On November 25, 2023, my husband and I visited Ron Bouchard Kia with the intention of replacing his 8-year-old car with a new Kia Sorento. Being our first time at the dealership, we were uncertain about what to expect. Fortunately, we were warmly greeted by Jackie, who proved to be exceptional! She patiently walked us through the car's features, addressing all our questions with clarity and enthusiasm. Jackie presented us with various options from their inventory, and even offered to arrange swaps with other dealerships if we couldn't find our preferred car on-site. Importantly, she assisted us without exerting undue pressure to finalize the sale. After test driving the car and falling in love with it, we returned to the dealership. Jackie seamlessly guided us through the documentation process, and we proceeded to speak with the Finance Manager regarding leasing options. The deal we reached left us satisfied. Despite spending the entire afternoon at the dealership, we didn't realize we were the last customers in the store. Jackie patiently waited for us to complete the paperwork with the Finance Manager before bidding us farewell. Two days later, my husband returned to the dealership and returned home with our new car. Overall, the entire transaction was remarkably straightforward. I was pleasantly surprised by the warm reception and the ease of doing business. It does not matter if you are building or buying your first or next Corvette off the showroom floor it does not get any easier then buying from McMulkin Mulkin Chevrolet. The Corvette specialist I worked with, Cameron Cocco was fantastic. I had a lot of questions and requests and they were always answered in a timely fashion, I’m sure some were after hours. This my second Corvette, I wish I was aware of them when I purchased my first Vette. There are no hidden fees, no “mystery” products added to the paint or interior for “protection “ no unnecessary paperwork charges just an honest price. No hard sell, no up charges. I purchased my 2026 Corvette from there large inventory and had it delivered in an enclosed auto transport truck directly to my house. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Have only had for a few weeks, but this car is awesome. Very smooth when you want in touring mode and for more aggressive settings you have sport and track. I mainly drive in touring and its as smooth as any high end sedan. The power is perfectly tuned to the car, plenty fast when needed. Paint quality, interior materials and all together fit is great. Very happy so far.

I ordered my torch red 2025 Corvette stingray LT1 in October 2024. I picked my Corvette on February 4, 2025. This car is amazing. The looks outside and in is absolutely beautiful. I get goosebumps just looking at it and driving it. I have had for 1 month with 295 miles on it and still in the 500 breakin period. There is no car in planet earth I would rather drive, besides my 2014 Cadillac XTS V in the garage which I will never sell. Even though LT1 is base model my Cadillac has heads-up display and adaptive cruise and cool seats already, which the Cadillac is my road trip Grand canyon car. My Corvette looks like and feels like a $100k car. Once you go look at it inside and out you will buy it. I have now my 2 dream cars. Thank you God!

I purchased a new 2025 Subaru Forester Hybrid Touring trim, and so far - with one minor annoyance - I love this car. The ride is very composed, much quieter than previous Foresters, and the top trim has all the bells and whistles. The smooth adaptive cruise control, coupled with automatic lane centering, makes for an exceptionally stress free driving experience. The switch between hybrid (EV) mode and the gas engine is seamless and imperceptible. I know that some have criticized the Forester for being “underpowered”, but the extra horsepower provided by the hybrid system, and the tweaks Subaru made to the low end torque provides all the power you need for everyday driving. The interior is super roomy, the seats are comfortable with lots of adjustments, and the facial recognition feature on the Touring trim - which recognizes saved drivers - magically adjusts the mirrors and the seat to preset positions for each saved driver. The only annoyance is that on the top Touring trim you get a smart rear view mirror which allows you to switch from the conventional mirror to the camera view. This comes super in handy when you have the car packed to the brim and you can’t see out using the conventional mirror. However, this super duper camera rear view mirror doesn’t have the garage door opener buttons. The fact that the top line Forester lacks such a basic amenity as programmable garage door buttons is baffling. Now, I fully recognize this is most definitely a “first world problem” and I can certainly live with my garage door remote clipped to the sun visor, but this seems to be a glaring oversight for a top end trim. That said, I would absolutely buy this car and this trim again. Highly recommended!

