The 2026 Palisades Calligraphy Hybrid is awesome, I loved my 2023 Palisades Calligraphy, but the Hybrid is far and away better from the increased horsepower, back to the 6 speed transmission and the outrageous MPG 600 plus to a tank, I drove the BMW X5 and X7, the MB, Porches, etc. could not find a $35,000 to $90,000 differences. For $60,000 and the 10/100,000 it cannot be beat.

Great service and communication throughout the process of replacing my old 02 sensor. Highly recommend them. I?ll be back for any future repairs I need.

This dealership is by far the best dealership that i have dealt with. I have owned Lexus, BMW, and almost purchased an Audi if the dealership had been professional. Bought this truck new. I’ve put 3500 miles on it and it rides really comfortably. I went from an AT4 with dead lifters to this. I love this truck and I have not towed with it but the max I’m towing is 6,000 so that should not be an issue.

Very nice car. My previous was a 2020 Accord. This hybrid Accord Sport L is way better. Do not get me wrong. The 2020 is a very good car. Someone is quite happy with it, no doubts. I recommend buying a spare. I chose Modern Spare. Spendy. Great quality. Hope I never use it. The spare fits underneath the trunk where the inflator is. Just remove the foam. Comes with everything you need plus a threaded plate to secure it. All fits in and around the spare. Plus, I got jumper cables in there. We think the car is quiet. I notice others think not. Plenty of power. Mileage I have gotten is much better than what it is rated at. Love the paddles. Fake down shifters. Much less use of brakes for lights and stop signs. Planning to keep this car for quite awhile.

Good customer service and nice waiting area. I've had my car serviced there several times. It's a tad on the expensive side, but I always get an appointment when I need it. They are convenient and they also have a shuttle so you don't have to wait at the dealership while your car is being worked on.

Most of the process was completed before I even got there which made for a smooth purchase and the price is exactly what I asked for. Bought this new hybrid car a few weeks ago and going on first long distance drive, 2k miles, soon. So far we love this car. The looks and performance have been what we hoped for. Gas mileage is not max yet, but it is still breaking in. There are a lot of electronics to learn how to use and I read and watch YouTube for more info. Looking forward to really driving this long distance.

I have been watching for a 2019 Santa Fe and when I got a Cars.com notice on one at an amazing price, I jumped on it. Due to COVID-19, most dealerships are limited and this was the Memorial Day Weekend. I sent an email and got a response the same day. Went and saw the car at the dealership, took a test drive, and now it's mine. Annapolis made the deal easy and efficient. Paul even took me out and helped me with some of the advanced features on the car. They cleaned her up and touched up some scrape marks so she looks brand new. LOVE my new to me car.

I love the fact that it is self-charging. That was a huge factor in my decision. The car if comfortable for me but my taller husband finds it a bit small and confining. It has great pickup and I have saved a lot of time and money by not having to fill up with gas so often. The one thing I am worried about it the quality of the tires. They are low-profile tires, filled with nitrogen and the vehicle does not come with a spare. This put us in a hazardous situation when one tire blew out on I-95. Without a spare, we had to get towed to the nearest dealership in Virginia. I wish I could replace all the tires with regular ones, but that is not possible with this make and model.

Every person worked as part of an effective team that were excited to get me what I wanted and worked diligently to meet my goal. I bought a new vehicle. I drive it home and recommended the dealership to my best friend and on the next day she went to them and now we both have new vehicles. Great team!!!

I bought my hybrid accord brand new. I got 100K miles now and not a single problem and I'm getting 47mpg. I work for a dealership and out of every sedan it's size nothing feels better to drive.

The car is almost perfect except for: The build quality isn’t what I remember from prior Hondas. Exterior fit and finish leave much to be desired. The extensive use of piano black inside and out. Scratches and swirls galore.

The only concern I have is that they removed the buttons that activate garage doors claiming that the latter may be done by using the iPhones apps. Replacing one button push with multiple app activation and pushing multiple buttons is the WRONG WAY to go. I did not notice that when I traded-in the previous Honda Hybrid. I will check int he future, because this will be a a BUY-NOBUY ISSUE in future. This car is my wife's car. When I replace mine Honda, this will be my first consideration.

I have a commute of about 80 miles a day to work and over the last month of ownership, I have been extremely impressed with the performance and frugal gas mileage. The other bells and whistles have just enhanced my driving experience!

I have been searching for a car for roughly a week or little more. A few other dealerships were misleading with their inventory and general information about the vehicles they did have. THAT IS NOT THE ISSUE HERE!!! They were completely transparent and honestly a pleasure to do business with. I was in and out so quickly with my new vehicle as well as laughs throughout the interaction. I would recommend them over and over again!!

A bit more of a wagon than a suv. Love the luxury package. The seat massage and pilot assist are my favorite features. Smooth ride!

My experience with buying a new car was exemplary with Dulane Barnes. Dulane is very kind, professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and responsive. I wanted a very specific model, color, and trim level - which was difficult to find in the market. However, Dulane never gave up - he communicated updates at just the right intervals and found my “unicorn”! I absolutely love my new car! Dulane was wonderful! Just bought a Chevrolet SSR retro pick up in the used truck dept. Couldn't be more pleased with this dealership from the sales rep to the manager. After looking for the SSR for at least 2 years, this one definitely was best overall condition and the deal was the best. BTW: they don't jack up the Internet pricing, and do follow up phone calls My rating for them is A

I have owned 25-30 different vehicles in my life including 10 Toyota or Lexus vehicles since 1978. The latest have been 2 Camry hybrids and 2 Avalon hybrids. Quite simply, my 2020 Avalon Limited hybrid is the finest luxury automobile I have ever owned. My 2015 Avalon was the 2nd finest... LOL. The car is quiet, smooth, comfortable, unbelievably reliable, and gets 44-46 MPG for me in normal weather conditions.

I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.
