My husband and I have been researching what our next vehicle purchase would be for over a year now. Having loved the space our old van had to transport family and luggage, we decided a full size van was still the route to take as long as we have young grandchildren who visit. Narrowing down which make to purchase required visits to numerous dealers around Naples who offered full size vans. We visited Jeanne Smith at Germain Honda last year. She was such a pleasure to talk to and didn’t pressure us. We told her to keep in touch and she has all this time. Well this February we messaged her that we might be ready. We still were apprehensive about a new vs used vehicle. After meeting with Jeanne we felt 100% sure new was the correct choice and put a deposit on a new Honda Odyssey. We picked out our color and the car was delivered and prepped the next day! Wow! It’s gorgeous! New technology is awesome. Handles like a dream and we love that we will always be taken care of at Germain Honda of Naples. Lots of room for everyone plus beach gear!

Checks all the boxes we were looking for. Very comfortable, plenty of technology, safety, great mpg, Honda reliability, nice handling. Priced very reasonably for a hybrid with all the included amenities. Listed as a compact SUV but is as roomy as a mid size.

I just got this vehicle a month ago almost now. I am just now about to fill my first paid gas tank. I really love the vehicle. Yes, great gas mileage with normal driving behaviors is feasible. I am trending close to getting 50mpg in 80/20 city/highway usage on this first tank. I do expect it to change each tank and especially in the summer heat where I live which starts in April where I live till December. The performance is why you're paying more money for this car. Test Drive it and use all the modes and Honda's website recommends using economy mode on the highway, which I agree. Normal is perfect for city use and Sport is great if you wanna show off. It handles amazing! It is plenty of roomy. Surprised how much headroom it has, almost like an SUV for someone who is 5'9. The features are nice. Fit and Finish is nice. Is it premium like a Mazda inside and out, no. The styling is more contemporary modern. Not flashy, but also nice looking. I got the Touring model. It is worth the upcharge for sure!

I love this car! It is very comfortable and efficient. It drives very well with acceleration when needed but also great fuel economy. I really enjoy the stereo system. Very safe because of the technology. Everything is easy to use but navigation is a bit complicated. Lane assist is helpful but depends on the road. Honda's sales personnel have limited knowledge of the cars they sell. I used to have a 2018 Prius that I liked a lot, but I don't like the new Prius and therefore I chose a Civic. If you buy a Civic find a sales person who knows the navigation well.

Picked up a nail in a tire on our way to a medical appointment. Were close to the Honda dealership so we stopped there in hopes of a quick tire fix. Thanks to Sebastian Baquero for the great service. He went out of his way to make sure we got shuttled to an appointment while they fixed my truck. Really nice guy with a great attitude.

I went to AutoNation Toyota in Fort Myers, Florida (Loyal Customer for over seven years) to buy a car since my Corolla LE was costing me a lot of money to maintain, after 19 years. I was directed to Sale Rep. Alba, who helped me tremendously in finding a vehicle that I would be comfortable with my family to ride in. My first pick was the Grand Highlander XLE AWD, which I put a down payment on February 2025, but it was taking so longer for Toyota to fill the allotment of this order (I was told that Toyota was backlogged in making the vehicle I wanted and was only sending them the Grand Highlander Limited, which is 8,000.00 more than my budget allows). So I continued to wait with Sale Rep. Alba, who kept in touch with me and letting me know whats going on. If I didn’t hear from her then I would call her. She answered all my questions patiently and advised me if I didn’t want to spend anymore money on the current vehicle I own, and she wasn’t aware when Toyota will send the vehicle I ordered, then maybe I should look into another vehicle that is being produced at this time. Finally, after waiting so long for this vehicle, for some unknown reason Toyota won’t produce, I decided to go with the Rav4 XLE Premium. I’m glad that I went with the RAV4 XLE Premium it’s a decent car, not as big as the Grand Highlander, but roomy. I love the safety features on this vehicle which reminds me of my Corolla LE, which I also loved and had to give it up. But through the up and downs of waiting and finally purchasing and getting the vehicle I need, Sale Rep Alba was there through it all. It’s kind of funny. It’s a Corolla Hybrid, but looks so sporty that I find a lot of people look to race me when the light turns green…it’s a Corolla, and it’s not quick…at all. But, that’s a testament to its appearance. It’s very nice looking in the SE trim. The performance and CVT are prohibitive to excitement, but it is economical and adequate for normal city and highway driving. The road noise is pretty bad, but the suspension supple and it absorbs road imperfections well. The seats in front and the rear are comfortable. It does lack storage space as well. The glove box is basically just big enough to hold your registration. The center console is very small as well. The base sound system is its biggest flaw. It is terrible. I don’t know if the upgraded stereo is much better or worth the upgrade, but with as much road noise as there is, a better/louder stereo is needed to hear the music and drown out the other noise. I am averaging about 44-45 MPG in the AWD SE Hybrid.

The main reason I got this car was the gas milage and it doesn’t disappoint! My drive to work is 14 miles one way. My old Jeep, I had to fill up every other week. Overall, I’ve owned my XL for about 2 weeks. So far I’ve only taken one trip with it which was a 2 hour drive one way. It handled incredibly well with the slick roads, and the drive was enjoyable. I took one star off reliability because the battery issue. 1 week into owning it I took a 5 minute trip to the grocery store which turned into a 5 hour ordeal. The car only sat there for about 2 minutes and I went to remote start from my app. It said there was an error and I figured I was too far away (about 100 yards). I got out to my truck and started it and it gave me a bunch of error messages. It couldn’t drive. So, I called to have it jumped. They came out to jump it and even afterwards, it had all sorts of error messages. I ended up waiting another 2 hours for the tow truck and ended up being stuck at the dealership for another hour. The next day my car was returned to me, good as new. It was a battery issue according to the dealership. They put in a new battery and it’s working fine again. That’s why I took off one star for reliability. I’m hoping this doesn’t happen again in the future. Also, the amount of recalls is impressive and disheartening. If you’re in the market for a small truck with good gas mpg, this is your car. I don’t use the bed, but I plan on getting a cover so I can put luggage back there for my next trip.

Excellent experience. Made my decision to buy very easy. Salesman really knew his product. Came from up north to buy a rust free car and it's a beauty.

I got the Mavrick Larit, but it didn't come with the front parking distance Decator and no fog lights. The mileage is very good and comfortable, but the one thing I don't like on both of my Ford Explorer and Ford Maverick is the systems that turn off the engine and knocks both the engine and transmission which will become a bigger problem where the engine and transmission will break plus I also have to turn off the swaying system which causes my truck steering to lock up when I'm not towing anything so i have to turn this off also.
