Hybrid cars for sale near Suffield Depot, CT

Was looking to replace my 2007 Ford Escape. Liked the looks of both the Nissan Rouge, and the Mazda CX-5. Had checked out a Rouge, but wasn't sure on it, then while at work I was checking out local dealers and Schaller Honda popped up. They had a 2014 Mazda CX-5 with about 80,000 miles on it. Went over at lunch time met with Xhoel Lolocaj he showed me the Mazda CX-5, took me out for a test drive, came back and then we started on the paperwork. Xhoel had just started working there the week before, but he was very professional in all of the steps of the process. After Xhoel helped me, he brought me over to finance where Frank Williams helped me complete my purchase of my new car, I had a bunch of work on my end to get money, checks and deposits figured out. Both Xhoel and Frank were vey helpful and patient while I made things on my end work out.

We've only had the car for about 2 weeks, but it's been great so far. Gas mileage with this hybrid has been about 44.5 mpg with mostly city driving, cabin is comfortable for driver and passengers, the GPS and audio systems work well, and I can see the bright red color pretty easily in parking lots!

Miss Chantilli Cruz was wonderful. She was welcoming at the first few seconds in walk in, like a ball of joy! She is sympathetic and I believe she truly enjoys her job.

Awesome gas mileage! Can get 41mpg easily. I chose this over a rav4. I just didn't want to have the same SUV as every other one on the Rd. I love the looks of this vehicle. Interior is way nicer than any rav4 you can buy. I will say that one negative was that I had to replace the front brakes at 10k miles. And it is not my driving! I owned a Honda Accord hybrid previously and the brakes had over 100k on them when I traded it in. I drive this the same way I drove that car and on the same commute. I did hear there was a tsb for the brakes. Rather than make an appt, destroy my rotors waiting to get in, and listen to that awful squealing for another 2 weeks. I just changed the brakes myself. The parts were very inexpensive. The only other annoying thing was that I couldn't get heated steering wheel the top of the line model hybrid... seriously mazda?

Chantilly provided me with the best experience I have ever had buying a new vehicle. She is warm, funny, caring, patient, and she knows her stuff inside and out. She is always willing to answer questions, but she will also seek out answers from others when she does not know the answer. I really enjoyed my experience and never felt pressured in ANY way. My spouse asked me to get a new vehicle in mid-November 2024. I had been reading reviews of the new 2025 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid. We had been sharing a 2018 Honda CR-V EX-L that we bought new in December of 2017. I had been planning on getting a replacement vehicle in December of 2025 but my spouse recommended that we get one before the end of 2024 because of the upcoming tariffs. I had been in a quandary about which vehicle to get. As soon as I heard about Mazda getting the Toyota hybrid system in the CX-50 I became interested. I went to drive a CX-50 and found that the dealerships didn't yet have the hybrid model. I drove a turbo version and was surprised that it wasn't that responsive. I also found that the ride was too harsh. Within a week I went back and test drove a hybrid. I found the performance to be good and the ride quality to be much better than the turbo. I was impressed with the amount of equipment included in the Premium Plus version: panoramic moon roof, red real leather seats, heads up display, Bose stereo, power folding mirrors. We purchased one for thousands less than a Toyota RAV4 or Honda CR-V Hybrid. I'm very impressed with the handling and ride. So far we've had no problems at all and we currently have an indicated 41mpg.

Good handling car in all weather. Blind spots in back causes me to pay extra attention to people coming up on my sides. Great mileage if you avoid excessive speed. Quite riding vehicle.

The car is roomy, comfortable, stylish, for a hybrid it has a lot of pep. I would highly recommend the car. I look forward to my first road trip.

The only problem in this truck is no power seat and heater control only does one side . Real view mirror is to small . Other than that great truck !!

My last four cars have been Honda Accords. This time I purchased a 2025 Accord Hybrid Touring trim. My previous Honda was a 2013 Accord EX-L V6 w/Nav; I liked it better. It accelerated, it was comfortable but not too big, it was dependable, it had the right amount of high tech features. By contrast the 2025 Hybrid Touring accelerates at a more leisurely pace, is comfortable (with exceptions), is hopefully dependable (we'll find out), and is overly technical in the display and elsewhere. It is bigger than my 2013 Accord (more than mid-size in my view), and that concerns me. Everything in the well-less trunk sloshes around. There are no buttons to push to open garage doors; Honda asks the owner to subscribe for and download an app called MyQ and link it with HondaLink in the display for a software solution. The two apps refuse to link in my car, and I am not about to pay a monthly subscription charge for SaaS when buttons would have been fine. Sure, my MPG have risen from 27 to 45, but who really cares? With the Touring, there is no height adjustment on the front passenger seat, and I am not yet fully comfortable with the lumbar support on the driver's seat. There are two many controls on the steering wheel, dashboard, and display. Simplify, Honda! Simplify, simplify, simplify!
