Highly professional , courteous and detailed , are the words that come to mind to describe her exemplorary customer service style . We initially enquired about the vehicle online and discovered it was at the Kennesaw Carmax location . She immediately requested a transfer so that within 24 hours we could conveniently test drive and finally purchase the car. She is the real deal and we can't recommend her enough . I have been an Ed Voyles customer for years and take my car to the service department for all of my services so that only certified Hyundai technicians with extensive knowledge do the work. I have had a pretty good experience for the time I have been coming but this last visit warranted a review, which is the first one I have left, to explain how overly satisfied and pleased I am. I was having some issues with my vehicle that I wanted to get looked at to see if they were repairs that needed to be done, after I expressed my concerns to Drew he immediately made me feel at ease and informed about the services and repairs needed to resolve all of my concerns. He gave me several options with cost effective options and at no point did I feel like I was being pushed or taken advantage of. He kept me informed via text message and called me when they had other recommendations. My questions were answered in great detail to where I had no concerns about work being done nor did I feel lost about items being taken care of. He was so friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable that I will be using him from now on and also informed my parents about him so they can use him for their Santa Fe. I recently upgraded from my 2010 elantra to a black 2023 elantra sel convince. This is a great car EXCEPT for the paint. the paint on this vehicle was not polished properly in certain spots and after only 3 weeks damage to the clear coat and chips have already occurred! Keep in mind i drive this car the same way i have driven previous cars and never before have i seen so much damage to the paint accumulate in the span of less than a month after purchasing. Great safety features and just enough power- just a crappy paint job. If you are going to purchase this car, silver, gray or white would probably be your best bet.

This car saved my mom’s life. In a five-car accident, she was left spinning and hitting multiple cars. The car’s numerous airbags kept her in place, and the safety figures left her with minor bruises and scratches. The doctors said she’s lucky to be alive. I’ve had the car for two and a half years and only had to replace one part. One note: DO OIL CHANGES; it’s very important for the motor in this car. Loved this car.

I recently bought a 2020 Elantra with very low miles (39k). It looks great, like new, and drives like a large sedan should. And the gas mileage is great! Driving around town yesterday it got 37 mpg in normal traffic, when the spec is 30. And on the freeway I was getting well over 57 mpg on a very slight, non-visible decline at 77 mph. It "feels" comfortable. My only knock so far is the information on the center console could be brighter and I haven't figured out how to make it yet. The owner's manual was not included in the sale.

I bought mine a month ago and I LOVE it. It has wonderful gas millage (40-42 mpg highway) Drives smooth and is comfortable. I am 6 foot tall and have trouble in other cars, but this one I have plenty of room and my head is not hitting the top and it doesn't feel like I'm sitting on the ground. Visibility is great, I can see around with little blind spots. I think it is a very driver friendly car. Especially if you are on the highway a lot, like I am for work.

I bought my Elantra new. Never had to take it in for mechanical problems just front end due to pot holes. The car gave me an average mileage of 5.3/100km. I finally traded up to a newer Elantra. My old car had 483000km, no warning lights or repairs to the engine or transmission. Keep up with your maintenance

Great car, bought brand new at 13 miles,, just hit 100k miles with absolutely no issues whatsoever and to me it still drives and sounds as good as it did when I bought it off the lot, I do oil changes every 3-4k miles, definitely would recommend!! Love this car

Had a 2022 Elantra for 3 years only reason I got rid of it was the fact it was a lease and the 36000 miles was up and I did not need a 3rd vehicle. Used this car solely for road trips it had been to 28 states in total and never let me down. Car a bit low for bigger people like myself however very comfortable driving, got phenomenal gas mileage I could get from NH to VA on a single tank with gas to spare. Overall not a fan of Hyundai however I wouldn’t hesitate buying another Elantra. Only Con I ever had with this car was the fact it is so low to the ground it makes it a magnet for rocks to the windshield I did replace 3 while owning.
