Having problems with tire pressure sensor light. Stopped by service area to make appt. Randy Tant met me and took my car. Told me problems and it was fixed and I was on my way. I appreciate his friend demeanor and the quick service.

Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

Better than previous visit, service department wouldn?t even try to help solve an issue, but circumstances was an out for ford to be responsible. My last service visit and recall repair couldn?t have went any better

Ive owned an SEL Convenience from new. It has an incredible performance for a Hybrid. It has a quiet, has a fabulous tiptronic transmission (with paddle shifters) with an amazing sport mode. The thing is, that if you use too much right foot, your gas mileage goes down by about 10mpg ... but it does with any car, right ? If you drive smoothly and don't accelerate hard the gas mileage can go to over 40mpg ! At 55-65mph on level pavement, it gives great gas mileage .. but accelerating at traffic lights or going fast up gradients doesn't. Thats what happens with performance vs economy. This car is well built and has great space and grace. Those that criticize the gas mileage must be "pedal to the metal" people! The sound system and Apple/Android access is really good - better than many other car brands. The warranty is amazing and so is the service support network. I'm sad to be selling my SEL Convenience because I going abroad. I'll definitely get another one when i return.

Good on gas and a comfortable ride. Drive it to West Virginia and back home no problem. I like it a lot definitely recommend it for people who travel for work and schoool

I got an oil change, and then was able to add on the safety recalls with no issues. My advisor kept me updated the entire time.

I love the fact that it is self-charging. That was a huge factor in my decision. The car if comfortable for me but my taller husband finds it a bit small and confining. It has great pickup and I have saved a lot of time and money by not having to fill up with gas so often. The one thing I am worried about it the quality of the tires. They are low-profile tires, filled with nitrogen and the vehicle does not come with a spare. This put us in a hazardous situation when one tire blew out on I-95. Without a spare, we had to get towed to the nearest dealership in Virginia. I wish I could replace all the tires with regular ones, but that is not possible with this make and model.

My wife and I travelled from Arlington, TN (about 200 miles) to get the Certified Preowned CX-9 we wanted. Awesome gas mileage! Can get 41mpg easily. I chose this over a rav4. I just didn't want to have the same SUV as every other one on the Rd. I love the looks of this vehicle. Interior is way nicer than any rav4 you can buy. I will say that one negative was that I had to replace the front brakes at 10k miles. And it is not my driving! I owned a Honda Accord hybrid previously and the brakes had over 100k on them when I traded it in. I drive this the same way I drove that car and on the same commute. I did hear there was a tsb for the brakes. Rather than make an appt, destroy my rotors waiting to get in, and listen to that awful squealing for another 2 weeks. I just changed the brakes myself. The parts were very inexpensive. The only other annoying thing was that I couldn't get heated steering wheel the top of the line model hybrid... seriously mazda?

10/10 experience. Jahlil is an incredible, honest salesman and Martin, the owner, genuinely cares about making sure buyers are getting the best deal possible. As a woman, I felt totally comfortable the whole time and never felt I was being taken advantage of, which I appreciate more than words can describe. On top of that, the man who helped us with paperwork was able to lower our monthly payments even more while adding additional insurance. This company works great as a team, and I will probably never buy from anywhere else!

With 40-48 mpg around town and close to 40 mpg on the highway, we have saved several thousand dollars on gas by trading our Odyssey for this CRV-hybrid. It can carry a lot of baggage and is really comfortable on long trips. Great heating and cooling system, top-notch reliability with low maintenance costs. Our other car is a 2014 CR-Z hybrid, and we've owned 8 Hondas to date.

I was visiting Nashville when I had a warning light come on my 2019 Tucson so I called this dealership and they were very courteous and got me right in to check the issue. I really appreciated the quick response to my concern. They were very nice and the waiting area was very nice and clean. The only negative comment was grease finger prints on my console!

Bought my 2024 used with 13k miles on it. Maybe I'm old school due to prior life with a 97 TJ and and 01 XJ but this car is fantastic to drive and very luxurious. Perhaps not as tech heavy as other SUVs, but it does everything I could hope for, and has been fun for road driving and light off roading.

It’s all cohesive in person, and the Calligraphy looks just evolved enough to attract existing Palisade owners and cross-shoppers alike. The biggest news of this updated Palisade is the long-awaited addition of a hybrid drivetrain, but you’ll have to wait for our on-hands take on that later in 2025. Hyundai’s kicking things off with the standard mass-market powertrain, a new naturally aspirated 3.5-liter V-6 shared with the Kia Carnival minivan and a number of Hyundai and Kia models abroad — so, new for the Palisade but not the market, and not really an upgrade over the outgoing 3.8-liter V-6. What Engine Does the 2026 Hyundai Palisade Have? The 3.5-liter’s 287 horsepower and 260 pounds-feet of torque trail the old engine by a speck, down 4 hp and 2 pounds-feet, respectively. All of this is routed through an eight-speed automatic transmission and your choice of either front- or all-wheel drive, with a standard (and unchanged) tow rating of 5,000 pounds. The question of whether this four-cylinder would fit isn’t even up for debate: The 2.5T serves as the core gas-powered portion of the new Palisade Hybrid. How Does the 2026 Hyundai Palisade Drive? Dynamically, it’s a similar story — but the ending is markedly different. Compared to the first gen, the new Palisade feels heavy and drives “larger” than the modest 2.7-inch wheelbase stretch and 2.5-inch overall gain in length can account for. Driver inputs are muted, with a marshmallowy brake feel, soupy steering and pillowy ride making for a driving experience notably softer than the more neutral feel of the last Palisade. That’s not a bad thing. Outside of the engine’s peaky power delivery, the 2026 Palisade carries an air of distinct refinement and comfort that makes it one of the more isolating and generally comfortable SUVs in the class. This is especially true in the luxe Calligraphy trim, where interior appointments could almost pass for something wearing the Genesis badge. Quilted Nappa leather, microsuede trim, thoughtfully textured plastics, damped controls and convincing faux-wood trim compose an environment that’s easily one of the best among rivals and punches significantly above what some might expect from the brand. Is the 2026 Hyundai Palisade Well Equipped? The tech and features are great, too. You’ll find twin 12.3-inch screens for the driver display and infotainment functions along with standard wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and wireless device charging on every trim save the base SE. Six 100-watt USB-C chargeports pepper the cabin with two in each row, along with available heated and ventilated seating surfaces for the first two rows and three-mode heated seats for the third row maintaining toasty bums. The third row was particularly impressive, with my, ah, full-framed 5-foot-11 self plenty comfortable behind an adjusted second-row seat. Compared to other third rows best left for kids or emergency use, I’d not be too upset if the ride to dinner stretched beyond the half-hour mark, especially with access to my own air-conditioning vents, heated seats and USB-C port.

I traded in a Corolla hatchback for this RAV4. I love the size inside. I love the screen and it’s pretty comfortable though. I haven’t taken it on a very long trip. My gas mileage has decline since winter has come, but so far the all-wheel-drive is handling the snow
