We've only had the car for about 2 weeks, but it's been great so far. Gas mileage with this hybrid has been about 44.5 mpg with mostly city driving, cabin is comfortable for driver and passengers, the GPS and audio systems work well, and I can see the bright red color pretty easily in parking lots!

Mike the GSM was great to deal with and understood my needs and wants. Mike the FM was great also but took a lot longer to get the paper work done. But it was after all a great experience. My sales Lady Ronide was the greatest of all she went out of her way to help get into the car I wanted and went the extra mile to help me get something to boost me up so I could see out of the car.

Excellent dealership that believes in creating long term customer relationships - they took great care of me. I bought a lovely E400, which was totalled by a truck after only 4 months. I went back and they had another E400 - this time a convertable. I bought the car "as is" - however, there were some problems and one in particular I felt compelled to reach out about. They truly didn't have to do anything, however, the paid for the issue, and as well, threw in an extra that was big and totally unexpected. I cannot say enough - I think everyone knows how tough buying a car is, especially pre-owned and how the follow-up afterwards can be so challenging. Picked up a nail in a tire on our way to a medical appointment. Were close to the Honda dealership so we stopped there in hopes of a quick tire fix. Thanks to Sebastian Baquero for the great service. He went out of his way to make sure we got shuttled to an appointment while they fixed my truck. Really nice guy with a great attitude.

I bought this car brand new, near the end of january. It drives great the exterior and interior are both amazing. I got the hybrid version so I get 47 Mpg and 600 miles on a full tank. Overall I really like it and would recommend.

I brought my Honda CRV 2026 for services update a new software. Carlos Lopez was taking care my car to install the new software. Carlos is a very nice and hard worker person. He did come to me a couple time and asked whether i am ok ? "hungry, or if i wanted to go somewhere? There was shuttle right up front will take me go and pick up" A person like Carlos give peoples a good feeling about Germain Honda either for service or buying a new car.

I came to Honda of Fort Myers to look at a vehicle and was kindly introduce to Travis. He truly was a wonderful salesman to work with. He took his time and povided great knowledge and support without putting pressure to buy. He made sure to walk me through the process best as possible. That being said. Other team members were not so great with the financial negotiation. At one point she literally almost talked me out of getting the vehicle. I felt like it was being interogated for my choice in getting the vehicle. I truly wanted to walk away but to Travis's credit and his great approach at handling customer service i decided to push through it. I have dealt with many car salesman and Travis truly is a major asset to Honda of Fort Myers. They received a sale all due to him and his guest service skills. This man deserves a raise or a manager position. He can definitely make the dealership grow in a positive way.

so very happy i stopped into coconut point honda a few weeks ago after getting discouraged from two other dealerships because of their overpricing due to low inventory... that's when i met justin yonkers, a very professional and knowledgeable young salesman..he didn't have inventory at that time to show me, however he knew that a shipment was due in about a month.. last week i got the call that my car was in and it was well worth waiting for... my experience with the whole friendly staff will be remembered by referring justin to all my friends and family... thank you
