Team Honda has a newer GM (Jack Meyers) who is a straight shooter. Also had a great experience with our salesperson (Caleb) and Glen in finance. Would definitely buy from Team Honda again.

We've only had the car for about 2 weeks, but it's been great so far. Gas mileage with this hybrid has been about 44.5 mpg with mostly city driving, cabin is comfortable for driver and passengers, the GPS and audio systems work well, and I can see the bright red color pretty easily in parking lots!

Not only is he knowledge and kind, but also works very hard to make sure you get the car you want and that you don't spend too much wasted time at the dealership. Straight forward negotiations, no games. Friendly sales staff. At delivery, would’ve preferred to inspect car indoors as it was nighttime and it was hard to see. But there were no issues.

I always have bought my cars here even back when it was Schaffer and now Webb. John B. and Jim C, in the service department have always taken such great care of me whenever my vehicle needed repairs. Recently, I purchased a new vehicle and Jon C. did a wonderful job showing me choices that would best suit my needs. He was extremely patient with all my questions and always followed up with a phone call to make sure I had all the information I needed.

I set up an appointment to test drive a specific vehicle, they had it warming up for me right after I got there. We were test driving it within the first 5 or 10 mins. Driving home in it less than 3 hours later. So quick and painless. Adam (I think I cant remember 😩) was the best. So accommodating and SO nice. Not pushy at all like so many salesmen out there!! Will always come back!

I love this sporty mile and the great mileage. The black/white combination and red leather inside is superb. Only things I don't love: very low to the ground car, doesn't easily go over driveways, hits curbs a lot. Also, the tires easily shred if you go over or even brush against a curb. I've had to replace several of them so far. Also, not a good turning radius compared to my previous cars. Need lots of space to turn, as in pulling out of my driveway and getting on the road. I must also mention that there's an airbag recall on the passenger side with NO fix available at this time.

I had been searching for a new Hyundai; I met John Crawford (Big John) on December 21 and my search was over. John listened to what I wanted and the Budget I was working with. He found me a vehicle and told me that he was going to work hard to have the vehicle delivered before Christmas. I Stop by and spoke with sale associate Troy Bell. He gave wonderful advice on newer models.. I want to purchase a car for my daughter. He gave excellent pointer on which way to go. I will be back in the near future.

This is my 3rd RAV4 Hybrid XLE It's a well made vehicle. Reliable. Comfortable. Efficient. Quiet It has all the comfort features I consider necessary.

Extremely stable and smooth ride. Good sound system. Ready availability of dealers, service, parts, etc.. Quite comfortable seating. Very extensive owner's manual. Very effective safety features.

Family Hyundai is a great place to purchase a car because of the selection and the ability to negotiate for a fair price. I purchased a used 2017 Hyundai Sonata hybrid. This car had low mileage and was in excellent condition. After purchasing the car, I also bring it there for an oil change. I love the affordability and the fact that they give me a free oil change after purchasing two.

This is a great car. The hybrid drivetrain has already saved me over 30% on gas in a few months of ownership. With the xle model I purchased I have noticed the sound dampening is not as good as my older model 2013 rav4 non hybrid but with no engine noise either makes the outside noise more noticeable. The seating space up front is a little more tighter but not bad. My one gripe is the gas pedal is hinged to the floor so the floor mats do not go all the way to the top and leave the carpet exposed. I would still 100% recommend the car. Just watch out for some dealerships who are just out to make your purchase difficult.
