Finally!! I found a Auto salesman that knows how to give amazing customer service. His name is Andrew Spigelman and he works at Hertz in Norwalk. Sometimes I can be difficult to work with, but Andrew was very patient and understanding. Even though I did not buy a car because of my DP I will definitely send everyone I know to Andrew only.

Overall top marks for the dealership, special mention for the sales rep Diana. A great place to spend hard earned money. Normally it’s hard to recommend a dealer, not this time.

Steve Lee. What can I say about this wonderful man? Yes, I am actually talking about a car salesman. A few weeks ago, I went to the Ford dealer to pick up some parts I ordered. On our way back to our car, my daughter spots the all-new Hyundai Kona. One look and she was hooked. Steve saw us and came over to greet us with the warmest smile and a sincere handshake. He was as excited to tell us all about the Kona, as we were as excited to hear about it. He told and showed us all there was to know about the Kona, even let my daughter test drive the fully loaded Ultimate model. Steve listened to all of my daughter?s questions and soon they were talking about their favorite color combos and cool features on the car. Never once did Steve make us feel uncomfortable or pressure us into any direction. He was helpful, kind, listened and let my daughter lead the conversation. We had already taken up a lot of Steve?s time and it was getting late, so we parted ways and said we would be back in a few days, after the rain. I?m sure Steve thought he had seen the last of us, but we returned about a week and a half later. And true to form, there was Steve, with the biggest smile and welcoming arms for us. He made my daughter?s car buying experience easy and enjoyable. Not to mention that she loved the Kona so much, she went back 2 weeks later to buy a Tuscon.
