We've only had the car for about 2 weeks, but it's been great so far. Gas mileage with this hybrid has been about 44.5 mpg with mostly city driving, cabin is comfortable for driver and passengers, the GPS and audio systems work well, and I can see the bright red color pretty easily in parking lots!

Just bought a new Tucson hybrid here. Folks at Kirkland Hyundai were great to work with. Good selection on the lot. Sales person Zishan was really straitforward and polite to work with. He was not at all pushy (like at some places) and didnt play any games. Was willing to work on price and the overall experience was good. Would definitly reccomend.

I am a senior citizen and have purchased many vehicles in my life time. I must say this was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new car. Sales Consultant Cedric felt more like a friend or family member working to get to the wife and I the very best deal possible. I highly recommend this Dealer. From Cedric to the Sales Manager and Finance staff they were all truly genuine nice and caring people. No pressure and all very helpful. If I was a car dealer I would offer Cedric a raise to come work for me.

Fantastic experience start-to-finish! Good selection, no pressure, personable staff. Our salesman Mike B was very knowledgeable and took time to listen to what we wanted without pushing us one way or the other. Finance Manager Max M was also friendly, went over all the paperwork clearly, and explained very useful extended warranty options without all the nonsense other dealerships try to arm-twist you over. Buying a new car doesn't have to be a chore and we give Doug's our highest recommendation without hesitation!

Love the Infotainment system. Easy to navigate. Great looking car. Rides nice and is quiet. The limited trim has what you need and more. I am happy with the hybrid model. Highly recommend.

My wife and I are in our mid 70s, and this is only the second time we have purchased a new car. We were treated with respect. We knew what new car we wanted, and John Neal, in a most professional, friendly, knowledgable and courteous manner, shepherded us through the buying process. He listened to our needs and fully answered all our questions. He asserted no pressure. We preordered our car, and when it came time for delivery, he spent well over 3 hours with us, most genuinely patient, describing the multitude of vehicle options and warranties. We also had a very positive experience with Max when it came to signing all the paper work. He was very friendly and organized and willingly answered our minutia filled questions. He gave us the time we needed to be comfortable with all the paper work. We were very pleasantly surprised in the amount of our trade-in.

This is a great car for the money. Has many very advanced features. Are a few MINOR dislikes however. Key FOB is way too large and the backup "Key" is not part of the FOB but rather an attachment. Center console feels too high and out of place. Always pressing the buttons on it by mistake. Lighting on the HVAC temp knobs much too dim. No manual control for EV mode. No sunglass holder. Use of battery for EV mode is way too conservative. May be good for battery life but not good for mileage. These are minor flaws which could be corrected but overall I am very pleased with the car.

Kristina in the service department is simply the best . I’m an 80 year old and …. well the new technology is sometimes a wee bit much . Kris has always been wonderful . My son just bought a new car and will be seeing her for service 😎😎😎 thanks again Kris 😊

Driven almost 2700 miles in over month after purchase. I bought the Blue line, which is considered the base model Hybrid. This is my 1st Hyundai and hybrid.The underdog of compact SUV’s. Best value for the money compared to Toyota and Honda for what it comes with. Exterior looks, in my opinion is aggressive and I like it. Also a bit more roomier for occupants and cargo. It may have a little less mpg than those 2 but it makes up for it in HP and torque. The tech it comes with is easy to navigate and screen is responsive when navigating the menus. Apple car play and Android auto is easy to connect and use. The transition between electric and gas is fairly smooth. I am getting 37mpg so far not too far off their 38mpg claim and with a quarter tank left I get over 300+ miles. I feel that it is better in handling as well. Steering feels tighter as well. Interior feel is very good with the materials used, doesn’t feel like cheap plastic. Only gripe I have is I wish they provided air vents for the wireless charging pad and the phone holder pad on the dash. Give this SUV a chance, I have. Also has the best warranty on the market.

This place is great! I ended up buying a 2002 Jeep they took in on trade. When I first walked in, I almost walked right out because all of the cars in their show room were so nice. I figured they wouldn't give me the time of day. But they treated me like I was buying a $70,000 Porsche. They helped me arrange financing and were very patient with me and my wife. I can't wait to go back and buy one of their beautiful showroom cars one day.

I have been driving this Civic for 20 years and it is the longest running of all my cars. I paid $13,000 drive out from a dealership here in Texas. The present mileage is 203,000 miles. It has been very dependable with the main items needing repair were a hub bearing, starter, and about a year ago the blower fan motor. a/c still works and compressor is original. Spark plugs lasted 100,000 miles twice. Oil changes at roughly 3,500 miles. I work with a mechanic who wants the car as he has an Acura engine he wants to put in it. He's got a long wait!

