Great help in deciding on options. I was considering both new and used vehicles. The salesman was patient and considerate in explanations to me. He ended with a tutorial of safety and other features that were new to me.

The only problem in this truck is no power seat and heater control only does one side . Real view mirror is to small . Other than that great truck !!

Drives very smoothly. Very good acceleration. Quick maneuverability. Good on gas mileage. Comfortable interior, but front seats could be slightly wider. Audio system is very good. The "hands free" setup is good but could be improved, as it does require a hand to use and can be mildly distracting until one gets used to using it.

Everyone was polite and helpful. I needed a cooling fan. The repairs were great and on time. Would certainly take my infinity there again for any repairs needed.

For a non full size pickup it seems pricey, but then again full size truck prices are ridiculous. The interior is really nice, spacious and well built. The truck handles incredibly well, and the 4 cylinder turbo has plenty of power. I was impressed with it's 6,000+ towing power. The exterior is mean looking and looks great heading down the road. I bought a SR model because I need a truck, not something full of options. The only downside is the box is smaller and holds a lot less than a full size and the Toyota sense safety is a bit much. I know it's there for a reason but it can be confusing.

Bought this truck several years ago - 2012 and it drives excellent! Pulled a 20 ft boat and trailer to the bay with no problem. It is a little tricky to maneuver around short turns.

Great until the extended warranty ran out And 2023. Cost of replacing a valve and associated work was $5000. Shakes if rear windows open from wind. Aerodynamic so so.

Recently we purchased a Subaru Crosstrek from Flatirons Subaru in Boulder, Colorado. The dealership was very clean, well organized and made a good impression from the moment we entered it. The available salesman at the time we came in was Connor. He was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and mannered. He showed us several vehicles helping us to decide what to buy. If you want to buy a Subaru I definitely recommend Flatirons Subaru and also ask for Connor. You will not be disappointed. Unfortunately we had the displeasure to run into another person who looked very unprofessional. But the experience we had with Connor, convinced me to give 5 stars to this business.

I bought a used 2018 touring edition. This is my first non-Big 3 vehicle and first hybrid. It has a bit of a learning curve but overall I am pleased with my purchase. I'm able to drive in electric mode most of the time. It has lots of interior room and trunk space. It's not sporty, you can feel it's a heavy car when driving through curves etc. A few foibles. The low tire pressure warning doesn't indicate which tire is low and has to be reset after filling. Inexcusable, I have 2012 cars that indicate the tire and don't have to be reset. You have to pay attention to the drive mode, it defaults to EV which is great unless you're on a long trip. You do not want to let the charge get to zero which is easy to do if you stop on the interstate and forget to switch it back to HV mode. Once it hits zero it no longer charges the battery with regenerative braking, weird. Again, overall I'm happy with the car and would buy it again.

We had a fantastic experience at AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe. We were just starting our car search when we decided to stop at Subaru out of curiosity. Even though we had never owned a Subaru before, Bryan helped us figure out that the Forester was the perfect choice for us. We drove away with our 2025 Forester that day and haven't regretted it! I had had a Nissan Leaf but when my husband was moved to a veteran's home 200+ miles away, I had to rent a car to go see him. Traded it for a Honda 2018 Plug-In Hybrid, went to the dealer and drove away with it the same day. The dealership was awesome, The car was a dream to drive to visit my husband. I started with a full charge and a full tank of gas (a whole 7 gallons... lol) got another tank of gas at the other end and got home with miles to spare. After my husband's death, I only went out of town a couple of times a month and never needed the gas engine. About once a month I allow the charge to drop enough that the engine will run just to keep it active. My "mpg" currently shows 105 mpg... I love it... I use household current in my garage and my electric bill has not changed due to charging. I have not had to charge it while traveling... I was sad to hear that Honda is no longer making a plug-in Clarity. When I finally have to replace this one, I will be looking ONLY for a plug-in hybrid. I love the way it works. The only issue I have had is the battery... NOT the main battery, but the little one that make the gas engine run... I love my Clarity Plug-In... I doubt I would ever go back to a fully electric car and I would NEVER go back to a fully gas engine.

It is a very economical and reliable car, the only problem is the inconvenience of all EVs....charging other than that, I am pleased that HONDA CLARITY should continue to manufacture their type of vehicle.

I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

I went in for a test drive. I’d called ahead and the vehicle (CR-V hybrid) was pulled up front and ready to go. A quick interaction with the manager and the salesman (which may have gone faster because I was already in their system from a prior visit) and we were off on a good test route. The salesman, Sasha, was knowledgeable about his product and easy to converse with, and asked good questions to get a feel for what I was looking for. No hard sell. If all dealership interactions were this efficient, effective and pleasant people would feel more positively toward dealership relationships.

Love my new car :) Two feedback issues/concerns: 1. The Air conditioner in the front seats (under the display) is not as good as my past 4 model’s. The air vents are pushed to a smaller exit and that is not as good as prior Toyota designs I have owned (this is my 5th). The air vents are smaller than before with I think the same amount of air, this causes me to have to turn on/off the air more frequently. Just feels like the smaller vent is not a better solution to prior models. 2. The grill design looks amazing but should have been black vs white (my car is white) bugs show up and it’s hard to clean off compared to prior models. Things I love … interior color (red/black), display (much bigger), sun roof (much bigger),heads up display, parking assist (beep beep), the cruse control is so much better (auto adjusts to car in front of you/moves you to next lane with just a blinker/don’t have to hold the wheel tight and that allows you to just barely hold, which makes driving long distance, not as stressful), cooling seats (perfect for living in Flordia).

Was in another dealership and saw the same jeep on line at SW - while waiting for offers - I messaged and set up buying process in a quarter of the time I was sitting at the other dealership. Walked in, looked at jeep, sat down, got final offers and was out the door in an hour - only wait time was waiting for detailing to be done by tech which I was grateful for! Only 2 items that need to be addressed is the volume control the navigation system plus headlights are not good for night driving. As of December 2022 I drove all around the USA putting on 60,000 miles on my 2020 Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid. Love and enjoyed driving this Great Product.

This car is loaded. There is nothing on the lot any better. Full featured. Air condition leather seats. Birdseye view. Would love to have a prime with all these features but I have not seen one yet.

Quiet, efficient, well appointed, great gas mileage — and so far (85,000 miles), it has never needed more than routine service. Excellent car that deserves the high ratings it gets!

Bought this car new in October 2017. Initially had trouble putting fuel in it. I'd be on empty and get about three litres of fuel in it and then it would shut off and burp out some. Read the instructions inside the filler cap. Problem solved. When it was about three years old (about 2020/2021 maybe), I had a steering box problem. The dealer wanted $850 Canadian for the part plus taxes plus labour. Took it to my mechanic. He agreed with the assessment. He took the cover off the steering box and lubed it with a can of lube (was it WD-40??) and never had an issue after that. LAST TIME I'LL TAKE IT TO A DEALER!!!!! Got rear-ended in October 2023. I had 184,000 kilometres on the car. The car was totalled and I did not know it. The trunk opened and closed, the backup camera still worked, and not even a tail light was cracked, but the unibody was compromised. Drove it for another hundred kilometres before it was classed a write-off. Fuel economy for 184,000 kilometres was 4.7 litres per hundred kilometres or 50 MG (American) or 60 MPG Imperial. This was, don't forget, for the life of the car!!! Would I buy it again?? By the bones of my ancestors, ABSOLUTELY!!!!!

Fantastic except for blizzard pearl paint recall. Great balance between performance, quality, and high mileage with almost nothing to maintain. Oil, tires, and belts and wipers are about it.
