This is the 3rd Hyundai I've owned (Accent, Sonata and Santa Fe Sport). I've loved all three of them and I'm sure my next vehicle will be another Hyundai. I did not have any interior problems with the other 2 cars. But my 2017 Santa Fe had some small issues with the seats. I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and air cabin filter replacement. Christopher Murray was my service advisor. He was courteous and friendly. He promptly wrote up the service order when I arrived and answered any questions that I had. Overall, everything went well. The waiting area lounge is also clean and free snacks are available.

Time for my 2025 Hyundai Tucson first oil changed. I called Crown Hyundai setup appointment. Arrived at 800 am 11/11/25, Chris Murray greeted me, very polite, smiling, showed me to the waiting room was. I had Complimentary maintenance Oil change with tire rotation, warranty- Safety recall wiring, default Horn, and paid for new windshield wipers to be put on. Everything was taken care of within 3 hours. Chris Murray brought me car the front, showed me where to check out. Ms. Debbie, cashier took care of me. Very pleasant and both professional. I will be back. Keep up the great job!

I have no complaints. Service was relatively fast, and all the employees were great. Due to the circumstances I had my car towed to this location. I don?t like going to dealerships, but I?m glad I ended up at this one.

He was knowledgeable and seemed to really understand what kind of car I was looking for. Ken was very patient as I made my decision and never made me feel pressured into the sale like most car salesman are. I would highly recommend this place.

Have always great service, however this last service I wasn’t happy. Had oil change and tire rotation. With that said now my low tire pressure light is on and both on the right side. Either they didn’t check the tire pressure or they did something to the sensor.

Harold was amazing. The whole process was very smooth and simple. Everyone there took great care of us. This our second purchase here and we will purchase again in 3 years here.