When I contacted Klein their internet department, Caitlin, kept me very informed and answered all my questions. By the time I was ready to buy, I had it narrowed to two cars at their lot. As a woman who has been in Sales for 30 years and has negotiated every car and RV purchase in my life, I am absolutely blown away by how glorious my experience was with Mazda of Everett. Every single deal I have ever done with any dealership anywhere has been fraught with shenanigans. Not this place! I was all set to buy a car elsewhere (that I would have to take time off of work to rent a car to go pick up), but I connected with Cindy Hedden and Jason Peters and all it took were a few emails and a couple of phone calls and texts and I had a car delivered to me (1.5 hours away) within 3 days of our first communication. I should mention that this is also during the great COVID chip shortage crisis when cars are hard to come by, many are going for more than MSRP and dealerships don’t need to work hard. I got a better car than I was negotiating elsewhere, a better price (they are also a Costco-authorized program which I used), significantly better payment terms than anywhere else I checked (a longer term AND a better APR by a .75 point than any loans online, Carvana, CarMax or with ANY of the Washington dealerships! I checked them all). They initially gave me a term .5 better than anywhere else and after I verbally agreed to buy it for those terms called me back and gave me an even lower APR! In 3 days I had my car in my driveway. It was an absolutely beautiful experience from beginning to end. At every turn Cindy and Jason answered every question immediately and directly and pulled zero funny business. I LOVE these people and I have never met them, but I will sure be stopping by next time I am in the neighborhood. These guys are crazy smart in how they run their business: Be legit, be responsive, have a sense of urgency and make it easy to buy. Instead of all the other dealerships wasting time with the back and forth and trying to pull something over on me, these guys get the deal done, make sure you are happy and then move on to please the next customer. Lower cost of sale. Absolutely Brilliant. My hats off to this crew. Thank you thank you thank you. You made this so easy and that is everything.

Awesome gas mileage! Can get 41mpg easily. I chose this over a rav4. I just didn't want to have the same SUV as every other one on the Rd. I love the looks of this vehicle. Interior is way nicer than any rav4 you can buy. I will say that one negative was that I had to replace the front brakes at 10k miles. And it is not my driving! I owned a Honda Accord hybrid previously and the brakes had over 100k on them when I traded it in. I drive this the same way I drove that car and on the same commute. I did hear there was a tsb for the brakes. Rather than make an appt, destroy my rotors waiting to get in, and listen to that awful squealing for another 2 weeks. I just changed the brakes myself. The parts were very inexpensive. The only other annoying thing was that I couldn't get heated steering wheel the top of the line model hybrid... seriously mazda?

Mazda of Everett dealership was easy to find. It has great space and is very clean. I have to do a shoutout to Frank Weiss & Adam in financing! Frank's customer service and ability to keep in touch and follow up is a treasured trait. He was upfront and transparent with the build and deliver of my car. He ensured everything I wanted was on my car! Frank found that my lug nuts had not been changed to the black ones and made sure those were on before I drove away. Frank took the time and went over every single feature of the care and even programmed my seat during the inspection. Because of Frank and this car buying experience it has forever changed the way I will buy a car in the future. Working with Adam in financing was a breeze and zero pressure to purchase add ons. Upon processing the contact I paid exactly what Frank quoted me prior to my arrival. The most amazing thing is there was zero dealer hidden fees! I did not have to haggle and ask to have something removed. I can't say enough about my entire experience from beginning to end.

My spouse asked me to get a new vehicle in mid-November 2024. I had been reading reviews of the new 2025 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid. We had been sharing a 2018 Honda CR-V EX-L that we bought new in December of 2017. I had been planning on getting a replacement vehicle in December of 2025 but my spouse recommended that we get one before the end of 2024 because of the upcoming tariffs. I had been in a quandary about which vehicle to get. As soon as I heard about Mazda getting the Toyota hybrid system in the CX-50 I became interested. I went to drive a CX-50 and found that the dealerships didn't yet have the hybrid model. I drove a turbo version and was surprised that it wasn't that responsive. I also found that the ride was too harsh. Within a week I went back and test drove a hybrid. I found the performance to be good and the ride quality to be much better than the turbo. I was impressed with the amount of equipment included in the Premium Plus version: panoramic moon roof, red real leather seats, heads up display, Bose stereo, power folding mirrors. We purchased one for thousands less than a Toyota RAV4 or Honda CR-V Hybrid. I'm very impressed with the handling and ride. So far we've had no problems at all and we currently have an indicated 41mpg.

Recently we had Kia service our 2014 Kia, the representative who help us his name is Brett, the service was excellent. This one reason we chose to buy Kia since vac in California we’ve always excellent service! We really appreciate the exceptional service from the service department. I give Brett a “4 star” rating. I love my new Prius. It is elegant in appearance, fun to drive, and easy to plug in and recharge. Since I began charging it I haven't used any gas. I love the safety features.