The service was top notch. From the time my service advisor EJ explained what the issue was with my AC until I took delivery of my car was beyond expectations. The price was exactly what was quoted and my vehicle was completed on time and my AC is working perfectly. I highly recommend MacMulkin Chevrolet Service department!

This is my fifth Corvette and I love the C8s better than any prior models. I loved it so much that I traded on my 2023 HTC with 14,000 miles for a new 2025 Z51. The ride, comfort, fun, and reliability brought me back for another C8. This platform is far superior to any prior model. The mid engine platform is a game changer. I loved my C7 GS but it's not in the same league as the C8. Of course I highly recommend the C8 over any other model but any Corvette is a pleasure to own and drive.

I walked in there knowing what I wanted to buy, no finance, cash in hand, and I said I didn’t wanna hear the spiel about all the extras and the warranty. And yet you still made me wait for what seems like a half an hour for you to print off the paperwork, then hand write it down on a blank sheet of paper, when the printed one was right behind you. Not a fan of this sales technique to buy “ Add on warranties”. My whole buying experience was great until it came to the financial “upsell” of the deal. For reference, I was paying cash for my 2024 BMW.

I have only owned this car about a month now, but I really like driving it and I am very glad I bought it. I just wish it had an option to place a spare tire somewhere, but other than that, which is important, I do like it and recommend it to others. I hope the tradeoff of supposedly getting more mileage is worth not having a spare tire.

We've only had the car for about 2 weeks, but it's been great so far. Gas mileage with this hybrid has been about 44.5 mpg with mostly city driving, cabin is comfortable for driver and passengers, the GPS and audio systems work well, and I can see the bright red color pretty easily in parking lots!

I have now purchased five vehicles from this dealer - 4 CR-Vs and one Accord. Basically I find them to be honest and trustworthy. I do think they low ball the trade in offers they make and price their cars a bit higher than something like Kelly Blue Book would suggest. But their location is convenient, service is good and sales people are reasonably responsive. I had two minor problems with the Certified CR-V I recently purchased but after some diligent tracking of the sales person, both were fixed promptly and at no cost.

With 40-48 mpg around town and close to 40 mpg on the highway, we have saved several thousand dollars on gas by trading our Odyssey for this CRV-hybrid. It can carry a lot of baggage and is really comfortable on long trips. Great heating and cooling system, top-notch reliability with low maintenance costs. Our other car is a 2014 CR-Z hybrid, and we've owned 8 Hondas to date.

I rarely post reviews, but I I am making an exception because I need to make sure that this gets out! I despise car shopping. I think the cost of vehicles is absurd, and I go into a panic every three years when my lease runs out. I HAD A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE AT RON BOUCHARD! I have been telling everybody I know (and don’t!) that if they need a vehicle do not go anywhere else but Ron Bouchard, specifically Lancaster, and ASK FOR LUIS RIVERA! Luis was amazing, and I say that with my whole chest. From the moment we walked in, he was 100% interested in what I needed, NOT what would make him the most money. I was ready to have to plead my case about monthly payments and how I really wanted to buy out the lease when Luis said, unprompted, “You know, you are in a really good position to buy out your lease.” 😳 The relief I felt leaving that dealership is like nothing I have experienced in the last three leases from “Herb”, where the goal is to push you to the absolute max you can pay a month, plus a few extra. Not true at Ron’s house! You can tell they are interested in helping and building trust. They want you to come back! They want you to tell others to go there! Repeat business is critical for these guys, and I want to make sure that they get as much as possible. I also have to mention Eddie Osorio, the finance manager we worked with. Again, completely transparent about what was happening at every turn. Numbers make my head hurt, but Eddie clearly explained everything with no high pressure sales, just the pros and cons of each option. I could not be happier with the outcome. Putting business aside, these are just really good human beings. Good energy throughout the entire dealership. I could not have imagined I would be raving about a car buying experience, but here we are! Look, there are a million places to get a car. I have spent days of my precious free time over the years trying to find the best deal, the lowest payment, etc. Do not waste your time. Just go here first. And ask for LUIS RIVERA! You won’t be disappointed. 👍🏻
