I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and air cabin filter replacement. Christopher Murray was my service advisor. He was courteous and friendly. He promptly wrote up the service order when I arrived and answered any questions that I had. Overall, everything went well. The waiting area lounge is also clean and free snacks are available.

Andy was very helpful and professional in helping me buy my car. I recommend his service. He even helped me pick out between cars, did not pressure me into any particular car he allowed me to choose.

Time for my 2025 Hyundai Tucson first oil changed. I called Crown Hyundai setup appointment. Arrived at 800 am 11/11/25, Chris Murray greeted me, very polite, smiling, showed me to the waiting room was. I had Complimentary maintenance Oil change with tire rotation, warranty- Safety recall wiring, default Horn, and paid for new windshield wipers to be put on. Everything was taken care of within 3 hours. Chris Murray brought me car the front, showed me where to check out. Ms. Debbie, cashier took care of me. Very pleasant and both professional. The 2 times I went in there, no one was there to help me. The cars I requested to test drive 1 had to be jumped and then we drove to the gas station to give it some gas. The people I felt with we very nice unfortunately they didn’t seem interested in selling me a vehicle. For cars salesmen they were not very hungry.

Had a great experience today thanks to Brad Davis. Things did not start out the way we were expecting but he worked extraordinarily hard for us while treating us with the utmost respect the whole time. Thanks to him our experience turned around and I would highly recommend him and the dealership if you’re in the market for a new vehicle.

I have no complaints. Service was relatively fast, and all the employees were great. Due to the circumstances I had my car towed to this location. I don?t like going to dealerships, but I?m glad I ended up at this one.
