Purchased at 35k , now at 50k miles. No issues so far. Rides like new. Very,very stable on freeway and when making turns. Hybrid model has a heavy battery pinning down the car for extra road grip. My wife loves how stable it is. Our other SUV tilts during turns, but Fusion gives you a peace of mind that it won't overturn. Lumbar support seats are awesome, and pretty well designed. Also enjoying power seat adjust on front seats. Ideal commuter. Impressed to get 38 mpg town/freeway. I love toyota prius too but fusion is a better looking car IMHO. Only con is a small screen especially when backing up , but we have SE trim,so that's why. Loving fuel tank that's capless, 1 less thing to twist. Just insert that hose at a gas station and remove when done! The interior is also very quiet so taking a phone call is a breeze. Really loving intuitive physical button controls. We entertained an idea of getting another car with a big sensor screen and on-screen buttons, but we are not giving up our physical controls on Ford after all! I have read this is a very reliable car among American manufacturers. Piece of advise: but $20 lug nuts and replace stock ones on wheels ,because they get swollen, buldge and impossible to remove in field conditions.

I bought my car in one day from a great salesman named Richard. He was professional, kind, and he came to pick me up at my home in the rain that took him almost an hour! Who does that?! Richard, that's who. On the way to Gulf Coast Brokers, we both realized there was something wrong with the rear tires. He told me whatever the car needed they would take care of it. Well, today they gave me 4 brand new Firestone tires. My 2014 Toyota Rav4 rides like a 2022! The Manager Marcin was also kind and professional. He replaced the air filter that's in the glove compartment, no charge to me. I can't say more about these people who know how to treat customers. Whatever you buy will be priced fairly. I have owned 25-30 different vehicles in my life including 10 Toyota or Lexus vehicles since 1978. The latest have been 2 Camry hybrids and 2 Avalon hybrids. Quite simply, my 2020 Avalon Limited hybrid is the finest luxury automobile I have ever owned. My 2015 Avalon was the 2nd finest... LOL. The car is quiet, smooth, comfortable, unbelievably reliable, and gets 44-46 MPG for me in normal weather conditions.

This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.

While driving down to Florida , I realized the air conditioner on my 2020 XC60 was not working. I called Volvo of Sarasota at 7576 S Tamiami Trail and talked to Allen, who was so considerate of my problem, he told me to bring the car in the next morning and they would have their service tech check out the problem, they were able to fix the air conditioner. I was so appreciative and can’t thank Allen enough for his help.

Received a temporary registration plate good for 30 days and was informed that a permanent plate was in the mail. this is an awesome car. Mine was white withe the black top red leather seats, which is very hard to find. I found one bought it out of state delivered to my home 10 months ago. Almost a month ago some jerk speeding hit the front. Totaled my car. wont ever be another like it. it was a lot of fun to drive, handling was great around turns, very reliable sporty car powerful and fast

I live in Minnesota but saw my ultimate truck listed on line at Sarasota Ford . Purchasing a vehicle 1,800 miles away is not easy. You can’t go see the vehicle and test drive it but my sales person, Mathew Smith, made it a smooth process. We communicated via phone and text numerous times. The Ford Fusion was a modest priced sedan, low maintenance, great mileage and the hybrids are so smooth compared to all the other brands. I've own 6 of them since 2010. When Ford stopped making the Fusion after 2020 and decided to give away their sedan line, the copy cat models of Hyundai and Toyota both increased sales in the 20% range. Gas, oil and little electricity for the plug-in and these near maintenance free cars just go and go. I've put as much as 165,000 on them without issue.
