40e doesn't cost that much more than the 6 cylinder and I am averaging 45mpg. Nice federal tax rebate and I get 800 miles on a tank of gas. Plus parking spots reserved for charging are generally primo and available. This car is the same 0-60 as the 6cyl, but smoother and quicker off the line. I just use a standard outlet in my garage, so a full charge takes 7 hours over night. Public charging spots are 3 times as fast. I take the car on road trips without charging and it operates like a normal X5. No downside to getting the hybrid that I can tell.

I needed a new set of rims for my Polestar 2 so that I can have a winter wheel set and a summer wheel set. I worked with Dan Filipe and he was great. He was quick to respond to e-mail and texts, he got the parts in, and he promptly shipped them out. When he did ship them out, he sent an e-mail with the tracking number. The rims arrived in perfect shape. It may seem a simple thing for a manager to be responsive and proactive in communication, but I don't take it for granted. Dan set the bar for others.

We've only had the car for about 2 weeks, but it's been great so far. Gas mileage with this hybrid has been about 44.5 mpg with mostly city driving, cabin is comfortable for driver and passengers, the GPS and audio systems work well, and I can see the bright red color pretty easily in parking lots!

I was here from CT to visit my mom in memory care. My driver’s side window fell into the door leaving me with a triangle of glass sticking out. Upon arrival, Renaldo, greeted me and talked to the supervisor who said it needed a part that they had to order and wouldn’t be ready today. I needed to drive home today for work tomorrow. As I was about to leave, Joe, walked out of the service garage and said “let me see what I can do”. 15 mins later my car came out and the window was fixed!! He said some bolts were loose and he was able to fix it! He’s my hero! I thought I was going to drive 3 hours back home with a broken window. We just bought a pre owned Civic today. We had a great experience with Sah, our salesperson, and Leo, the finance manager. Everything was upfront and honest. No hidden fees, no lies. The price we found online was the price of the car, which, believe it or not, is a rare thing apparently!!
