I?d been looking to replace my old car for a few months and found one at this dealership. I decided to take a chance and drive there ? and I?m glad I did. The car was even better than described online. Everyone I met was friendly and respectful, with no pressure at any point. Walk in to a well appointed Showroom and Customer Waiting area. Next be greeted, by a friendly and experienced Staff and that is what I am used to. We have been coming to Hyundai Auto Nation since 2010 when we purchased a new 2010 Santa Fe. We have had any and all maintenance work for the Santa Fe performed at Autonation Hyundai for 15 years while I wait in the Customer Lounge. I have seen how the Sales and Service Staff treat the Customers and I am impressed with the Courtesy and Communication given to all Customers. The service team is always top notch at this dealership. The only issue I've experienced is the newly renovated showroom. You could land a plane in that showroom it's so bright. Who thought it was a good idea to blind the customers in the waiting area? The bright lights are good for the showroom cars because they're beautiful and should be seen. But I had to squint my way over to the waiting area. It's VERY uncomfortable!! I felt as though I was waiting to be interrogated because of the ultra bright white lights over my head. Looking at my phone required constant head shifting to see my phone screen because of the reflection of the ceiling lights. Twice I left the waiting area with a headache because it's so bright. Seriously folks, bring down the wattage in customer waiting area!

Great customer service .. easy negotiations with very little hassle . In and out quick . Finance guy was a very thorough and no pressure . All in all a great experience

Jack Coco was the sales representative who helped me with my New Santa Fe. He carefully and thoroughly explained the features on the car and the paperwork was processed very quickly. I am very pleased with my purchase and I highly recommend Jack.
