I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

BMW of Ocala has great customer service and the work they do is impeccable. We worked with Nick, he was professional, extremely pleasant and off the chart knowledgeable. Nick was one of the best customer service individuals we have ever worked with. Everyone we worked with from BMW OF OCALA was amazing from the time we brought the BMW in, until the BMW as delivered. This is our 3rd car we bought from Jenkins Hyundai. Always had superior sales people to help us find the car that is just right for us. Each person is very knowledgeable and very friendly. There is a a great variety of cars to choose from. Service area is nice and comfy and a good selection of drinks and goodies to chose from. From the minute we pulled in the lot we were greeted by a friendly sales person who took us around to see what we were looking for, made suggestions and guided us through the buying process. Finance dept. was an easy process and the financial officer was easy to understand. After we bought the car our salesperson sat in the car explaining all the features and had us go through all of them with him. We can call him anytime with questions. They also have classes for new car buyers, which is awesome.

Drives like a dream, gets me amazing gas mileage, and it is one of the most stylish vehicles I have ever owned. Definitely can't go wrong with this vehicle.

Overall experience was awesome! From the time I walked in I was asked if I needed help, I was escorted to where I needed to be. Everybody was nice and helpful.

I bought a used 2020 Ford escape hybrid titanium with 33,000 miles. I came from a 2015 X3 and I am surprised how well this car handles and feels firmly planted. I love the electric driving at slow speeds and you can hear the gas engine come on and it’s louder than my BMW, but I am still pleasantly surprised by the low level of road noise at highway speeds. Mine is Persian green, which is rare, and absolutely beautiful after I waxed it. The exterior is pretty good, considering its price range, and the interior is subpar with the hard plastic on the doors, but overall, the controls are very intuitive, easily reachable, and after I learned how to use all the options, my favorite feature is the adaptive cruise control with stop and go and lane centering. The car basically just drives itself, even in the city at low speeds. I just have to make the turns and stop at red lights and stop signs if there is no car in front of me. I also love the short stopping distances with the brakes, which feel great and confidence-inspiring, and the steering actually feels better than in my BMW, which was too light at highway speeds. Another feature that sold me was how much legroom there is in the backseat, especially the fact that you can recline the backseat a little bit and also push it a few inches back to create more legroom. There is definitely more legroom in the front and back than in my BMW, even though my BMW was a few inches longer than this car. I love the look of the RAV4 hybrid XLE and it has more cargo room, but if you check the user reviews, you’ll see that the Escape hybrid actually beats it in mpg and in my area, I would’ve paid $8k - $9k more for a similar used RAV4 so I felt like the Escape hybrid was a better value overall. I rarely buy extended warranties with cars, but I did with this one since it was such a good deal at only $4000 but it gave me seven years of extended coverage and up to 80,000 more miles, whichever comes first. Considering how tariffs will affect car part pricing and car repair bills, I thought this was a an exceptional value, just like the car itself. I’ve only had it for three weeks, but I am really enjoying driving the car and seeing how little gas it sips.

The service department was excellent. They accepted the voucher from a Honda "brother dealership" where I purchased the 2022 Mazda CX-5. We also had purchased a CRV from HOO about 6 years ago and have had excellent service; a far cry from the local Gainesville Honda. That is why we drive the 45 min......it is worth the drive.

The only concern I have is that they removed the buttons that activate garage doors claiming that the latter may be done by using the iPhones apps. Replacing one button push with multiple app activation and pushing multiple buttons is the WRONG WAY to go. I did not notice that when I traded-in the previous Honda Hybrid. I will check int he future, because this will be a a BUY-NOBUY ISSUE in future. This car is my wife's car. When I replace mine Honda, this will be my first consideration.

Worked on a used car deal remotely with them and it was refreshing to work with people who didn't play games with numbers or lure you in the door with artificially low prices then tack on a bunch of made-up fees. When i arrived to do the deal, I found the vehicle to be super-clean and well-prepared for delivery and they were set to honor the trade-in value we'd discussed. I only didn't purchase because I got cold feet (trading in a low-mileage Lexus for used BMW worried me). Too bad, they were good to deal with.

I highly recommend this dealership. I found a used car here I was interested in but it had been sold before I could get there.
