy people.

Not once did I feel pressured with the purchase process. Art followed up with me, multiple times, even after I left the dealership, providing information to help me make a fully informed decision. Last minute I decided to look at another vehicle in their inventory, despite Art having cleaned/prepped the vehicle I initially chose. I was looking for a small, lightweight vehicle that I could flat-tow behind my motor home. Fewer and fewer vehicles are able to do so. Reading up on the new Maverick showed it would work for me. I liked the style and features of the XLT model. I visited a local Ford dealer and test-drove one. I was impresses with the interior space and comfort and the 13" touch screen. The hybrid model averages 42 mpg around town. The 4.5'pick-up bed serves my purposes.

On February 21st.,2023, we took our 2022 Santa Fe to Earnhardt Hyundai of Scottsdale for routine maintenance & factory recall. After driving home, approx. 45 miles, the car set in our garage undriven until Feb. 23rd. On that date I found a considerable amount of oil under the car. In further investigation and checking under the hood, I found the engine compartment saturated with motor oil. I immediately called Earnhardt Hyundai of Scottsdale who contacted Valley Towing to pick up my car and deliver it to their Service Dept. The service mgr. contacted me by phone within two hours to tell me they located the problem which turned out to be the dip stick had failed to be fully replaced. He also assured me that they would clean up the engine compartment and return my car the following day. On Feb. 24th., Howard (Store Greeter), called to tell me they had completed replacing the engine oil, washed the car, detailed the engine compartment and would deliver the car to our home with one hour. As promised, Howard arrived at our home with the car and it was as clean as the day we made the new car purchase. Howard also filled the the gas tank and offered to clean up our garage floor. We're all human and capable of making mistakes as did the mechanic, but the follow up by each Earnhardt Hyundai Store Employee involved in this matter was professional, courteous and understanding (including the store phone operator). Even though we have a Hyundai Dealer closer to our home, we're certain to use only the Scottsdale Earnhardt Hyundai Dealer for our future service needs and vehicle replacement when due.

I had not the best service experience here back in 2021, so I’ve been hesitant returning over the last several years even though it’s literally across the street. I realized I judged far too harshly on one experience. After a frustrating buying process with another dealer that didn’t work out, I finally bit the bullet to shop for the Tucson I was searching for and reached out. Very glad I did - Thomas and Adam made the deal happen with no xx, Misty was awesome in finance and it was a smooth experience. My first experience with Fiesta motors, and i was pleasantly surprised. We found a used BMW X7 in immaculate condition and emailed about a test drive that night. A very nice salesman by the name of Scott Michaels answered me back soon after and we set up a time. He checked back in with before my appointment with a nice video of the car and said it was ready and waiting for us. He greeted us as we arrived and was super courteous and friendly and with no pressure or the usual salesman stick. After a nice test drive we bought the car, Scott was very helpful and knowing about the vehicle even though it wasn't a Lincoln, and even help my wife set up the phone and electronics in the vehicle. The finance guy was quick and very friendly as well, ( sorry forgot his name as its been a couple weeks). The dealership was clean and comfortable. i have been buying new cars now about every 4 years for the last 54 years and this last purchase from festa lincoln in mesa az was the best buying experience i ever had in all those years. my salesman was very professional and even more he was truly customer orientated. i have gone thru nightmares in past buying experiences where i have walked out of the show room because of some sales tactics people have used, not so with fiesta. they actually listened to what i wanted and did not try to sell me things i didn't. i was hesitant going up there for the closing as i have been lied to in the past but not with fiesta, they are good to their word. when my wife is ready for her new car i know who i will be contacting.

We were hesitant about looking to purchase a car in these troubled times...but Tempe Honda made it easy. We made an appointment to see the vehicle we thought we may be interested in. The salesperson had that vehicle up front, along with two more with similar features. We took a test drive, all of us wore our masks. We've only had the car for about 2 weeks, but it's been great so far. Gas mileage with this hybrid has been about 44.5 mpg with mostly city driving, cabin is comfortable for driver and passengers, the GPS and audio systems work well, and I can see the bright red color pretty easily in parking lots!

Chris was super - friendly, helpful and informative. The car was done much more quickly than I expected. The only problem was that the electronic car wash coupon didn't work at the car wash.

The 2026 Palisades Calligraphy Hybrid is awesome, I loved my 2023 Palisades Calligraphy, but the Hybrid is far and away better from the increased horsepower, back to the 6 speed transmission and the outrageous MPG 600 plus to a tank, I drove the BMW X5 and X7, the MB, Porches, etc. could not find a $35,000 to $90,000 differences. For $60,000 and the 10/100,000 it cannot be beat.

Joe was great to work with and the experience was above and beyond. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Price was fair but they did not include the title and taxes in the listing price which would have been helpful. Also, they tried to charge me $1,200 for spiffing up the car but when I took it to my shop, they found that the air filter was filthy. They had said they changed it.

DId a good job and on time WIll definitely give this dealership more business in the future.

Got a good deal on a very low mileage Ford Maverick. Salesperson was low key. Didn’t get as much as I deserved for the trade in.

Tempe Honda. What can I say? I have nothing but good things to say now. As a loyal Honda customer, I am heavily impressed with Tempe Honda, specifically Lou Sofre. To start, my wife's car was totaled a couple months ago and we finally got paid out, and I talked her into a Honda. She wanted a new HRV, so we went searching in the worst possible time with the chip shortage. we went to one dealer (not going to name names) in the morning, who tried to market adjust a base HRV 6 grand and told us they couldn't bring it down. We called Tempe Honda and they could get us in a car that same day with no market adjustments. When we tried to tell the Honda dealer we were currently sitting at, they told us that the deal wasn't real. Well, we got to Tempe Honda, and ended up with a great deal on a brand new 2022 HRV. This buying experience with Lou, was simple, quick, easy and very fair. So much so, that I decided to make the plunge and purchase my first ever car with Lou and Tempe Honda too. Lou went out of his way to make sure that a bad experience I had with the service center in 2018 was addressed and would not happen in the future, and I could not be happier with my brand new 2022 Civic sport hatchback. Very strong trade In values for cars as well, with very hassle free negotiation. Lou also put up with my two weeks of constant texts about the car as I was impatiently waiting for it to come from the factory. Car turned out beautiful.
